    Abstract: The present invention discloses a microchannel mixer, comprising a microchannel component and a shell, wherein the microchannel component is fixed inside the shell, wherein an inlet is provided at one end of the shell for feeding liquid and gas phase materials, and an outlet is provided at the other end for discharging the mixed material; said microchannel component comprises multiple stacked sheets and several layers of oleophilic and/or hydrophilic fiber filaments filled in the crevices between adjacent sheets, wherein the fiber filaments form several microchannels between them, and the fiber filaments are clamped and fixed by the sheets. The present invention also discloses a heavy oil hydrogenation reaction system comprising the above-mentioned microchannel mixer and a heavy oil hydrogenation process.

    Abstract: A liquid-phase reactor has an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder disposed along an axial direction of the reactor. The outer cylinder has a top head, a straight cylinder section and a bottom head. An annular space is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder. A top end of the inner cylinder is open and is in communication with the annular space. The inner cylinder has an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder sequentially from top to bottom. The upper cylinder is positioned in the straight cylinder section, with its cross-sectional area being gradually reduced from top to bottom. The lower cylinder is positioned in the bottom head, with its cross-sectional area being gradually increased from top to bottom. An inorganic membrane tube extending along the axial direction of the reactor is provided in the lower cylinder so that a shell-and-tube structure is formed.

    Abstract: A gas purification system includes a dust removal filler, a fouling collection pan and a gas purification device. The dust removal filler has a plurality of rows of channels, each channel extending obliquely with respect to a vertical direction to form a windward surface, and a leeward surface, and a waveform plate. The peak portion of the waveform plate is attached to the leeward surface of the obliquely prismatic channel. During operation, dust adheres to a concave portion of a lower surface of the waveform plate and accumulates to form dust aggregates. When the gravity of the dust aggregates is greater than the adhesion force, the dust aggregates fall onto the windward surface of the channels and slide off from the windward surface of the channels.
