Abstract

An improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package of which a box is in combination with a plurality of adhesive strips, the box is provided on the top thereof with an opening which coordinates with and is located over the adhesive strips and has a length shorter than that of any of the adhesive strips while has a width larger than that of the adhesive strip. The adhesive strips are mutually connected by sticking and stacked on the bottom of the box; and each has a non-sticky section with a suitable length and has a sticky section extending out of the non-sticky section. The sticky section is sticky only on the bottom side thereof; every two neighboring adhesive strips are connected by sticking in mutually reversely disposed mode. Thereby, the cost of production of the present invention can be lowered, and tearing off of the adhesive strips is convenient.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The present invention is related to an improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package, and especially to an improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package having a box of which an opening on the top thereof coordinates with a plurality of adhesive strips connected in sequentially reversely disposed mode, in order to benefit to tearing off of the strips.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Since adhesive tapes convenient for use are widely adopted, the mode of using the adhesive tapes has been highly thought of by users, various types of adhesive tapes thus have been developed.

[0005] Most conventional adhesive tapes each has only one side thereof sticky able to be used for sticking. For the purpose of improving the effect of the adhesive tapes, strip-off type adhesive strip packages have been developed (referring to FIG. 1, such as a Post-it) of which structurally, a bottom plate 31 is connected with a housing 32 to form a box 3; the bottom plate 31 is stacked thereon a plurality of adhesive strips 4 sequentially folded back, the housing 32 over the adhesive strips 4 is provided with a small opening 321, so that a non-sticky section 41 of an adhesive strip 4 is extended out of the opening 321. The uppermost adhesive strip 4 can thereby be pulled out, just like draw-out type toilet papers (tissue boxes), and thereby the next adhesive strip 4 is brought out by the way; such strip-off type adhesive strip packages have the function of sticking, indicating as well as reminding. However, the adhesive strips 4 placed on the bottom plate 31 are sequentially folded back and thereby are more difficult for manufacturing, and cost of production is increased. And by virtue that the non-sticky section 41 of an adhesive strip 4 is extended out of the small opening 321, the side of the non-sticky section 41 of the adhesive strip 4 exposed to the outside of the opening 321 has a quite large bending up angle, it is subjected to forming a fixed shape after leaving unused for a long period of time; when it is tearing off for use, the non-sticky section 41 will be in the form of curving upwardly and can not be smoothly stuck. The sectional area of the opening 321 provided on the housing 32 is far smaller than the size of the adhesive strip 4, so that the adhesive strips 4 can not be changed for a new set after use. Thereby, such strip-off type adhesive strip packages have the defects of high cost of production, being subjected to deforming by bending and inability of changing for a new set of adhesive strips after use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The primary object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package, by providing on the top of a box an opening with a length shorter than that of any of a plurality of adhesive strips while with a width larger than that of the adhesive strip in order to coordinate with the adhesive strips connected by sticking in sequentially reversely disposed mode and stacked on the bottom of box, the present invention is practical in tearing off of the adhesive strips alternately at the right end and the left end conveniently.

[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package, by providing the adhesive strips connected by sticking in sequentially reversely disposed mode and stacked on the bottom of the box, the present invention can be manufactured in a simple and convenient mode, and cost of production can be lowered.

[0008] Another object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package, by providing on the top of the box the opening with a length more similar to that of any of the adhesive strips, the non-sticky section of each of the adhesive strips exposed to the outside of the opening has a relatively smaller bending up angle, it is thereby not subjected to deforming after tearing off and can keep the straight state.

[0009] To get the above object, in the present invention, a box is in combination with a plurality of adhesive strips; the box is provided on the top thereof with an opening which coordinates with and is located over the adhesive strips and has a length shorter than that of any of the adhesive strips while has a width larger than that of the adhesive strip. The adhesive strips are mutually connected by sticking and stacked on the bottom of the box; and each has a non-sticky section with a suitable length and has a sticky section extending out of the non-sticky section. The sticky section is sticky only on the bottom side thereof; every two neighboring adhesive strips are connected by sticking in mutually reversely disposed mode. Thereby, the cost of production of the present invention can be lowered, and tearing off of the adhesive strips is convenient; thus the present invention has its practicality and convenience improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0016] Referring firstly to FIGS. 2, 3, the improved structure of the strip-off type adhesive strip package of the present invention is comprised of a box 1 and a plurality of adhesive strips 2.

[0017] The box 1 has a bottom plate 11 which is fixedly connected with an upper housing 12. The housing 12 is provided on the top thereof with an elongate opening 121 which is provided over and coordinates with a plurality of adhesive strips 2. The opening 121 has a length shorter than that of any of the adhesive strips 2 while has a width larger than that of the adhesive strip 2.

[0018] The adhesive strips 2 are mutually connected by sticking and stacked on the bottom 11 of the box 1, and each has a non-sticky section 21 with a suitable length and has a sticky section 22 extending out of the non-sticky section 21. The sticky section 22 is sticky only on the bottom side thereof; every two neighboring adhesive strips are connected by sticking in reversely disposed mode. The height of the housing 12 shall be smaller than the length of the non-sticky section 21 of an adhesive strip 2 in order that the adhesive strip 2 can be restrained from releasing.

[0019] In constructing the improved structure of the strip-off type adhesive strip package of the present invention with the above elements, referring to FIGS. 2-4c, the present invention is characterized by that, a plurality of adhesive strips 2 are mutually connected by sticking and stacked on the bottom 11 of the box 1; by virtue that the sticky sections 22 of the adhesive strips 2 are sticky on the bottoms thereof, they can be stuck with their neighboring non-sticky top sides of the adhesive strips 2. When the uppermost adhesive strip 2 is torn off, the subsequent adhesive strip 2 is brought out by the way; by virtue that the length of the adhesive strip 2 is larger than that of the opening 121 on the top of the housing 12, and the height of the housing 12 is smaller than the length of the non-sticky section 21 of an adhesive strip 2, so that the non-sticky section 21 of the adhesive strip 2 can lean on an upper edge of the opening 121 and extend outwardly for convenience of tearing of the adhesive strip 2. By providing the adhesive strips 2 connected by sticking in sequentially reversely disposed mode and stacked one over another, the adhesive strips can be torn off alternately at the right end and the left end (referring to FIGS. 4a-4c), this can be more convenient and simple for manufacturing, and thereby can reduce the cost of production, the practicality of the present invention can be improved in obtaining the improved strip-off type adhesive strip package of the present invention.

[0020] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4c, although the box 1 of the present invention is composed of the bottom plate 11 and the upper housing 12, by providing on the top of the housing 12 an opening 121 to coordinate with the adhesive strips 2 connected by sticking in sequentially reversely disposed mode and stacked one over another, the adhesive strips 2 can be torn off conveniently, the cost of production can be reduced; however, the adhesive strips 2 can alternatively be used together with another box 5 (referring to FIG. 5), the box 5 is provided with a base 51 which is provided with a protruding circle 511 to be covered by an upper cover 52. The upper cover 52 is provided on the top thereof with an elongate opening 521 (same as the abovementioned elongate opening 121) which is provided over and coordinates with a plurality of adhesive strips 2. A new stack of adhesive strips 2 can be changed for the adhesive strips 2 after the latter are used up and stuck on the base 51 of the box 5 conveniently, then the upper cover 52 can be placed on for closing. In this way, the objects of reducing the cost of production and convenience of tearing off as well as changing adhesive strips can be obtained.

In the present invention, by providing on the top of a box an opening with a length shorter than that of any of a plurality of adhesive strips while with a width larger than that of the adhesive strip in order to coordinate with the adhesive strips connected by sticking in sequentially reversely disposed mode and stacked on the bottom of the box, the present invention is more practical in tearing off of the adhesive strips alternately at the right end and the left end conveniently.

[0023] 2. By providing the adhesive strips connected by sticking in sequentially reversely disposed mode and stacked on the bottom of the box, the present invention can be manufactured in a simple and convenient mode, and cost of production can be lowered.

By providing on the top of the box the opening with a length more similar to that of any of the adhesive strips, the non-sticky section of each of the adhesive strips exposed to the outside of the opening has a relatively smaller bending up angle, it is thereby not subjected to deforming after tearing off and can keep the straight state.

[0025] In conclusion, the present invention not only can get rid of the defects resided in the conventional strip-off type adhesive strip packages, further, by the designing that the box is provided on the top thereof with an opening which coordinates with the adhesive strips in sequentially reversely disposed mode and being stacked one over another, tearing off as well as changing the adhesive strips is convenient, the cost of production of the present invention can be lowered; thus the present invention has its practicality largely improved, and suits various strip-off type adhesive strip packages. Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, industrially practical and desire to be secured by Letters Patent of the United States are:

Claims

1. An improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package comprising a box and a plurality of adhesive strips, wherein

said box is provided on the top thereof with an opening which is provided over and coordinates with said adhesive strips, said opening has a length shorter than that of any of said adhesive strips and has a width larger than that of said adhesive strip;

said adhesive strips are mutually connected by sticking and stacked on the bottom of said box, and each has a non-sticky section and has a sticky section extending out of said non-sticky section, said sticky section is sticky only on the bottom side thereof; every two neighboring ones of said adhesive strips are connected by sticking in reversely disposed mode.

2. The improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package as in claim 1, wherein said box has a bottom plate and an upper housing fixedly connected with said bottom plate, said housing is provided on the top thereof with said opening for taking said adhesive strips out of said box.

3. The improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package as in claim 2, wherein said adhesive strips are connected by sticking and stacked on said bottom plate of said box.

The improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package as in claim 2, wherein the height of said housing is smaller than the length of said non-sticky section of any of said adhesive strips in order that said non-sticky section is constantly abutted against an outside edge of said opening in favor of tearing off said adhesive strips.

The improved structure of strip-off type adhesive strip package as in claim 1, wherein said box is provided with a base which is provided with a protruding circle to be covered by an upper cover; said upper cover is provided on the top thereof with an opening for convenience of tearing off as well as changing said adhesive strips in said box.
