Process and apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage
The present invention provides a process for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage, where the filtered sewage is heated by the burning of waste, and the sewage under high-temperature and high-pressure pushes a turbine generator to generate electricity. Then the solution-mixture of sewage under high temperature and pressure and the exhaust gas generated by the burning of waste, after neutralization with acid and base, undergoes a drying-treatment by sucking out the water steam, and clean water and residue are finally separated from each other. An apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is also produced having a closed incinerator, a turbine generator and a sewage pipe for supplying drive-power/force to the turbine generator. In this way, domestic waste and sewage can be treated together, and meanwhile a weight and volume-reducing, innocuous and energy-generating treatment of the domestic waste and sewage is realized.
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly process and apparatus, in particular, to a process and apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage.
Currently, the internationally popular refuse innocuous treatment mainly comprises sanitary landfill, burning and composting, which either requires a big area occupation, or high investment and treatment cost, or complex operation. A set of waste incinerating equipment provided by USA, Japan, Norway or Denmark costs usually about 20-25 million US dollars. It is the high investment and the inconspicuous in-out economic benefit that make many cities overburdened. The current overall treatment cost in China is over 15 billion Yuan per year even if the low-cost sanitary landfill is fully employed. Meanwhile, in many cities sewage is treated in a centralized and very simple way, and is then discharged into a river, which may thus cause a large waste of water resources.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONA process for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage in accordance with the present invention is characterized in that the filtered sewage is heated by the burning of waste, and the sewage under high-temperature and high-pressure pushes a turbine generator to generate electricity, then the solution-mixture of sewage under high temperature and pressure and the exhaust gas generated by the burning of waste, after neutralization with acid and base, undergoes a drying-treatment by sucking out the water steam, and clean water and residue are finally separated from each other. In this way, domestic waste and sewage can be treated together, and meanwhile a weight and volume-reducing, innocuous and energy-generating treatment of the domestic waste and sewage is realized.
The present invention also involves an apparatus for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage comprising a closed incinerator, a turbine generator and a sewage pipe for supplying drive-power/force to the turbine generator. The sewage pipe is positioned above the closed incinerator and heated by the same, so that the sewage in the sewage pipes is put into high temperature and pressure condition very quickly thereby providing drive-power/force to the generator. Then, the sewage at high temperature and pressure is guided into a neutralization chamber together with the exhaust gas which is generated by the burning in the closed incinerator and sucked out by an air suction pump arranged above the closed incinerator. The liquid-mixture is guided under pressure into multi-layer pipes through a pressurizing machine. Finally, the water steam is sucked out by a plurality of air suction pumps and condensed into clean water leaving behind the residue. The residue can therefore be safely used as fertilizer for farms due to undergoing a treatment at high temperature which would sterilize the residue.
The apparatus in accordance with one aspect of the present invention for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is also characterized in that the sewage pipes comprise two forms. The sewage pipes close to the closed incinerator are relatively narrow at the side near the generator but relatively wide at the side away from the generator. The pipes away from the closed incinerator are consistent in size. The two forms of sewage pipes are connected with each other through a plurality of two-way pipes. Since the undermost pipes are directly heated up by the incinerator and the pipes are wide above and narrow below, the sewage thus intensively impacts the turbine of the generator.
The apparatus in accordance with another aspect of the present invention for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is characterized in that the holes on the sewage pipes are threaded, and the corresponding two-way pipes are also threaded at the top and bottom portions. The two-way pipe has a central shaft, wherein the top end of the central shaft is connected to the two-way pipe through four elastic sheets, and the bottom end of the central shaft is connected to a circular convex cover, so that the sewage between the two layers of the sewage pipes can quickly circulate from the top down and the sewage in the bottom layer has the highest temperature.
The apparatus in accordance with still another aspect of the present invention for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is further characterized in that an air suction pump is arranged above the closed incinerator to suck out the exhaust gas generated by the burning in the closed incinerator into the neutralization chamber. The liquid-mixture is guided under pressure into multi-layer pipes through the pressurizing machine.
The apparatus in accordance with still another aspect of the present invention for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is further characterized in that a gas-reflow-preventing device is connected to the neutralization chamber.
The apparatus in accordance with still another aspect of the present invention for the treatment of domestic waste and sewage is characterized in that the gas-reflow-preventing device is in the form of a cylinder with a central shaft. The top end of the central shaft is connected to two-way pipe through four elastic sheets, and the bottom end of the central shaft is connected to a circular convex cover. The bottom end of gas-reflow-preventing device has a ring of elastic baffle on which there is a buckle cover connected to the cylindrical upper end of the gas-reflow-preventing device through two steel pieces. The top end of the gas-reflow-preventing device is closed with two threaded holes in the middle portion. The corresponding ends of exhaust pipes and sewage pipes are also threaded so that they can be engaged with each other. Therefore, no reflow of gas will occur while mixing the sewage and exhaust gas with each other.
