disclosed here is an apparatus/device used for sports, recreation and exercising which rolls, moves, is circular with various diameters and circumferences from small, medium to large 27″ to 108″ which can be smaller or larger depending on height or age of person operating. Apparatus/device is made of various metals, plastics, rubber, wood for both handle/pusher and sports and exercise wheel/runner.

this is a simple device just take the pusher/handle in one hand and place it behind the wheel hold the wheel in an upright position the push with pusher/handle the wheel begins to roll its that easy

connect the gliders on pusher/handle to the gliders on the sports and exercise wheel and push

1. what is claimed is this apparatus rolls with a push of a handle which is held in hand while walking, trotting, running and can be attached or unattached to handle via of spokes or glider on sports and exercise wheel {runner} with or without spokes in a forward motion and upright position and is made of metal, plastic, wood, rubber with lights bell brakes, reflectors
