METHOD AND APPARATUS INTEGRAL OR ADDED TO A CONTAINER FOR SPREADING THE CONTAINER CONTENTS

The presented invention renews by method and apparatus added or integrated to a container, the system of spreading its contents if of viscous nature such as food spreads (chocolate spread, ketchup, spreading cheese, etc.), when the apparatus includes a frame to which a flexible piece and material is attached (silicone, for example) and where that silicone surface contains two slits or more, rending it suitable for different implementations, one of which is a length slit and the other crosses it. Thus the slits in the silicone form a 90 degrees opening for pouring or released materials from the container's corks, suitable for different kinds of containers. The contents of the containers are food spreads of various kinds, as already specified or other materials in spreadable forms (paint, for example) that can be applied over wooden or stony surfaces.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The presented invention manages materials held in containers, enabling a smoother and more tidy and neat release of material through ordinary or crossing slits in silicone corks, in such a method that the silicone slits regain their original ordinary form and lock the material back in the container when the pressure over them ceases. It is common knowledge that various substances and materials, in different accumulation states, when stored in containers, require additional instruments for evenly and neatly spreading them over surfaces, and the common way of squeezing out the materials, using gravitation forces, creates messy unpleasant results.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description present embodiments of the invention and are intended to provide an overview or framework for understanding the nature and character of the invention as it is claimed. The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated into and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate various embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles and operations of the invention but not to limit the invention to these descriptions only.

The present invention enables tidy and neat spreading of materials out of containers using a silicone cork, with at least two (or more) slits in it, for spreading the contents over surfaces, in a method better than the one used for tooth-paste tubs. These silicone slits allow creating pressure over the container and the materials in the container are squeezed out through several slits evenly and neatly, wherein, these silicone slits designed on the silicon material by creating horizontally and vertically cuts on the silicon material, and when pressure ceases these holes (slits) regain their original former state, not allowing additional leakage of material.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCHEMES PRESENTED

Drawings included and attached to this request for patent are meant to provide better understanding of the invention, consisting an inseparable part of the request, and shall not be interpreted as limiting the invention whatsoever.

Scheme 1 provides an example of a container and cork, enabling even and tidy spreading method of the stored material.

Scheme 2 describes former solution for storing materials—tooth-paste tube.

Scheme 3 is a schematic description of additional implementation of a container and a cork applied, as in the present invention submitted.

Scheme 4 is an additional schematic description of a container and cork as in this presented invention, together with exemplary surface, upon which the material will be spread.

Scheme 5 describes additional implementation included in the presented invention, the method of letting out stored material through the container's cork and its' spreading over the surface used.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

As will be appreciated the present invention is capable of other and different embodiments than those discussed above and described in more detail below, and its several details are capable of modifications in various aspects, all without departing from the spirit of the invention. Accordingly, the description of the embodiments set forth below are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not restrictive.

Scheme 1 is a schematic description of an example included in the present invention—a 100 container with 106 108 slits in the cork, or 104 cork for spreading material over an external surface, so that pressing 102 container upsides down while attached to 104 cork or with 110 closing, shows material flow as in this presented invention.

Scheme 2 shows an example of 150 former art used in a 152 tooth-paste tube patent, using a silicone crossing cork 154 and 156, when pressing 152 tube enables flow of viscous 158 paste in controlled easy to deal with manner, and when pressure over 152 container ceases, opening slits 154 and 156 close and avoid undesirable flow of material.

Scheme 3 shows additional implementation example, included in the presented invention where a 182 container with 186, 188 and 190 exemplary slits cut in the silicone surface and crossing each other intended for releasing material so that pressing 182 container enables applying pressure over silicone surface, and the flowing without 184 pressure, to some extent, allows material release as in this presented invention.

Scheme 4 is a schematic description of an additional 200 implementation, included in the presented invention, presenting a 202 container with 204 opening slit allowing spreading material over external surfaces so that pressing 202 container enables material flow and presents the method of the created flow, through length slit and smaller minor 106 slits over 204 silicone surface shutting off 202 container and assimilating controlled managed 208 material flow according to slits structure adapted to all materials within 202 container and implementation of 208 substance over 210 bread slice as example, in accordance with the invention hereby presented.

Scheme 5 presents an additional implementation example, parallel and same as scheme 4, but it is suitable for pita-bread types of foods, where implemented 200 type included in the present invention consists of 204 container with 208 slits opening for allowing material flow into pita bread 202 opening, through 206 narrow and long entry point, and while adapted for suiting 206 opening of the 202 pita bread for implementing container's stored material into 202 pita bread as included in this presented invention, and while the shapes and forms of the slits in the silicone surface, shapes and forms of the containers, corks and covers of the containers hereby described, are not inclusive or limiting, but are used for examples purposes only, for demonstrating and showing purposes and claims of this invention only, and shall not be otherwise considered.

Claims

1. Method, device and instrument, enabling a container for materials of certain viscosity and its spreading over external surfaces, storage openings based on:

a. Silicone closing and cover surface over openings in the container, and when,
b. The silicone surfaces include at least two slits allowing flow, and,
c. Opening slits are consisted of at least one long slit with additional crossing it one or more slit/s, and,
d. Creating manual pressure enabling at least partial flow of the stored material, and,
e. Flow is conducted in a controlled method, from at least 2 separate points, without affecting structure of the material and allowing its implementation over an external surface, similar to spreading over sliced surface, and,
f. Releasing pressure on the container allows at least partial closing of the silicone surface opening slits and flowing arrest.

2. Method, instrument and device as in claim 1 above, wherein opening sits of the silicone surface are at least 2 separate and optional ones, and include, not in parallel corner, 2 additional crossing slits.

3. Method, instrument and device as in claim 2 above, wherein silicone surface and its flowing slits structured over the cork and cover of the container can be added or removed from the container thus allowing replacing the corks by different ones or different cover of the container, for allowing flow of different implemented materials over different implemented surfaces.

4. Method, instrument and device as per claims 1 and 2 above, wherein the silicone surface includes flexible frame that can be implemented over different containers, for controlled flow of stored material.

5. Method, instrument and device allowing spreading container's contents in tidy and clean flow, wherein instrument and device form a closing cork over container's opening slits, in form of silicone surface cover with crossing slits and when at least two slits allow surface flow and not just tube flow existing in previous arts, and when 2 of these slits are cut into silicone surface, one by the other, or in crossing each other format, thus allowing flow when pressure is applied to the container, through several slits or openings, and allowing silicone slits regaining their original shape and form when pressure ceases, with an almost immediate flow stoppage.
