For a right-handed golfer the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device is placed around the golfer's waist with the expandable guide arm on their left side. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device is not tight enough as to prohibit the golfer to slide the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device from side to side while in use.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a baseball player throwing overhand, the athlete places the expandable guide arm either on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above their right elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any expertise level. With the ball throwers arms raised approximately chest height and the player's hands joined holding a ball, the player then proceeds to move their left arm back away from a target. The expandable guide arm will create a slight amount of tension to remind the player to then proceed, by leading with their left elbow, moving their arm forward and releasing the ball to the target.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a softball player throwing underhanded, the athlete places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above their right elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any level of expertise. With the ball thrower's arms hanging down in front of them and their hands jointly holding a soft ball the player then proceeds to move their left arm in a short forward movement then reverses it by moving their arm to go in a backward movement away from the intended target. With the expandable guide arm rendering a slight amount of tension applied to their throwing arm, the player's arm will continue back around and downwards. At this point the expandable guide's tension will be mounting and the thrower's arm will be guided to stay close to their body and start to move forward in line to the target. As their elbow is approximately waist height the expandable guide arm will have maximum pressure to direct the player's elbow to lead the arm forward staying close to the body as the ball is released target bound.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a football throwing player the athlete places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above the athlete's right elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any level of expertise. With the ball throwers arms up at chest height in front of them and with their hands jointly holding the football, the athlete then proceeds to move their left arm back, in the area between their shoulder and ear, approximately to the rear of their shoulder when the expandable guide arm will have mounting tension. At that point the athlete will begin to thrust their arm forward, with their elbow leading, influenced by the expandable guide arm. At a point past the area of the athlete's face, the athlete releases the football directed at the target.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a baseball and softball batting player the athlete places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above their left elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any level of expertise. With the batter standing sideways to the target their hands and arms are raised approximately shoulder height, holding a bat in a batter's position. The athlete will experience slight tension on their trailing arm at the elbow area and then begins their forward motion with the expandable guide's arm tension reminding them to lead the move with their elbow. As their arms are approximately at the trailing portion of their chest, elbow leading, the athlete releases their forearms and wrists resulting in hitting the pitched ball out toward their target.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a bowler the bowler places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the bowler is left-handed) until it is slightly above their left elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed bowler at any level of expertise. From the waist up the bowler is slightly bent forward and their arms and hands hang down while holding a bowling ball. As the athlete starts their body moving forward towards the pins the athlete begins by moving the ball throwing arm to go straight back directly away from the pins. As it goes back the slight tension created from the expandable guide arm will begin to mount. At a point when their arm and bowling ball is in the rear area just short of being parallel to the floor the bowler begins their arm moving down and forward in line with their target spot. The expandable guide arm will gently direct their arm and elbow to stay close to their body. When the arm and bowling ball reaches their lowest point to the lane or floor and starts a forward incline, the bowler commences, to release the ball from their hand.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a tennis ball hitting player the athlete places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above their left elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any level of expertise. With the tennis player's hands and arms raised approximately stomach height and centered in the middle of the body, the player stands with their legs slightly bent and upper body bent forward and holds the tennis racket with their left land. The tennis player's body position is the opposite for a right-handed player.

The player then as the ball comes toward them on their forearm side turns their body, while simultaneously drawing their hitting arm back and away from the approaching ball. The expandable guide arm will be stretching causing a slight tension to the hitting arm of the athlete. At the point where the player determines that the time is right to swing at the approaching ball they begin their forward swing and/or arm movement led by their elbow. With their body turning toward the approaching ball, elbow leading, the forearm and racket are released allowing the racket to make contact with the tennis ball returning it toward the target.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for stroking a billiards cue, the billiards player places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above the left elbow of the billiards player. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any level of expertise. The billiards player with cue in hand bends forward their upper body from the waist up over the billiards table. They then move their left arm back toward their buttocks keeping it close to their body. The expandable guide arm will have a bit of tension on the bicep portion of their arm. The athlete then allows their forearm to hang straight down with wrist and hand directed to the floor. At this point the athlete feels the amount of tension caused by the expandable guide arm and holds the position with their forearm free and lose. While still holding the cue the athlete moves it straight back only using their forearm and hand to do so, keeping their bicep perfectly still. When ready the athlete pushes the cue forward into the cue ball, directed at the target ball using their hand and forearm, by swinging only their forearm.

To utilize the sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device for a dart throwing player , the dart player places the expandable guide arm on their right side (if the athlete is left-handed) until it is slightly above their left elbow. The sport swinging, hitting and throwing assistance device can be used by a left-handed and a right-handed athlete at any level of expertise. With the dart player's left hand holding the dart properly the dart player raises it up to their eye line from their face area directly focused on the target. At this time they will feel the expandable guide gently directing their left elbow into their left chest area almost directly below their left cheek. With their arm and elbow steadied the athlete then aims the dart at the target simultaneously drawing the dart back toward their shoulders. When ready the dart player will thrust the dart toward the target using their hand and forearm only while their elbow and upper arm remain still.

While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.
