Abstract

The present provides a training device in the form of a specially designed bobblehead doll. The Cesar Millan Bobblehead is configured in the form of a dog with a head being a cartoon image of Cesar Millan who is known by many people as the Dog Whisperer. A dog owner will be reminded of the training methods taught by Cesar Millan by looking at the Cesar Millan Dog Whisperer Bobblehead. Consistency is important in effective animal training. Seeing this device will help to ingrain the positive training methods taught by Cesar Millan, and hence result in a better trained dog.

CLAIM OF PRIORITY

This patent application claims priority under 35 USC 119 (e) (1) from U.S. Provisional Patent Application Ser. No. 61/685,559 filed Mar. 20, 2012, of common inventorship herewith entitled, “Cesar Millan Dog Whisperer Bobblehead.”

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention pertains to the field of collectible items, and more specifically to bobble head collection novelties.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The prior art has put forth several designs for bobble head novelties. Among these are:

US Patent 2004/0116042 to Michael J. Emoff describes a bobblehead doll having a molded elastically deformable head so facial features of the head may be contorted manually. The elastic memory of the deformable parts of the head are such that the head returns to its as molded shape after a time interval which is sufficiently long so that contorted faces may be observed. The doll head is formed from a relatively rigid member covered by an elastomeric deformable cover. Alternatively, the doll head is constructed such that facial features are partly collapsible or inwardly pushable to increase the variety of contorted head shapes obtainable. The body of the doll is formed and painted to represent a particular sports team or person. The head has a hat or other device consistent with the appearance of the body.

U.S. Pat. D518,860 to Ricky Bishop illustrates an ornamental design of a deer bobble toy with a buck standing on a plot of ground moving his head in a clockwise rotation and hooking his right antler around a small tree.

U.S. Pat. D567,141 to Dayna L. Meserve illustrates an ornamental design for a bobblehead figure containing a female's head with her mouth open as if neighing to match a body of a horse or pony in a standing position with its left forefoot lifted as if about to paw the ground.

None of these prior art references describe the present invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel bobblehead with dog trainer Cesar Millan's head on a dog's body.

Dogs are loyal companions often considered a member of the family rather than a mere pet. Conscientious pet owners take special care to provide their animals a healthy diet, comfortable bedding, warm shelter and constructive behavior habits. With the pet care industry booming, the media is giving special attention to animal training experts and pet care specialties. Cesar Millan is one dog behavioral expert who has enjoyed tremendous success and popularity in recent years. Cesar Millan's professional dog training career is based on rehabilitating and training especially aggressive dogs. The author of several bestselling books, Cesar Milian is a broadcast superstar hosting his own television series that teaches pet owners how to train, control and care for their animals. The Cesar Millan Bobblehead is configured in the form of a dog with a head being a cartoon image of Cesar Millan who is known by many people as the Dog Whisperer. The Cesar Millan Bobblehead provides dog loving consumers with a novel collectible item to celebrate this legendary pet care and training specialist. Manufactured of heavy duty plastic material with metal components, the Cesar Millan Dog Whisperer Bobblehead measures approximately five to six inches in height and six to nine inches in width. 1. A training device in the form of a bobblehead doll having a head in a shape that resembles the head of a human dog trainer, Cesar Millan on the body of a dog.

2. The training device of claim 1, wherein the dog is in a sitting position.

3. The training device of claim 1, wherein the dog is in a standing position.

4. The training device of claim 1, wherein the dog is in a lying position.
