BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a fan comprising a nano-bearing.

2. Description of the Related Art

Conventional bearings are made of steel or ceramic materials. Steel bearing is susceptible to oxidation corrosion, high temperature, and abrasion. Ceramic bearing has poor shock resistance, bad tenacity, and low bearing capacity.

In general, high speed fans employ ball bearing, and low speed fans employ low cost oil-impregnated bearing. Ball bearing has stable operation but it is expensive. Oil-impregnated bearing, for example, sleeve bearing, employs lubricating oil as a lubricant and drag reduction agent, which is cheap and produce little noise in its early use. However, the abrasion of the sleeve bearing is huge, which seriously shortens the service life of the bearing. In addition, with the volatilization of the lubricating oil, dust and impurities enters the bearing, thereby slowing down the rotary speed of the fan and increasing the noise. Furthermore, the serious abrasion of the bearing leads to the violent vibration of the fan.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the above-described problems, it is one objective of the invention to provide a fan comprising a nano-bearing. The fan has high bearing capacity, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and long service life.

To achieve the above objective, in accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided a fan comprising a nano-bearing, the fan comprising: a fan frame, a casing, fan blades, a magnetic piece, silicon steel sheets, a coil, a circuit board, a nano-bearing, and a rotational shaft of a motor. The fan frame is disposed at a bottom of the fan. The casing is disposed above the fan frame. A plurality of the fan blades encircles the casing and the fan blades are staggered with respect to one another. The magnetic piece is in a ring shape and is attached to an inner wall of the casing. A plurality of the silicon steel sheets is stacked together, and disposed in a circle inside the magnetic piece. The coil is wound on the silicon steel sheets. The nano-bearing is disposed in a center of the silicon steel sheets. The rotational shaft of the motor is disposed inside the nano-bearing. The circuit board is connected to the coil wound on the silicon steel sheets.

In a class of this embodiment, the nano-bearing comprises an outer ring and an inner ring. The inner ring comprises an upper ring-shaped structure, a lower ring-shaped structure, and an accommodating chamber. The upper ring-shaped structure and the lower ring-shaped structure are discontinuously arranged. The accommodating chamber is disposed in a middle part of the inner ring between the upper ring-shaped structure and the lower ring-shaped structure. An oil storing cotton is disposed inside the accommodating chamber. The outer ring and the inner ring are made of nano-materials.

In a class of this embodiment, the nano-bearing is made of a nano-ceramic material, a nano-silicon carbide material, a nano-zirconia material, or a nano-silicon nitride.

In a class of this embodiment, nano-wear resistant layers are attached to an inner wall of the outer ring and/or an outer wall of the inner ring.

In a class of this embodiment, the nano-wear resistant layers are nano-ceramic coating layers.

In a class of this embodiment, one end of the rotational shaft of the motor is provided with a fixing clasp.

In a class of this embodiment, an oil leak-proof ring is disposed above the nano-bearing, and a sealant is disposed in the oil leak-proof ring.

In a class of this embodiment, an oil leak-proof lid is disposed at an opening of the outer ring at a lower part of the nano-bearing.

Advantages according to embodiments of the invention are summarized as follows:

Silicon steel sheet is a ferrosilicon soft magnetic alloy generally having a silicon content of between 0.5 and 4.5 wt. % and formed by hot and cold rolling. The addition of silicon is capable of improving the resistivity and the maximum permeability of iron, decreasing the coercivity, the core loss, and the magnetic aging. The silicon steel sheet is mainly used to manufacture cores of different kinds of transformers, motors, and generators, which include a high silicon type and a low silicon type according to the silicon content.

The fan of the invention utilizes the bearing manufactured by completely integration of nanoscale polymer materials and special additives. Crystal particles reach a nanoscale (10−9 m) and are firm, smooth, wear-resistant, and less volatile, thereby prolonging the service life of the fan.

The inner ring 10 comprises an upper ring-shaped structure, a lower ring-shaped structure, and an accommodating chamber 100. The upper ring-shaped structure and the lower ring-shaped structure are discontinuously arranged. The accommodating chamber 100 is disposed in a middle part of the inner ring 10 between the upper ring-shaped structure and the lower ring-shaped structure. An oil storing cotton is disposed inside the accommodating chamber 100. A rotational shaft 12 is disposed inside the inner ring 10. The outer ring and the inner ring are made of nano-materials.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fan equipped with the nano-bearing comprises a fan frame 22 disposed at a bottom of the fan. A casing 20 is disposed above the fan frame 22. A plurality of the fan blades 21 encircles the casing 20 and the fan blades are staggered with respect to one another. A ring-shaped magnetic piece 30 is attached to an inner wall of the casing 20. A plurality of the silicon steel sheets 32 is stacked together, and disposed in a circle inside the magnetic piece 30. The coil is wound on the silicon steel sheets. The nano-bearing, a structure of which is shown in FIG. 1, is disposed in a center of the silicon steel sheets 32. The rotational shaft 12 of a motor is disposed inside the nano-bearing. The circuit board 31 is connected to the coil wound on the silicon steel sheets 32. An oil leak-proof ring 14 is disposed above the nano-bearing, and a sealant is disposed in the oil leak-proof ring for preventing a lubricant from evaporating. Furthermore, an end of the rotational shaft 12 of the motor is provided with a fixing clasp 120. An oil leak-proof lid 40 is disposed at an opening of the outer ring at a lower part of the nano-bearing for further preventing the lubricant from leaking.
