TRAY-DRAWER OF BAKE OVEN

A tray-drawer of a bake oven, includes a tray, which sits in the chutes. The chutes sit on the inner wall of the bake oven. The tray can be drawn along the chutes completely out or partly out and seized up at the front of the bake oven. By the tray-drawer of the bake oven, user can very easily bring the tray out from the outside and do not need to put their hands into the bake oven.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is the continuation-in-part application of International Application No. PCT/CN2017/000470, filed on Jul. 27, 2017, which is based upon and claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 201610715228.8, filed on Aug. 23, 2016, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of the cooking tools, and in particular to a tray-drawer of bake oven.

BACKGROUND

The existed bake oven is very different to microwave oven, not opening from the side but the top. So is not safe and after the food has been baked user must enter their hands in to the bake oven, so that their hands can be very easily scalded.

SUMMARY

The purpose of this invention is to cancel the existed bake oven's problem. By existed bake oven after the food has been baked user must enter their hands in to the bake oven and the temperature in the bake oven is very high, so their hands can be very easily scalded. This invention is including a tray, which sits in the two chutes on the two inner walls of the bake oven, the tray can be drawn along the chutes completely out or partly out and seized up at the front of bake oven. And existed bake oven's doors are all opening from the top, so is just different to the microwave oven's and it is actually not good. This invention's suitable bake oven's door is opening from the side just side-door. After the food has been baked, user can just easily draw the tray out and it can seize up at the front of bake oven, user can from outside with gloves or wipes bring the tray out or just wait for the food a little colder, then bring the food out, so is very safe for their hands.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The following further explains the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1: FIG. 1 is the planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 1. FIG. 2 is the side view of the chute shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is the side view of the tray shown in FIG. 1. As show in FIGS. 1-3, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes the tray 1, the tray 1 sits in the two chutes 2 on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray 1 can be drawn along the chutes 2 completely out or partly out and seized up at the front of bake oven. In the chutes 2, there are vertical grooves 21. On the two sides of the tail of the tray 1, there are two suitable downward hooks 3, the hooks 3 can be seized up in the grooves 21. A user can draw the tray 1 till the end, it can't fall down from the chutes 2, the user can also draw the tray 1 a little out or half out.

2: FIG. 4 is the planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 2. FIG. 5 is the side view of the chute shown in FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is the side view of the tray shown in FIG. 4. As show in FIGS. 4-6, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes the tray 1, the tray 1 sits in the chutes 2 on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray 1 can be drawn along the chutes 2 completely out and seized up at the front of bake oven. In the chutes 2 and at the front of the chutes 2, there are two downward hooks 22. On the two sides of the tail of the tray, there are two suitable upward hooks 3, the hooks 3 can be seized up the hooks 22.

3: FIG. 7 is the planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 3. FIG. 8 is the side view of the chute and the tray shown in FIG. 7. As show in FIGS. 7-8, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes the tray 1, the tray 1 sits in the chutes 2 on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray 1 can be drawn along the chutes 2 completely out and seized up at the front of bake oven. The tray 1 can be seized up in 2 via two connecting sticks 4. In the chutes 2, there are two connecting sticks 4, one side of connecting sticks 4 is connected to the tray 1, the other side of connecting sticks 4 is connected to the chutes 2. When user draw the tray 1, it can be temporarily out of the chutes 2, but at last the tray 1 can sit back into the chutes 2, the tray 1 can't fall down, because it has been fixed with connecting sticks 4.

4: FIG. 9. is the side view of the chute and the tray for detailed description of the embodiment 4. As show in FIG. 9, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes the tray 1, the tray 1 sits in the chutes 2 on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray 1 can be drawn along the chutes 2 completely out or partly out and seized up at the front of bake oven. The tray 1 can be seized up in chutes 2 via two connecting strips 5. The connecting strips 5 can a little slide in the chutes 2, the connecting strips 5 has clips 51; in the chutes 2, there are suitable buttons 23 for the clips 51. There are two small chutes 24 in the 2. One side of the connecting strips 5 is connected with 1, the other side of connecting strips 5 is in the small chutes 24. The connecting strips 5 can a little slide in chutes 2 via the small chutes 24. The clips 51 can be seized up the buttons 23. Via the connecting strips 5 the user can a little regulate the length of the 1 the user wants to draw out.

5: FIG. 10 is the planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 5. FIG. 11 is the planform of the board with hook in FIG. 10. FIG. 12 is the planform of the tray in FIG. 10. FIG. 13 is the side view of FIG. 11. FIG. 14 is the side view of FIG. 12. As show in FIGS. 10-14, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes the tray 1, the tray 1 sits in the chutes 2 on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray 1 can be drawn along the chutes 2 completely out and seized up at the front of bake oven. The tail of the tray has one row downward hook 3. At the front of the chutes 2 there is a board 6 with one row hook 61, the part with slants in FIG. 10 is the board 6 with one row hook 61, the hook 61 is upward. The downward hook 3 can seize up the hook 61.

6: FIG. 15 is the planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 6. FIG. 16 is the planform of the board with grooves in FIG. 15. FIG. 17 is the planform of the tray in FIG. 15. As show in FIGS. 15-17, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes the tray 1, the tray 1 sits in the chutes 2 on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray 1 can be drawn along the chutes 2 completely out and seized up at the front of bake oven. The tail of the tray has one row hook 3. At the front of the chutes 2, there is a board 7 with grooves, the grooves can be also crevices, because they have same function. The 71 is the crevice of the board 7, the part with slants in FIG. 15 is the board 7 with the crevice 71. The hook 3 can seize up in the crevice 71.

7: FIG. 18 is the planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 7. As show in FIG. 18, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes a tray 1 and also a grill 8. The tray 1 can seize up the grill 8, the tray and the grill, one can seize up on an other's front. The tray 1 can have holes 11 and the grill 8 can have suitable hooks 3. The hooks 3 can seize up the holes 11. FIG. 19 is another planform of the tray-drawer of bake oven, is for detailed description of the embodiment 7. The tray 1 can have groove or crevice and the grill 8 can have suitable hook 3 just similar as the detailed description of the embodiment 5 and 6.

8: The detailed description of the embodiment 8 is a development of the detailed description of the embodiment 7, the tray-drawer of bake oven includes double trays, the grill can be changed to the second tray, the tail of one tray has hook, the front of another tray has board with hook, the hook of the tray can seize up the hook of the described board; or the tail of one tray has hook, the front of the another tray has board with grooves or crevices, the hook of the tray can be seized up in the grooves or crevices of the described board, the described two trays, one can seize up on the front of another tray. The connecting parts are similar as the detailed description of the embodiment 5 and 6 and 7.

Claims

1. A tray-drawer of bake oven, comprising a tray, wherein the tray sits in chutes on the inner wall of the bake oven, the tray is drawn along the chutes completely out or partly out and seized up at a front of the bake oven, and the door of the bake oven is opening from a side of the bake oven.

2. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, wherein in the chutes, there are vertical grooves, a tail of the tray has hooks, the vertical grooves seize up the hooks.

3. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, wherein in the chutes, there are hooks, the tail of the tray has suitable hooks, the hooks in the chutes seize up the hooks of the tray.

4. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, wherein the tray is seized up in the chutes via connecting sticks, by which the tray is temporarily out of the chutes but at last seized back into the chutes.

5. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, wherein the tray is seized up in the chutes via connecting strips, the connecting strips slide a little in the chutes, the connecting strips have clips; there are suitable buttons in the chutes, are the buttons seize up the connecting strips.

6. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, wherein the tail of the tray has hook, the front of the chutes has a board with hook, the board with hook seizes up the hook of the tail of the tray.

7. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, wherein the tail of the tray has hook, the front of the chutes has a board with grooves or crevices, the board with grooves or crevices seizes up the hook of the tail of the tray.

8. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, further comprising a grill, wherein the tray seizes up the grill, the tray and the grill, one seizes up on a front of another.

9. The tray-drawer of bake oven according to claim 1, further comprising a second tray, wherein the tray seizes up the second tray, the tray and the second tray, one seizes up on a front of another.
