Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure belongs to the field of washing machines, in particular to a washing machine.

BACKGROUND

Washing machines are designed as devices for washing clothes with electricity. Generally, a washing machine includes a tub for containing washing water; a rotating tub rotationally mounted in the tub; a pulsator rotationally mounted at the bottom of the rotating tub; and a motor and a clutch which are configured to rotate the rotating tub and the pulsator. When the rotating tub and the pulsator rotate in a state where laundry and a laundry detergent are led into the rotating tub, the pulsator agitates washing water together with the laundry led into the rotating tub, and thus stains are removed from the laundry.

In order to increase the washing capacity of the washing machine, a larger rotating tub is required, that is, the height or diameter of the rotating tub needs to be increased. If the rotating tub is larger, the tub accommodating the rotating tub and a case accommodating the tub need to be larger as the size of the rotating tub increases. The increase of the size of the case corresponding to the appearance of the washing machine is limited by the space in the area where the washing machine is installed. The space for the washing machine in houses of users is generally limited. It is not realistic to increase the capacity of the washing machine by increasing the size of the washing machine case. How to increase the capacity of the rotating tub without increasing the size of the case of the washing machine has become a major problem that puzzles designers.

Patent CN201610210904.6 provides a washing machine with a non-porous inner tub and relates to the technical field of washing machines. Under the premise of saving water, the washing machine with the non-porous inner tub is designed for solving the problem that bacteria grow on an outer tub due to water splashing when water is drained from the upper portion of the inner tub, and the cost of the washing machine can be reduced. The washing machine with the non-porous inner tub includes the inner tub and the outer tub. A water collecting ring is arranged at a tub opening of the inner tub; the water collecting ring includes a water collecting cavity, a water collecting port and a drainage port, wherein the water collecting port and the drainage port communicate with the water collecting cavity; the water collecting port faces the interior of the inner tub; the drainage port faces a gap between the inner tub and the outer tub; the drainage port is connected with a drainage pipe; the drainage pipe downwards extends to the bottom of the outer tub; and thus the water collection effect is achieved through the structure. However, due to the fact that the outer edge of the outer tub extends to the position above the inner tub, the inner tub is liable to collide with the outer tub and be damaged, and the capacity of the inner tub cannot be increased easily due to the existence of the outer edge; and in addition, during the dewatering process of the inner tub, water thrown out enters the bottom of the outer tub during high-speed rotation and is liable to splash out of the outer tub, splashed washing water is likely to corrode the machine case after a long time, and short circuits of circuits are liable to be caused.

In view of this, the present disclosure is proposed.

For example, connection may be fixed connection or detachable connection or integral connection, may be mechanical connection or electrical connection, and may be direct connection or indirect connection through an intermediate medium. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure should be understood under specific conditions.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the embodiment provides a washing machine including a box body 1, an inner tub 2 arranged in the box body 1, a driving device 3 for driving the inner tub 2 to rotate, and a water collecting device 5 arranged at the bottom of the inner tub 2; the inner tub 2 is a water containing tub during washing/rinsing; the outer wall of the inner tub 2 is provided with a dewatering water channel 4 which communicates with the inner tub 2 and is used for draining water thrown out by the inner tub 2; the water collecting device 5 includes a water collecting cavity 501 with an upper opening; the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is provided with a recessed portion 6; and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 downwards extends into the recessed portion 6.

The washing machine in the embodiment is not provided with an outer tub, so that the inner tub 2 can be used as a water containing tub, that is, the inner tub 2 is provided with dewatering holes in the upper portion and is not provided with holes in the middle and lower portions. The water collecting device 5 is arranged at the bottom of the inner tub 2. On the one hand, when water is drained from the inner tub 2, the water collecting device can collect the water drained from the inner tub 2 and prevent the water from overflowing; and on the other hand, the water collecting device 5 does not limit the capacity increase of the inner tub 2, and a sufficient space is provided for the capacity increase of the inner tub 2.

The recessed portion 6 is arranged on the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 extends and is inserted into the recessed portion 6, so that water collection and drainage are facilitated, water drained during dewatering and drainage can be prevented from splashing out of the water collecting cavity 501, splashed water is prevented from corroding the box body 1 and causing short circuits of circuits, the structure is especially suitable for preventing water splashing when the side wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is low, and meanwhile, the best capacity increase and water splashing prevention effects are achieved.

The recessed portion 6 may be formed by recessing the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 downwards, or a separate part may be arranged on the bottom wall additionally, for example, a water retaining rib 502 is arranged on the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, and the water retaining rib 502 and the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 jointly define a recessed portion 6.

In a preferred solution, the upper end of the side wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is lower than the bottom of the inner tub 2.

Since the upper end of the side wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is lower than the bottom of the inner tub 2, the whole water collecting cavity 501 can be located below the bottom of the inner tub 2, no structure of the side wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is located between the inner tub 2 and the box body 1, the inner tub 2 and the water collecting device 5 do not need to be spaced by a certain safety distance, the inner tub 2 is prevented from colliding with the water collecting device 5 and being damaged, meanwhile, the water collecting device 5 and the box body 1 do not need to be spaced by a certain safety distance, thus, the inner tub 2 and the box body 1 have to be spaced by a safety distance only, the diameter of the inner tub 2 can be greatly increased, and the capacity increase of the inner tub 2 can be better achieved.

In a preferred solution, the water collecting device 5 includes a mounting base plate 503 and the water retaining rib 502 arranged on the mounting base plate 503. The mounting base plate 503 and the water retaining rib 502 define the water collecting cavity 501 with an upper opening. The upper end of the water retaining rib 502 is lower than the bottom of the inner tub 2. The recessed portion 6 is formed by recessing the mounting bottom plate 503 downwards.

The mounting base plate 503 and the water retaining rib 502 are arranged and define the water collecting cavity 501 and may be integrally formed or sealed and fixed. The recessed portion 6 may be directly arranged on the mounting base plate 503 to form a recess, and the structure is simple and convenient to machine and form.

In a further solution, when the projection of the inner tub 2 in the horizontal direction is located in the projection of the water collecting cavity 501 in the horizontal direction, the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 can downwards extend vertically or extend in a bent mode to be inserted into the recessed portion 6; and preferably, the water outlet end 401 downwards extends vertically, thus, the bending angle does not need to be calculated, processing is simple, water flow is not blocked by bends and is smoother, and drainage is better facilitated.

When the projection of the inner tub 2 in the horizontal direction covers the projection of the water collecting cavity 501 in the horizontal direction, the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 is bent inwards and extends into the recessed portion 6. The outer diameter of the water collecting cavity 501 in the solution is smaller than the outer diameter of the inner tub 2. Since the dewatering water channel 4 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the inner tub 2, the dewatering water channel 4 needs to be bent inwards to enter, and may be inserted into the recessed portion 6 through multiple bends.

The recessed portion 6 may communicate with the drainage pipe 8 of the washing machine through the pipeline 11, and water in the recessed portion 6 is directly drained through the drainage pipe 8 in time and prevented from splashing from the upper portion; the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 can be fully utilized, and the bottom of the water collecting cavity 501 is provided with a drainage port 7; and part of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is lower than the bottom of the recessed portion 6, so that water in the recessed portion 6 can be directly collected into the water collecting cavity 501, and then drained through the drainage port 7. In this way, the pipeline 11 is not necessarily arranged additionally.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the embodiment is a further limitation to Embodiment 1. The recessed portion 6 in the embodiment is formed by recessing the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 downwards; and the recessed portion 6 is an annular groove 601 formed by recessing the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 downwards in a circle in the circumferential direction, and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 downwards extends into an opening of the annular groove 601.

In the manufacturing process of the water collecting cavity 501, the bottom wall is recessed downwards to form the annular groove 601, so that manufacturing is simple and convenient, and the cost is low; or an annular water retaining rib is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, and the water retaining rib and the bottom wall and the side wall of the water collecting cavity 501 jointly define the annular groove 601; or a plurality of annular water retaining ribs and the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 define the annular groove 601. Either way, as long as the recessed portion 6 can be formed and matched with the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4, water can be prevented from splashing.

The water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 is inserted into the annular groove 601. When the inner tub 2 rotates, the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 rotates in the annular groove 601, so that obstruction is avoided. The annular groove 601 is lower than the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, and the water outlet end 401 downwards extends into the opening of the annular groove 601. In this way, water drained from the dewatering water channel 4 directly enters the annular groove 601, and the space is small, so that water cannot be splashed from the upper portion of the water collecting cavity 501.

Preferably, the outer side wall of the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 is close to the inner wall of the annular groove 601 with a certain gap reserved therebetween, the effect that the dewatering water channel 4 smoothly rotates along with the inner tub 2 without collision can be ensured, the gap can be minimized, and water is prevented from being splashed from the upper portion.

In a further solution, the annular groove 601 is located below the dewatering water channel 4, and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 vertically extends downward and is inserted into the annular groove 601; and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 needs to be matched with the annular groove 601 in position. The annular groove 601 is arranged coaxial with the inner tub 2, and the diameter of the annular groove 601 is approximate to the diameter of the inner tub 2. In this way, the upper opening of the annular groove 601 can directly face the water outlet end 401 at the lower portion of the dewatering water channel 4. The water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 is vertically inserted into the annular groove 601, so that processing is easy, water flow is not blocked by bends and is smoother, and drainage is better facilitated.

In a preferred solution, the edge of the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 is inclined; and the outer side of the edge of the water outlet end 401 is lower, the inner side of the edge of the water outlet end 401 is higher, and thus in the rotation process, water can flow to the inner side and be prevented from splashing out of the water collecting cavity 501.

In a further solution, a horizontal retaining rib is arranged at the opening of the annular groove 601. The horizontal retaining rib extends from the edge of the opening to the middle of the opening and is spaced from the outer wall of the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 by a certain distance, so that water is prevented from splashing out.

The horizontal retaining rib is arranged at the opening of the annular groove 601. After the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 is inserted into the annular groove 601, the horizontal retaining rib blocks the annular groove 601 and serves as a cover, water in the groove can be prevented from splashing from the upper portion. Meanwhile, a certain gap is reserved between the horizontal retaining rib and the outer wall of the water outlet end 401, so that the dewatering water channel 4 is not prevented from rotating along with the inner tub 2.

In a further solution, the washing machine includes a drainage pipe 8. The annular groove 601 communicates with the drainage pipe 8 through a pipeline 11. Water in the annular groove 601 is directly drained into the drainage pipe 8.

According to the solution, the bottom of the annular groove 601 is lower than the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, so that water cannot be drained into the water collecting cavity 501 directly from the bottom of the annular groove 601. Therefore, a pipeline 11 may be arranged for enabling the annular groove 601 to directly communicate with the drainage pipe 8 for draining water in the annular groove 601, so that excessive water is prevented from overflowing from the upper portion of the annular groove 601, and water is prevented from splashing out.

Preferably, the end, close to the annular groove 601, of the pipeline 11 is higher than the end, close to the drainage pipe 8, of the pipeline 11, so that water in the water collecting cavity 501 can conveniently flow into the drainage pipe 8 smoothly.

In a further solution, the drainage pipe 8 of the washing machine is located on the inner side of the inner periphery of the annular groove 601 and connected to the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501. One end of the annular groove 601 is close to the drainage pipe 8, and the other end of the annular groove 601 is far away from the drainage pipe 8. The height of the bottom wall of the annular groove 601 is inclined downwards from outside to inside in the radial direction; and/or the bottom wall of the end, close to the drainage pipe 8, of the annular groove 601 is lower than the bottom wall of the end, far away from the drainage pipe 8, of the annular groove 601.

Preferably, the lowest position of the bottom wall of the annular groove 601 is connected with the pipeline and communicates with the drainage pipe 8 through the pipeline 11.

The bottom wall of the annular groove 601 is arranged obliquely, so that water can be guided to flow from the higher side to the lower side, the water flow speed is increased, and water accumulation can be avoided. The pipeline 11 is arranged on the side close to the drainage pipe 8 and used for enabling the annular groove 601 to communicate with the drainage pipe 8 for drainage, and the pipeline 11 is short and easy to arrange. Therefore, the height of the bottom wall of the annular groove 601 in the solution is reduced towards the side provided with the drainage pipe 8 in all directions.

Generally, the annular groove 601 is formed on the outer periphery of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, and the drainage pipe 8 is correspondingly arranged on the inner side of the inner periphery of the annular groove 601. At this time, the height of the bottom wall is inclined downwards from outside to inside in the radial direction, so that water flow is conveniently collected to the middle. The end, close to the drainage pipe 8, of the annular groove 601 is higher horizontally, the end, far away from the drainage pipe 8, of the annular groove 601 is lower horizontally, so that water flow is conveniently collected to the lower end, and drained into the drainage pipe 8 through the pipeline 11 more easily.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 4, the embodiment is a further limitation to Embodiment 1, and is another implementation form of the recessed portion 6. The height of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 in the embodiment is gradually reduced from the periphery to the middle to form the recessed portion 6, and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 extends into the recessed portion 6.

The bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 in the embodiment is inclined downwards from outside to inside, and the formed recessed portion 6 is similarly in a funnel shape, and the water flow speed can be increased. After the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 extends into the recessed portion 6, drained water can quickly flow to the lowest position of the water collecting cavity 501 without gathering at a higher position. Therefore, water does not splash out of the water collecting cavity 501 and splash on the box body 1 during rotating dewatering, and the washing machine is safer.

Preferably, the drainage port 7 is formed in the middle of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501, and the drainage port 7 communicates with the drainage pipe 8 of the washing machine, and water in the recessed portion 6 is collected to the middle of the water collecting cavity 501 and then drained through the drainage port 7.

The middle of the water collecting cavity 501 is the lowest part of the bottom wall, and water drained from the dewatering water channel 4 is collected to the middle. Therefore, by forming the drainage port 7 in the middle of the bottom wall, accumulated water can be drained to the greatest extent without residue, and accumulation of dirt and bacteria is avoided, and meanwhile, the pipeline 11 does not need to be arranged, so that simpleness and convenience are achieved.

Embodiment 4

As shown in FIG. 5, the embodiment is a further limitation to Embodiment 1, and is another implementation form of the recessed portion 6. The height of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 of the water collecting device 5 in the embodiment is reduced stepwise from the outer periphery to the middle to form a stepped recessed portion 6, and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 extends downwards and is inserted into the stepped recessed portion 6.

The stepped recessed portion 6 may be matched with the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4, so that the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 just extends and is inserted into the stepped recessed portion 6, drained water can quickly flow away through descending steps, water flow is prevented from splashing out from the upper portion by upper steps, and the dewatering water channel 4 is not prevented from rotating with the inner tub 2.

Preferably, the stepped recessed portion 6 includes a vertical bent portion 9 and a horizontal bent portion 10, and the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 directly faces the horizontal bent portion 10, and the side wall of the water outlet end 401 is close to the vertical bent portion 9.

The stepped recessed portion 6 may include a vertical bent portion 9 and a horizontal bent portion 10 which are connected at the bottom, and may also include a plurality of connected vertical bent portions 9 and horizontal bent portions 10. The side wall of the water outlet end 401 is close to the vertical bent portion 9, so that water flow can be prevented from splashing upwards. The water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4 directly faces the horizontal bent portion 10, so that water flow quickly flows downwards and does not accumulate, and water is further prevented from splashing out.

Preferably, the lower edge of the stepped recessed portion 6 downwards obliquely extends to the middle from outside to inside to form an inclined plane; and the middle of the bottom wall of the water collecting cavity 501 is provided with the drainage port 7, and water in the recessed portion 6 is collected into the drainage port 7 through the inclined plane and then drained.

As shown in FIG. 5, the stepped recessed portion 6 includes a vertical bent portion 9 and a horizontal bent portion 10 which correspond to the water outlet end 401 of the dewatering water channel 4, the edge of the inner side of the horizontal bent portion 10 downwards obliquely extends to the middle from outside to inside, at this time, the bottom wall, connected with the stepped recessed portion 6, of the water collecting cavity 501 is similarly in a funnel shape, the water flow speed is increased, drained water can quickly flow to the lowest position of the water collecting cavity 501 without being accumulated at high positions, therefore, water does not splash out of the water collecting cavity 501 and splash to the box body 1 during rotating dewatering, and the washing machine is safer. The drainage port 7 is formed in the middle of the bottom wall, so that accumulated water can be drained to the greatest extent without residue, and accumulation of dirt and bacteria is avoided, and meanwhile, the pipeline 11 does not need to be arranged, so that simpleness and convenience are achieved.

The above description is only the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and does not limit the present disclosure in any form. Although the present disclosure has been disclosed as above with the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any person skilled in the art can make use of the above-mentioned technical content to make some changes or modifications to equivalent embodiments of equivalent changes without departing from the scopes of the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and any simple modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present disclosure without departing from the content of the technical solutions still fall within the scope of the solutions of the present disclosure.
