Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the technical field of spinning devices, in particular to a controllable collecting apparatus for a spinning track of a centrifugal electrostatic spinning device, and also relates to the centrifugal electrostatic spinning device including the spinning track controllable collecting apparatus.

BACKGROUND

Electrospinning is a fiber production method which uses electric force to draw charged threads of polymer solutions or polymer melts up to fiber diameters in the order of some hundred nanometers. Under the action of the electric field, a droplet at a needle changes from a spherical shape to a conical shape (i.e., “Taylor cone”), and a fiber filament extends from a conical tip. In this way, polymer filaments of nanoscale diameter can be produced.

In a specific embodiment, provided is a spinning track controllable collecting apparatus 2 of a centrifugal electrostatic spinning device, the spinning track controllable collecting apparatus 2 is mainly installed outside a needle-shaped filament outlet head of the centrifugal electrostatic spinning device to receive a filamentary substance thrown out of a spinning outlet of the needle-shaped filament outlet head. Specifically, the spinning track controllable collecting apparatus includes a base part 17, electrodes 18, and a controller 16.

The base part 17 serves as a base portion to mainly fix each electrode 18, the base part 17 is arranged around a rotation axis of the needle-shaped filament outlet head, and the side close to the needle-shaped filament outlet head is a collecting side. The particular base part 17 may be a substrate and in particular, may be tubular, i.e. a tubular wall member is the base part 17 and is a sleeve.

A collecting side of the base part 17 is provided with a plurality of arrayed electrodes 18, each electrode 18 forms an electric field when the high-voltage power supply 15 is switched on. The electric field should be capable of having a guiding effect on spun filaments located in the electric field, mainly by electrostatic guiding, so that the suspended filament moves rapidly towards the energized electrode 18. The electrodes 18 are arrayed generally in a matrix mode, i.e. in a multi-row and multi-column way, and the specific arrangement way can be set as required so that a part of connecting lines of the electrodes 18 and another part of connecting lines of the electrodes 18 are not located on the same straight line.

A plurality of control interfaces of the controller 16 are respectively used for controlling the corresponding electrode 18 to be correspondingly switched on or off when started, and the controller 16 can control each control interface to be started according to a predetermined sequence so as to enable the corresponding electrode 18 to be electrified, further enable the electrode 18 to be deenergized according to the predetermined sequence so as to form a predetermined linear electric field trend, and then enable spun filaments to be sequentially attached to the predetermined electrode 18 so as to form a spinning route of a predetermined path.

It should be noted that the control interface of the controller 16 can be directly connected to the electrode 18 to output the high voltage power required by the electrode 18 during starting, and an on-off switch can also be arranged on a conductive wire between the electrode 18 and the high-voltage power supply 15, the control interface is in communication with the corresponding on-off switch to control the corresponding on-off switch to be switched on during switching on.

A plurality of arrayed electrodes 18 are arranged on the collecting side and are controlled to be switched on or off by the controller 16 according to the predetermined sequence, so that the spun filaments are attached to the spinning track controllable collecting apparatus 2 according to a predetermined track to effectively locate the spinning attachment track. That is, a better filament can be spun to achieve a better spinning effect. Further, preferably, the apparatus includes a heating plate 19 for heating the collecting side of the base part 17, thereby heating the spun filaments on the collecting side to promote rapid volatilization of a solvent in a spinning solution, achieve better rapid solidification and filament forming and effectively improve the spinning quality.

Further, in order to better arrange the spinning track controllable collecting apparatus 2, preferably, the base part 17 is a substrate, and each electrode 18 is inlaid on the collecting side of the substrate, specifically, the base part 17 is provided with a plurality of through holes which are through in a thickness direction of the plate, and the electrodes 18 are respectively inserted into the through holes.

A plate face of the substrate should extend in a circumferential direction around the needle-shaped filament outlet head and a rotation axis direction of the needle-shaped filament outlet head so as to be tubular, where the heating plate 19 is attached to the side, away from the electrode 18, of the substrate. In order to achieve better heat curing, a heating temperature of the heating plate 19 preferably ranges from 25° C. (degrees Celsius) to 100° C.

In order to better arrange the electrodes 18, preferably, the electrodes 18 are sequentially matrix-arrayed, namely uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the needle-shaped filament outlet head and the rotation axis direction of the needle-shaped filament outlet head, respectively. As for the matrix-arrayed electrodes 18, the control sequence of the controller 16 can be sequential control as shown in FIG. 4, namely, each electrode on a certain 45° oblique connecting line is controlled to be switched on, and after spinning reaches a certain degree, each electrode on a next 45° oblique connecting line is controlled to be switched on, and the operations are repeated in this way until one circle is achieved; then, each electrode on a reverse 45° oblique connecting line at an included angle of 90° with the 45° oblique connecting line is controlled to be switched on, and each electrode on a next reverse 45° oblique connecting line is controlled to be switched on. The operations are repeated in this way, and finished spun filaments are formed as shown in FIG. 5 after circulating for one circle. It should be noted that the 45° oblique connecting line refers to the connecting line which is arranged at an angle of 45° with a row direction or a column direction, and for a matrix array with an equal row-column spacing, the 45° oblique connecting line is the connecting line between an electrode located in a certain column of a certain row and the electrode located in the next column of the next row of the motor.

For better receiving the spun filaments, the array direction is preferred, i.e. the row direction and the column direction, a spacing between adjacent electrodes 18 ranges from 1 mm to 3 mm Preferably, a collecting end of the electrode 18 is circular having a diameter of no more than 1 mm or a square shape having a side length of no more than 1 mm.

Specifically, preferably the electrodes 18 are inlaid on the substrate to form an array spaced apart by 2 mm (mm is a unit of millimeter), each electrode 18 is connected to the high-voltage power supply 15 through a separate wire 20, and switching-on and switching-off of each electrode 18 is controlled by the controller 16. At a particular time, the electrode 18 at a particular location can be switched on or off to form a particular electric field circuit that directs tiny spun filaments to be attached to a pre-designed location to form regular arrangement and to form a designed shape. One side of the substrate adheres to the heating plate 19 to play a heating effect so that the volatilization of the solvent in the solution can be accelerated during spinning, and the solution can quickly form a filament.

It should be noted that a speed regulating motor 10 for driving the centrifugal rotary generator 3 to rotate should be disposed between the centrifugal rotary generator 3 and the lead screw nut transmission mechanism.

Specifically, a sliding rail 11 can be fixed to the rack 14, a sliding block 8 which is slidably connected with the sliding rail 11 in an axial direction of the centrifugal rotary generator 3 is arranged, and the sliding block 8 and the sliding rail 11 cannot rotate relative to each other.
