SEALABLE, RESEALABLE OR CLOSEABLE PAPER BAG
A bag comprised of paper that is closed, sealed, or resealed for holding food or another object. The bag having an open top, interior and exterior surface. The bag further comprising a closure mechanism.
The present invention relates to a paper bag that is sealable, resealable or closeable.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThe sealable bags that currently exist to hold food, sandwiches, or other products are typically made of plastic and by their very nature, harmful to the environment. These sealable, resealable and closeable bags are not compostable or biodegradable.
Therefore, a need exists to develop a food bag or bag for holding objects and products that has properties of present bags but is also not harmful to the environment.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to a bag comprised of paper that is more environmentally friendly than a bag made of plastic or polyethylene. The present invention relates to a bag comprised of paper that can be closed, sealed, or resealed for holding food. The present invention relates to a bag comprised of paper that can be closed, sealed, or resealed to hold objects and products. A paper bag that is closed does need not be air-tight or fully closed, as long as it is closed enough to not allow a product to fall out of the bag. A paper bag that is sealed or resealed can be sealed or resealed so that no liquid or air can penetrate the seal. A paper bag that is sealed or resealed can be sealed or resealed enough such as 95%, that the bag is almost completely air-tight or liquid tight. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to comprise more than 50% paper. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to comprise more than 75% paper. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to comprise 100% paper.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be comprised of bleached paper. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be comprised of unbleached paper. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be of a color other than white or brown. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be between 2 inches and 24 inches in height. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be between 2 inches and 24 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be between 2 to 4 inches in height and 3 to 6 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be between 5 to 7 inches in height and 5 to 7 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be 9 to 11 inches in height and 9 to 11 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be 9 to 11 inches in height and 4 to 6 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be between 10 to 12 inches in height and 10 to 12 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be between 11 to 13 inches in height and 8 to 10 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be able to hold less than 15 pounds.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have gussets. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have side gussets. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have bottom gussets. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have bottom and side gussets.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be pinch bottom bags. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to have a gusset between 0.25 and eight inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be flat bottom paper bags. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to have basis weights between 20 and 40 pounds. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to have basis weights between 5 and 60 pounds.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise between 5% and 25% calcium carbonate. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise plant-based material. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to comprise between 20% and 100% plant-based material.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be made completely of paper. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be leak-proof. It is an object of the present invention that the paper bag be coated with a water-resistant material. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be coated with an oil and grease resistant (OGR) material. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be grease proof, preventing grease from escaping through the bag.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be recyclable. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be curbside recyclable.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be toxin free. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be chlorine free. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag not to include BPAs (bisphenol A), Lead, Phthalates, and PFAs (perfluoroalkoxy alkanes). It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be biodegradable. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be compostable. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have some combination of the following environmentally friendly features: chlorine free, toxin free, compostable, recyclable, biodegradable, BPA free, lead free, Phthalates free, PFA free or comprising plant-based materials. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise a PLA (poly lactic acid) coating. It is an object of the present invention for the PLA coated paper bag to be edible by humans and/or microorganisms. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be microwave safe. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be moisture proof, preventing liquids or condensation from escaping the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise an anti-microbial coating. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be treated with an anti-microbial compound. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to be assembled by glue, paste or some combination thereof, each certified as food safe.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be used for food service or restaurant takeout and deliveries. It is an object of the present invention for the flat bottom paper bag to be used for food service and restaurant takeout and deliveries. It is an object of the present invention for the flat bottom paper bag to have handles. It is an object of the present invention for the flat bottom paper bag with handles to be used for food service and restaurant takeout and deliveries.
It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to be used to hold utensils such as any combination of knives, forks and spoons. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to be used to hold individual place settings of any combination of knives, forks and spoons. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag with individual place settings of any combination of knives, forks and spoons to be used in restaurants. It is an object of the present invention for the individual place setting to be placed in the pinch bottom paper bag and used in food delivery. It is an object of the present invention for each individual place setting that is in the pinch bottom paper bag to be in a sterile environment.
The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag with gussets for holding utensils. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to be closed by folding over a portion of the top of the bag and using a closure mechanism to close the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to be a sticker. A sticker is defined as a device which has adhesive on one side.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to hold objects other than food such as moving and storage products or pharmaceutical products. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be used for deliveries of moving and storage products or pharmaceutical products. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to hold objects such as alternative medicines, cosmetic products, health and wellness products.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have a window similar to that of a window bread bag, so that the contents of the bag are visible from the outside of the bag without having to open the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the window to be made of a transparent material. It is an object of the present invention for the window to be made of a flexible plastic material. It is an object of the present invention for the window to be made of glycine. It is an object of the present invention for the window to be made of a transparent paper material.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be printable. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be printable with water-soluble inks. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be printable with inks certified as food safe. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise flexographic printed graphics or text, digitally printed graphics or text, post-printed graphics or text, or pre-printed graphics or text. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have printed on it, coupons, bar codes, or QR codes.
It is an object of the present invention for a paper bag to comprise an open top, exterior and interior surfaces. It is an object of the present invention for the top of the interior surface where the paper bag is open to comprise an adhesive that is used to close the top of the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the adhesive to surround the top of the paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the adhesive to seal the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the adhesive to comprise less than 50% of the top of the paper bag.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have a closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to be an adhesive. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to comprise a strip of adhesive across the top of the paper bag to close the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive across the top of the paper bag to seal the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive to be partially across the top of the paper bag for closing the top of the bag, but not seal the bag closed.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise a strip of adhesive across the bottom of the bag to close the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive across the bottom of the paper bag to seal the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive to be partially across the bottom of the paper bag for closing the bottom of the bag, but not seal the bag closed.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise a strip of adhesive across the side of the bag for closing the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the adhesive to seal the side of the paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive to be partially across the side of the paper bag to close the side of the bag, but not seal the bag closed.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise a strip of adhesive across some combination of the side of the bag, top of the bag or bottom of the bag to seal the bag closed. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive to be partially across some combination of the side of the paper bag, top of the paper bag or bottom of the paper bag to close the bag, but not seal the bag closed. It is an object of the present invention for the adhesive to seal some combination of the side, top and/or bottom of the paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive that seals the paper bag to comprise a single dot or multiple spaced apart dots of glue. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive that seals the paper bag to comprise blocks of glue. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive that seals the paper bag to comprise a single linear block of glue. It is an object of the present invention for the strip of adhesive that seals the paper bag to comprise multiple linear blocks of glue.
It is an object of the present invention to use a peel-off label or strip attached to the paper bag to seal or reseal the bag. A peel-off label or strip is defined as a device that has a paper piece that covers adhesive, and when the paper piece is removed, the adhesive is functional. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off label or strip to comprise a plastic piece. It is an object of the present invention to use a peel-off label or strip that is unattached to the paper bag to seal or reseal the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off label or strip that seals the paper bag to have adhesive on both sides of the label or strip. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off label or strip that seals the paper bag to have adhesive on one side of the label or strip. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off label or strip to have a paper affixed to the adhesive that can be peeled off. It is an object of the present invention to attach the peel-off label or strip to one side of the top of the paper bag after removing the peel-off strip or label. It is an object of the present invention for the user of the sealable or resealable paper bag to remove the remaining peel-off strip or label and press the side with the adhesive against the side without the adhesive to seal the bag.
It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off strip or label to comprise paper. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off strip or label to consist of paper. It is an object of the present invention for the paper peel-off strip or label to be recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, or any combination thereof.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper peel-off label or strip to comprise a linear or circular shape. It is an object of the present invention for the paper peel-off label or strip linear shape to comprise a form such as a rectangle or square. It is an object of the present invention for the linear shaped paper peel-off label or strip to be between 0.5 to 8 inches in length and 0.5 to 8 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for the circular shaped paper peel-off label or strip to be between 0.5 and 8 inches in diameter.
It is an object of the present invention to use a peel-off sticker attached to the paper bag to seal or reseal the bag. A peel-off sticker is defined as a device that has a paper piece that covers adhesive, and when the paper or plastic piece is removed, the adhesive is functional. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off sticker to be a plastic piece. It is an object of the present invention to use a peel-off sticker that is unattached to the paper bag to seal or reseal the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off sticker that seals the paper bag to have adhesive on both sides of the sticker. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off sticker that seals the paper bag to have adhesive on one side of the sticker. It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off sticker to have a paper strip affixed to the adhesive that can be peeled off. It is an object of the present invention to attach the peel-off sticker to one side of the top of the paper bag after removing the peel-off strip. It is an object of the present invention for the user of the sealable or resealable paper bag to remove the remaining peel-off strip from the sticker and press the side with the adhesive against the side without the adhesive to seal the bag.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper peel-off sticker to comprise a linear or circular shape. It is an object of the present invention for the paper peel-off sticker linear shape to comprise a form such as a rectangle or square. It is an object of the present invention for the linear shaped paper peel-off sticker to be between 0.5 to 8 inches in length and 0.5 to 8 inches in width. It is an object of the present invention for a pinch bottom paper bag to be closed with a closure sticker. It is an object of the present invention for the closed pinch bottom paper bag to contain a sandwich or other piece of food in the bag.
It is an object of the present invention for a pinch bottom paper bag to have a top fold over section that folds over the pinch bottom bag and is attached to the front of the bag with adhesive that appears after a peel-off adhesive strip or label is removed.
It is an object of the present invention for a flat bottom paper bag to have a peel-off adhesive strip or label to close the flat bottom paper bag.
It is an object of the present invention for the peel-off strip or label to be a coupon.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be sealable without an adhesive closure.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise a top fold-over closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise a fold-over closure mechanism, wherein the closure mechanism is an adhesive closure. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise an interlocking slot closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to be located at the top, bottom or side of the paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to comprise an interlocking slot closure mechanism and an adhesive closure.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be tamper-proof. It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have a double seal, making it tamper-proof. It is an object of the present invention for the double seal on the paper bag to comprise at least one adhesive closure.
The present invention relates to a paper bag having gussets with a closure mechanism or seal. The paper bag is coated with an oil and grease resistant material. The paper bag is toxin free and printable. The paper bag has an anti-microbial coating. The paper bag is compostable and/or biodegradable. The closure mechanism or seal is comprised of an adhesive. The closure mechanism or seal is comprised of a peel-off strip or label. The closure mechanism is comprised of a sticker.
The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag with a top of the bag fold over portion and a closure sticker for closing the bag. The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag with a top of the bag fold over portion and a peel off sticker having adhesive under the sticker for attaching to the fold over portion and closing the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to further comprise gussets. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to contain a food item, or other object in the bag.
The present invention relates to a flat bottom paper bag having a peel off adhesive strip, wherein the adhesive is used to close the bag by attaching to a top of the bag that is folded over. It is an object of the present invention for the flat bottom paper bag to contain a food item, or other object in the bag.
The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag having gussets with an extended back portion, a tab and a slot. To close the pinch bottom paper bag, the extended back portion is folded over and the tab is inserted into the slot.
The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag with an extended back portion, a tab and a closure band. To close the pinch bottom paper bag, the extended back portion is folded over and the tab is inserted into the closure band.
The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag having gussets with an extended back portion, a tab and a peel off adhesive. To close the pinch bottom paper bag, the extended back portion is folded over, the peel off strip is removed and the tab is attached to the adhesive.
The present invention relates to a pinch bottom paper bag with an opening at the bottom of the bag. It is an object of the present invention for a food item to be loaded from the bottom of the pinch bottom paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to be closed at the bottom with an adhesive strip. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to have a sticker closure mechanism on the top of the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to have a window to see the contents of the bag.
The present invention relates to a tamper proof flat bottom paper bag with an opening at the bottom of the bag. It is an object of the present invention for a food item to be loaded from the bottom of the flat bottom paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to comprise a tamper proof seal on top of the flat bottom paper bag. It is an object of the present invention for the flat bottom paper bag to have an adhesive closure mechanism on the bottom of the bag. It is an object of the present invention for the bag to comprise handles on the top of the flat bottom paper bag.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be placed and stored in a flat bottom paper bag to hold a group of paper bags. It is an object of the present invention for the flat bottom paper bag to have a closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to be an adhesive closure.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bags to be placed and stored in a pinch bottom paper bag to hold a group of paper bags. It is an object of the present invention for the pinch bottom paper bag to have a closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to be an adhesive closure.
It is an object of the present invention for the group of paper bags to be packaged with shrink-wrap. It is an object of the present invention for a group of banded paper bags to be wrapped with a strapping device and packaged with shrink-wrap.
It is an object of the present invention for the group of paper bags to be packaged in a bag comprised of polyethylene. It is an object of the present invention for a group of banded paper bags to be wrapped with a strapping device and packaged in a polyethylene bag. It is an object of the present invention for the polyethylene bag to have hang holes located at the top or side of the polyethylene bag for the polyethylene bag to be hung. It is an object of the present invention for the polyethylene bag to have an insert describing contents within the bag.
The present invention relates to pinch bottom paper bags with gussets wrapped with a strapping device. The group of paper bags are then packaged in a polyethylene bag that has hang holes located at the top or side of the polyethylene bag. It is an object of the present invention to place an insert in the polyethylene bag along with the group of paper bags to be packaged. It is an object of the present invention to place sheets of closure stickers with the paper bags to be packaged.
The present invention relates to a paper with a flat transparent window attached to the paper on two sides with the flat transparent window unattached to the paper on two sides. It is an object of the present invention for a food item, or other object to be located within the window and the paper, and be visible under the window. It is an object of the present invention for the food item or other object to be inserted under the window through the open sides. It is an object of the present invention to close the open sides of the window with an adhesive closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the window to be closed by folding over a corner of the paper that is unattached to the window and closing part of the open sides with a closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the closure mechanism to be an adhesive closure mechanism such as a sticker. It is an object of the present invention that the paper is folded over on the unattached sides and placed on the adhesive closure mechanism closing at least parts of the two open sides of the paper. It is an object of the present invention for the adhesive closure mechanism to be a sticker.
It is an object of the present invention for the group of paper bags to be packaged in a polyethylene bag having a flat transparent window, the polyethylene bag having hang holes. It is an object of the present invention for the hang holes to allow the polyethylene bag to be hung on pegs.
It is an object of the present invention for a paper bag to have an opening, and two peel off adhesive strips located above each other. To initially close the paper bag, the top of the paper bag is folded over and a strip of paper is removed from the adhesive strip and the top of the bag is attached to the first adhesive. The paper bag can then be opened and any items removed. The paper bag can then be reclosed by folding the top of the bag again and removing the second strip of paper from the adhesive strip and attaching the folded over top of the bag to the second adhesive.
The present invention relates to a kit that contains paper bags, a packaging for the paper bags and closure stickers where the packaging has a closure mechanism. It is an object of the present invention for the packaging to have an insert attached to a side of the packaging.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to be a duplex bag with a smaller bag enclosed within a larger bag. It is an object of the present invention for the duplex bag to comprise multiple bags. It is an object of the present invention for the duplex bag to comprise some combination of fold-over closure mechanism, interlocking slot closure mechanism and adhesive closure mechanism.
It is an object of the present invention for the paper bag to have a handle. It is an object of the present invention for the handle to be a twist handle, such as one made from plastic material or twine. It is an object of the present invention for the handle to be a die cut handle. It is an object of the present invention for the handle to be a wave style handle. It is an object of the present invention for the handles to be detachable from the bag.
Claims
1. A bag for holding or storing a food item(s) or other object comprising:
- a pinch bottom or flat bottom paper bag;
- an opening;
- at least one fold over portion of a top of said paper bag; and
- a closure mechanism;
- said bag having side gussets;
- said at least one fold over portion of said top of said paper bag attached to said paper bag by said closure mechanism.
2. The bag of claim 1 wherein said closure mechanism is a closure sticker.
3. The bag of claim 1 wherein said closure mechanism is a peel-off sticker with an adhesive underneath said sticker, said at least one fold over portion attached to said adhesive.
4. The bag of claim 1 further comprising a window that allows a user to see contents of said bag.
5. A bag for holding or storing a food item(s) or other object comprising:
- a pinch bottom paper bag having side gussets;
- an extended back portion;
- a tab and a slot;
- said extended back portion being folded over so that said tab is placed in said slot for closure of said bag.
6. A bag for holding or storing a food item(s) or other object comprising:
- a pinch bottom paper bag having side gussets;
- an extended back portion,
- a tab; and
- a peel-off adhesive;
- said extended back portion folded over and said tab attached to said adhesive after said peel off portion of said adhesive is removed for closure of said bag.
7. A bag for holding or storing a food item(s) or other objects comprising:
- a pinch bottom paper bag having side gussets;
- an extended back portion;
- a tab; and
- a closure band;
- said extended back portion folded over and said tab placed within said closure band for closure of said bag.
8. A bag for holding or storing a food item(s) or other objects comprising:
- a pinch bottom paper bag with an opening at bottom of said bag for loading food item(s) into said bottom of said bag;
- a top closure mechanism on top of said bag;
- a bottom closure mechanism for said bottom of said bag.
9. The bag of claim 8 wherein said top closure mechanism is a sticker closure mechanism and said bottom closure mechanism is an adhesive strip.
10. A paper bag for holding or storing a food item(s) or other object comprising:
- a tamper proof flat bottom paper bag with an opening on bottom of said bag;
- food item(s) loaded from said bottom of said bag;
- said bag comprising a tamper proof seal on top of said bag;
- a closure mechanism on bottom of said bag.
11. A bag for holding or storing serving utensils comprising:
- a pinch bottom paper bag with gussets;
- said bag containing utensils;
- a fold over portion of said top of said bag that is folded over an open portion of said bag and closed using a closure mechanism which attaches said fold over portion to rest of said bag.
12. A device for holding paper bags comprising:
- a pinch bottom paper bag having gussets or flat bottom paper bag for holding a group of paper bags;
- a closure mechanism for closing said flat bottom or pinch bottom paper bag with said paper bags contained within.
13. A device for holding bags comprising:
- shrinkwrap which is shrinkwrapped around a group of paper bags that are held together by a strapping device.
14. A device for holding bags comprising:
- a polyethylene bag holding a group of paper bags that are held together by a strapping device, said polyethylene bag having hang holes, and an insert describing contents within said polyethylene bag.
15. A device for holding and storing a food item(s) comprising:
- a sheet of paper comprising four sides,
- a flat transparent window attached to said paper on two sides;
- two of said sides of said window that are contiguous being open;
- said window covering said food item;
- a corner of said paper unattached to said window folded over and attached to said window to partially close said two open sides with a closure mechanism.
16. The device of claim 15 wherein said closure mechanism is an adhesive closure mechanism.
17. A bag comprised of paper that is closed, sealed, or resealed for holding food:
- said bag having an open top, interior and exterior surface;
- said bag further comprising a closure mechanism;
- said bag consisting of paper coated with an oil and grease resistant material, coated with a water-resistant material or coated with any combination of same;
- said paper bag is recyclable or curbside recyclable;
- said bag has some combination of following environmentally friendly features: chlorine free, toxin free, compostable, recyclable, biodegradable, BPA free, lead free, Phthalates free, PFA free or comprises plant-based materials;
- said paper consists of unbleached paper;
- said bag assembled by glue, paste or some combination thereof, each certified as food safe.
18. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is between 2 inches and 24 inches in height and between 2 inches and 24 inches in width.
19. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is between 2 to 7 inches in height and between 3 to 7 inches in width.
20. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is between 9 to 13 inches in height and between 8 to 12 inches in width.
21. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag has bottom gussets, side gussets or a combination of bottom and side gussets.
22. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is a pinch bottom bag.
23. The bag of claim 21 wherein said gussets are between 0.25 and eight inches in width.
24. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is a flat bottom paper bag.
25. The bag of claim 17 wherein said paper bag has a basis weight between 20 and 60 pounds.
26. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag comprises a PLA coating edible by humans or microorganisms.
27. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is microwave safe.
28. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is moisture proof, preventing liquids or condensation from escaping said bag.
29. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is treated with an anti-microbial compound.
30. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag further comprises handles.
31. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is used to hold utensils including any combination of knives, forks and spoons.

65. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag along with other similar paper bags are packaged in a bag comprised of polyethylene, having hang holes located at top or side of said polyethylene bag for said polyethylene bag to be hung.
66. The bag of claim 65 wherein an insert is placed in said polyethylene bag.
67. A device for holding a food item comprising:
- a sheet of paper attached to a flat transparent window on two sides and said window unattached on two sides;
- said bag further comprising an adhesive closure mechanism.
68. The device of claim 67 wherein a food item, or other object is visible under said window.
69. The device of claim 67 wherein a corner of said paper is folded over, and closes part of said open sides of said window forming a closure mechanism.
70. The bag of claim 17 further comprising a handle, said handle being a twist handle, die cut handle, or style handle.
71. A kit for paper bags for holding or delivering food comprising:
- a group of paper bags;
- each of said paper bags comprising an open top, sides, bottom, interior and exterior surface;
- a closure sticker for each bag;
- said stickers being on a sheet to peel off when used as said closing mechanism;
- a carrier bag for storing said paper bags and said sheets of closure stickers;
- said carrier bag having a closure mechanism.
72. The kit of claim 71 wherein an insert with printing is attached to a side of said carrier bag.
73. The bag of claim 17 wherein said paper consists of bleached paper.
74. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is between 9 inches to 11 inches in height and between 4 inches to 6 inches in width.
75. The bag of claim 17 wherein said bag is printable with water-based inks.
76. The bag of claim 55 wherein said double seal comprises at least one adhesive closure.
