A combined electric towel rack includes a first upper seat, a first steel pipe seat, a first lower seat, a steel pipe, a controller, and a heating wire. The controller is provided in the first lower seat, the first upper seat is detachably connected with the first lower support through at least one of the first steel pipe seats sequentially arranged, and a side of the first steel pipe seat is detachably connected with a first end of the steel pipe, the heating wire is electrically connected with the controller, and the heating wire is provided inside each of the steel pipes. It achieves the customizing assembly, reduce costs, and be a variety of shapes and colours. Further, it can avoid higher cost problems caused by complex production process, transportation packaging. After the heating wire is damaged, it could be easily repaired.

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The disclosure relates to the field of sanitary and bathroom equipment, in particular, relates to a combined electric towel rack.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The electric towel rack in the prior art uses metal material as a frame, and a welding equipment will be used in the production process. Thus, it causes not only a long process and high cost, but also a limited size of the product which is difficult to provide a product with a suitable size according to the user's needs.

Further, the towel racks made of metal cannot be disassembled or assembled by the user themselves, and are more expensive to transport and package. Most importantly, the heating element of the electric towel rack itself has a certain life. After a period of use, the main function failure of the product is often caused by the damage of the heating wires, however, the towel racks with other normal functions except heating will be abandoned, resulting in waste of resources.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the disclosure is to provide a combined electric towel rack, which is intended to solve the problems raised in the background of the invention.

In order to solve the above problems, as an aspect of the disclosure, a combined electric towel rack is provided, which includes: a first upper seat, a first steel pipe seat, a first lower seat, a steel pipe, a controller, and a heating wire; wherein, the controller is provided in the first lower seat, the first upper seat is detachably connected with the first lower support through at least one of the first steel pipe seats sequentially arranged, and a side of the first steel pipe seat is detachably connected with a first end of the steel pipe, the heating wire is electrically connected with the controller, and the heating wire is provided inside each of the steel pipes.

Further, two adjacent first steel pipe seats are plugged together detachably.

Further, the first end of the first steel pipe seat protrudes to form a first plug connector, a surface of the first plug connector forms with a first locking part, an inner wall of the second end of the first steel pipe seat is provided with a second locking part matching with the first locking part.

Further, an inner wall of the first upper seat forms with a third locking part matching with the first locking part, an end of the first lower seat protrudes to form a second plug connector, a surface of the second plug connector forms with a fourth locking part matching with the second locking part.

Further, the first upper seat and a back side of the first mount are protrudes to form a mounting support part.

Further, the controller comprises a control key, a display, and a control circuit; the control key and the display are connected with the control circuit.

Further, a side of the first steel pipe seat is formed with a mounting sleeve for mounting the steel pipe, an end of the steel pipe is connected with the mounting sleeve and secured by a fixing bolt.

Further, a second end of the steel pipe is provided with a steel pipe side cover.

Further, the combined electric towel rack further includes a second upper seat, a second steel pipe seat, and a second lower support; wherein, the second upper seat is detachably connected with the second lower support through at least one of the second steel pipe seats sequentially arranged, the second end of each steel pipe is detachably connected with one second steel pipe seat, and the first steel pipe seat has the same structure as the second steel pipe seat.

Further, a steel pipe is provided between the first upper seat and the second upper seat.

Therefore, the disclosure can be fully combined into the combined electric towel rack with the most efficient use of space according to the needs of users. Thus, not only the size but also the colour and shape of the rack can be combined customizedly for more specifications, its built-in controller for temperature regulation can beautify the product, facilitate packaging, and avoid damage during transport. The above structure of the disclosure enables it to be packaged in a semi-finished way, the horizontal steel pipe 4 could be placed separately so as to greatly reduce the use of packaging materials and reduce the volume of transport, therefore, it provides consumers with the most economical and practical electric towel racks. Due to the use of detachably and easy-to-assemble structure, it is very convenient for follow-up maintenance and replacement of the old heating wire.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the disclosure more clearly, the disclosure, combined with drawings and embodiments, will be further detailed. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are intended only to explain the disclosure and are not intended to qualify the disclosure.

In addition, in the description of the application, the terminology used should be understood in a broad sense, and for the technical staff in the field, the specific meaning of the term may be understood in the context of the actual circumstances. For example, the terms “provide” and “arrange” used in this application may be defined as contact settings or contactless settings, etc., and the azimuth terms used are based on reference sits or in the direction defined by the actual situation and common sense.

As an aspect of the disclosure, it provides a combined electric towel rack, which includes: a first upper seat 1, a first steel pipe seat 2, a first lower seat 3, a steel pipe 4, a controller 5, and a heating wire; the controller 5 is provided in the first lower seat 3, the first upper seat 1 is detachably connected with the first lower support 3 through at least one of the first steel pipe seats 2 sequentially arranged, and a side of the first steel pipe seat 2 is detachably connected with a first end of the steel pipe 4, the heating wire is electrically connected with the controller 5, and the heating wire is provided inside each of the steel pipes 4.

Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, in this embodiment, only one side of the steel pipe 4 is provided with the first upper seat 1, the first steel pipe seat 2, and the first lower seat 3, a second end of the steel pipe 4 is provided with a steel pipe side cover 17. Two ends of the heating wire are connected with terminals of the controller 5, and the heating wire is provided through each steel pipe 4 in any possible way, which is not limited, as long as the heating wire can be placed in each steel pipe 4.

Please refer to FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, in this embodiment, preferably, the combined electric towel rack is not only provided the first upper seat 1, the first steel pipe seat 2, and the first lower seat 3 at one side of steel pipe 4, but also includes a second upper seat 18, a second steel pipe seat 19, and a second lower support 20; the second upper seat 18 is detachably connected with the second lower support 20 through at least one of the second steel pipe seats 19 sequentially arranged. The second end of each steel pipe 4 is detachably connected with one second steel pipe seat 19, and the first steel pipe seat 2 has the same structure as the second steel pipe seat 19.

Therefore, through the above-mentioned technical solution, the disclosure makes it is possible to choose the number of the first steel pipe seat 2 and the steel pipe according to the user's needs, so as to achieve a customizing assembly of the number of steel pipes required, for example 1, 2, or any more. In addition, different lengths or colours of steel pipe 4 could be provided, so that users can not only choose the number of steel pipe 4, but also the length or colour of the steel pipe for personalized customization.

In the above-mentioned technical solution, the first upper seat 1, all the first steel pipe seat 2, the first lower seat 3, the steel pipe 4, the controller 5, and the heating wire of the disclosure are mountable or detachably connected, so that users can assemble according to their own needs to achieve personalized customizing purposes.

Therefore, the disclosure can provide any combination of numbers of suitable first steel pipe seat 2 to obtain the required height of the combined electric towel rack, and adjust the heating temperature and heating time of the heating time by the operation of the controller 5. It can use the single rack (left or right) in the first embodiment, or the double row rack in the second embodiment. Whether it is a product with single row rack or double row rack, the steel pipe 4 can be removed so that the parts are packaged separately.

Therefore, the disclosure can be fully combined into the combined electric towel rack with the most efficient use of space according to the needs of users. Thus, not only the size but also the colour and shape of the rack can be combined customizedly for more specifications, its built-in controller for temperature regulation can beautify the product, facilitate packaging, and avoid damage during transport. Preferably, two adjacent first steel pipe seats 2 are plugged together detachably. In a preferred embodiment, preferably, the first end of the first steel pipe seat 2 protrudes to form a first plug connector 6, a surface of the first plug connector 6 forms with a first locking part 7, an inner wall of the second end of the first steel pipe seat 2 is provided with a second locking part 8 matching with the first locking part 7. When assembling, the first plug connector 6 of the first steel pipe seat 2 is inserted into the second end of other first plug connector 6, the first locking part 7 and the second locking part 8 are formed a snap structure to assemble two adjacent first steel pipe seat 2 together. In this way, different size of products only needs to provide a different number of the first steel pipe seat 2, thus reducing production costs.

Further preferably, an inner wall of the first upper seat 1 forms with a third locking part 9 matching with the first locking part 7, an end of the first lower seat 3 protrudes to form a second plug connector 10, a surface of the second plug connector 10 forms with a fourth locking part 11 matching with the second locking part 8. In this way, a snap structure is formed by the first locking part 7 and the third locking part 9 to assembly the first upper seat 1 with the first steel pipe seat 2 at the top together. In the same way, the second plug connector 10 can also be inserted into the first steel pipe seat 2 at the bottom, therefore, a snap structure is formed by the second locking part 8 and the fourth locking part 11 to assembly the first lower seat 3 with the first steel pipe seat 2 at the bottom for achieving a detachable connection assembly structure.

Preferably, the first upper seat 1 and a back side of the first mount 3 are protrudes to form a mounting support part 12. During installation, the disclosure could be provided on the wall through the mounting support part 12 matching with a fastener, such as an expansion screw, on the wall. Further, the mounting support part 12 also provides a gap between the steel pipe 4 and the wall, so that the steel pipe 4 keeps a certain distance with the wall in order to easily put dry items, such as towels.

Preferably, the controller 5 includes a control key 13, a display 14, and a control circuit; the control key 13 and the display 14 are connected with the control circuit. A screen protection cover can be provided on the display 14, and the control key 13 can be used for startup & shutdown, setting operating parameters such as heating temperature and heating time.

Preferably, a side of the first steel pipe seat 2 is formed with a mounting sleeve 15 for mounting the steel pipe 4, an end of the steel pipe 4 is connected with the mounting sleeve 15 and secured by a fixing bolt 16.

Preferably, a steel pipe 4 is provided between the first upper seat 1 and the second upper seat 18. In this way, the number of steel pipes can be further increased, cost is reduced, the effective utilization of volume or area is improved.

The combined electric towel rack in the disclosure can achieve the customizing assembly, reduce costs, and be a variety of shapes and colours. Further, it can avoid higher cost problems caused by complex production process, transportation packaging, and other reasons. After the heating wire is damaged, it could be easily repaired.

The embodiments described above represent only a few embodiments of the disclosure, its description is more specific and detailed, but cannot be understood as a limitation on the scope of the patent of the disclosure. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technical personnel in the art, without departing from the concept of the disclosure, you can also make a number of deformations and improvements, these are the scope of protection of the disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of the patent of the disclosure shall be subject to the attached claim.

Claims

1. A combined electric towel rack comprising: a first upper seat, a first steel pipe seat, a first lower seat, a steel pipe, a controller, and a heating wire; wherein, the controller is provided in the first lower seat, the first upper seat is detachably connected with the first lower support through at least one of the first steel pipe seats sequentially arranged, and a side of the first steel pipe seat is detachably connected with a first end of the steel pipe, the heating wire is electrically connected with the controller, and the heating wire is provided inside each of the steel pipes.

2. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 1, wherein two adjacent first steel pipe seats are plugged together detachably.

The combined electric towel rack according to claim 2, wherein the first end of the first steel pipe seat protrudes to form a first plug connector, a surface of the first plug connector forms with a first locking part, an inner wall of the second end of the first steel pipe seat is provided with a second locking part matching with the first locking part.

The combined electric towel rack according to claim 3, wherein an inner wall of the first upper seat forms with a third locking part matching with the first locking part, an end of the first lower seat protrudes to form a second plug connector, a surface of the second plug connector forms with a fourth locking part matching with the second locking part.

5. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 1, wherein the first upper seat and a back side of the first mount are protrudes to form a mounting support part.

6. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 1, wherein the controller comprises a control key, a display, and a control circuit; the control key and the display are connected with the control circuit.

7. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 1, wherein a side of the first steel pipe seat is formed with a mounting sleeve for mounting the steel pipe, an end of the steel pipe is connected with the mounting sleeve and secured by a fixing bolt.

8. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 1, wherein a second end of the steel pipe is provided with a steel pipe side cover.

9. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 1, further comprising a second upper seat, a second steel pipe seat, and a second lower support; wherein, the second upper seat is detachably connected with the second lower support through at least one of the second steel pipe seats sequentially arranged, the second end of each steel pipe is detachably connected with one second steel pipe seat, and the first steel pipe seat has the same structure as the second steel pipe seat.

10. The combined electric towel rack according to claim 9, wherein a steel pipe is provided between the first upper seat and the second upper seat.
