The present invention relates to a packaging bag.
BACKGROUND ARTA packaging bag for packaging one or a plurality of film-packaged tissues in which a bundle of tissue paper is packaged with a resin flexible film includes a main unit section in which an article to be packaged is stored, and a handle section provided above the main unit section.
In such a packaging bag, a finger hook hole for hooking a finger is formed in the handle section, and a purchaser or the like of the film-packaged tissue can carry the film-packaged tissue stored in the packaging bag by hooking a finger into the finger hook hole.
On the other hand, in a packaging bag for packaging a product such as a toilet roll, an opening forming portion for forming an opening port for taking out an article to be packaged is provided on an upper surface or a top surface portion (Patent Literature 1 below), but the opening forming portion for a toilet roll is not necessarily suitable for a film-packaged tissue having a shape and softness different from the toilet roll.
In a packaging bag in which a plurality of film-packaged tissues each having flexibility and a substantially rectangular outer shape is collectively formed into assembly packaging, the thickness of the film may be increased and the opening forming portion may not be provided from viewpoints of easily holding the shape at the time of assembly packaging and preventing breakage at the time of transportation.

Advantageous Effects of InventionThe present invention described above provides a packaging bag which is hardly opened erroneously when an article to be packaged is carried, can be easily opened to make it possible to take out contents, and can make an unused article to be packaged simply held and packaged in the packaging bag.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to
A packaging bag 14 according to the present invention is a gusset packaging bag 14 including: a main unit section 44 having a front surface 46, a back surface 46, and both side surfaces 43 and 43 connecting the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 to each other, and storing an article 1 to be packaged; and a handle section 45 formed on a top side of the main unit section 44 by overlapping the front surface 46 and the back surface 46. Note that hereinafter, a film-packaged tissue 1 will be mainly described as an example of an article to be packaged, but the article to be packaged is not necessarily limited to the film-packaged tissue. For example, a product obtained by film-packaging a bundle of domestic thin sheets, such as a film packaged paper towel, can be used.
The main unit section 44 includes a bag-shaped space, and is closed with bonding portions 41 and 42 bonded by thermal fusion or the like on top and bottom sides in a state where the article 1 to be packaged is contained. For example, as particularly illustrated in
The gusset packaging bag 14 has the side surfaces 43 and 43, which are portions folded in a flat state and are also referred to as gussets or gusset portions, and surfaces connected to the side surfaces 43. Two surfaces connected to the side surfaces 43 and 43 are the front surface 46 and the back surface 46. Note that the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 are relative to each other, and which surface is defined as the front surface is not limited.
The handle section 45 is a portion located on the top surface side with respect to the top surface side sealing portion 41 serving as a top surface side boundary with the main unit section 44 containing the film-packaged tissue 1 as an article to be packaged in order to enhance portability in a state where the film-packaged tissues 1, 1, . . . are contained. A finger hook hole 47 is preferably formed in the handle section 44. By forming the finger hook hole 47 in the handle section 45 in this manner, portability of the article to be packaged is enhanced. Note that the shape of the finger hook hole 47 is not limited to the illustrated mode, and a known mode can be adopted.
It is desirable that a gusset packaging film constituting the gusset packaging bag 14 is a polypropylene film or a polyethylene film from viewpoints of cost and an opening property. The film preferably has a melting point of 150° C. or lower. Note that a lower melting point of the packaging film makes a thermal fusion treatment possible at a lower temperature, and is more preferable in sealing and forming the handle section 45. However, when the melting point is excessively low, the packaging film is more likely to be scratched or a hole is more likely to be formed in the packaging film particularly due to friction or the like with the article 1 to be packaged. Therefore, a substantial lower limit is 80° C. Examples of the polyethylene film include a linear low-density polyethylene film (LLDPE), a low-density polyethylene film (LDPE), and a medium-density polyethylene film (MDPE). Among these films, in the present invention, a linear low-density polyethylene film layer (LLDPE) having a density of 0.910 to 0.940 g/cm3 and a melting point of 110 to 120° C. is particularly suitable from viewpoints of thermal fusibility and cost. In addition, a single-layer film of a polyethylene terephthalate film, a nylon film, a polyvinylidene chloride film, or an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, a laminate film obtained by appropriately stacking these films, or a gas barrier film obtained by subjecting any of these films to a surface treatment such as aluminum vapor deposition may be used. A biomass film derived from a plant raw material such as sugar cane, potato (starch), or corn can also be used. It is also desirable to use a biomass film for the gusset packaging film from a viewpoint of environmental protection.
The thickness of the gusset packaging film constituting the gusset packaging bag 14 is appropriately selected in consideration of a relationship with the contained article 1 to be packaged in addition to circumstances peculiar to gusset packaging. The circumstances peculiar to gusset packaging includes tearability that makes opening easy at the time of opening, abrasion resistance to the contained article to be packaged, and flexibility that prevents application of an excessive load to a finger when the gusset packaging bag 14 is carried with a finger through the finger hook hole 47 formed in the handle section 45 in addition to flexibility, cost, and thermal fusibility at the time of packaging.
From such a point, as for the preferable thickness and softness of the gusset packaging film, a thickness measured in conform with JIS P 8118 (1998) is 10 to 65 μm, and a softness measured in conform with a handle-o-meter method in accordance with JIS L 1096 (2010) E method is 5.0 to 50.0 cN.
The packaging bag 14 according to the present invention has a characteristic opening forming portion 5 that makes it difficult to erroneously open the packaging bag 14 when the article 1 to be packaged is carried by holding the handle section 45, makes it possible to take out the article 1 to be packaged by easily opening the packaging bag 14, and can simply make the unused article 1 to be packaged held and packaged in the packaging bag. The opening forming portion 5 is formed on at least one of the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 of the main unit section 44.
The opening forming portion 5 according to the present invention has a base point portion 51 formed in a region located above a position P corresponding to an uppermost portion of the article 1 to be packaged that is stored in the main unit section 44 and below the handle section 45, a pair of widening perforated portions 52 and 52 having a gradually widening separation distance in a side surface direction from the base point portion 51 toward a bottom side opposite to the top side, and a pair of extending perforated portions 53 and 53 extending from the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 in a top-bottom direction.
An opening 50 having an openable and closable lid-like edge piece 55 is formed on at least one of the front surface 46 and the back surface 46 by sequentially tearing the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 from the base point portion 51.
The base point portion 51 is a portion serving as a starting point of tearing of the perforated portions 52 and 53, and is, for example, in a range surrounded by perforations or slits in which the packaging film is easily torn by being pushed with a human finger, and a small edge piece 56 that can be picked is formed. The small edge piece 56 may be a small edge piece cut so as to be picked in advance instead of the small edge piece that is torn by being pushed with a human finger. The shape of the small edge piece 56 is not particularly limited, but is a substantially circular shape, a substantially quadrangular shape, or the like. In such a base point portion 51, for example, only by pushing an index finger therein, then picking the small edge piece 56 with the index finger and a thumb, and pulling the small edge piece 56 toward a bottom side, the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 are continuously torn, and an opening can be easily formed.
The base point portion 51 is in a central portion, preferably at a center, of the back surface 46 or the front surface 46 in the direction to the both sides. It is desirable that the base point portion 51 is at a position 5 to 15 mm away from a lower edge of the handle section 45, that is, a lower edge of the top surface side sealing portion 41. In the handle section 45, the gusset packaging film is bonded by thermal fusion or the like and the rigidity is increased, and therefore when the base point portion 51 is set to a range of 5 to 15 mm close to the handle section 45 and is pushed with a finger, the gusset packaging film is not excessively stretched and is pushed in, and an opening base point can be easily formed.
As particularly illustrated in
The widening perforated portions 52 and 52 are formed in a pair, and each of the widening perforated portions 52 is continuous with the base point portion 51 with the base point portion 51 as a starting point, and is formed such that a separation distance between the widening perforated portions 52 gradually widens in a side surface direction from the base point portion 51 toward a bottom side opposite to the top side. For example, perforations are formed so as to draw a substantially inversed V-shape from the base point portion 51 toward a bottom surface. Each of the widening perforated portions 52 may be linear or curved, but it is desirable that each of the widening perforated portions 52 is a straight line in which perforations are easily torn continuously. Note that the pair of widening perforated portions 52 and 52 do not need to be arranged symmetrically with respect to a direction along the top-bottom direction, but it is desirable that the pair of widening perforated portions 52 and 52 are both straight lines and arranged symmetrically with respect to the direction along the top-bottom direction. When the small edge piece of the base point portion 51 is picked and pulled, a force is symmetrically applied to the widening perforated portions 52 and 52, and the pair of widening perforated portions 52 and 52 is easily torn continuously similarly.
The perforations in the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 are torn continuously from the base point portion 51 to form an opening widening from the top side toward the bottom side in a substantially inverted V-shape.
In addition, it is desirable that the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 extend from the base point portion 51 to a point located at a distance of 40 to 60 mm on the packaging film from the top surface side sealing portion 41 serving as a lower edge of the handle section 45 to the bottom side and 5 to 20 mm from a boundary position E between the front surface 46 or the back surface 46 and the side surface 43 to a center side in a width direction. Such widening perforated portions 52 and 52 are easily torn continuously.
For example, in a case where the article to be packaged has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape like the film-packaged tissue 1 and the articles to be packaged are stacked as in the illustrated example, it is desirable that the separation distance L1 between bottom-side ends of the pair of widening perforated portions 52 and 52 is more than 90% and 98% or less of a length (width) L2 of the article 1 to be packaged. With such an opening, the article 1 to be packaged can be more easily taken out. In particular, when the article 1 to be packaged is a slightly deformable and flexible film-packaged tissue, the article 1 to be packaged can be easily taken out.
The lengths of the cut portion and the tie portion in a perforation in the widening perforated portion 52 are not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the cut portion has a length of 0.1 to 15 mm and the tie portion has a length of 0.1 to 15 mm. The perforations are easily torn continuously.
The extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are formed so as to be continuous with the bottom-side ends of the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 and extend from the bottom-side ends in the top-bottom direction. Therefore, the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are also formed in a pair similarly to the widening perforated portions 52 and 52. It is desirable that a distance between the pair of extending perforated portions 53 and 53 is constant as in the illustrated mode, but may widen or narrow toward the bottom side within a range not affecting a take-out property of a packaging object. In addition, the pair of extending perforations 53 and 53 does not necessarily have the same length as each other. It is desirable that the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are also arranged linearly like the widening perforated portions 52 and 52. It is desirable that the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are at desirable bottom side positions of the widening perforated portions 52 and 52, that is, in a range of 5 to 20 mm from the side surface 43. A wider opening is formed by the extending perforations 53 and 53, and the article 1 to be packaged can be easily taken out.
The positions of the bottom-side ends of the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are not necessarily limited. However, when the extending perforated portion is arranged up to a bottom of the gusset packaging bag, a wide opening is formed, and a take-out property is favorable, but the gusset packaging bag is more likely to be erroneously opened when being carried or displayed. In addition, when an excessively wide opening is formed, an unused film-packaged tissue is more likely to come out of the opening unintentionally. Therefore, the position of the extending perforated portion on the bottom side is appropriately determined in consideration of an opening property and a storage property. The position of the extending perforated portion on the bottom side is preferably designed such that about one or two film-packaged tissues are easily taken out.
More specifically, in a case where the article 1 to be packaged has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape like the film-packaged tissue and the articles 1 to be packaged are stacked as in the illustrated example, it is desirable that the length of the extending perforated portion 53 in the top-bottom direction is 95 to 110% of a length L4 of the article 1 to be packaged in the top-bottom direction. The article 1 to be packaged is easily taken out. In addition, in consideration of the general size of the film-packaged tissue, it is desirable that a specific length L3 of each of the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 in the top-bottom direction is 35 to 55 mm.
In the opening forming portion 5 configured in this manner, the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are easily torn sequentially from the base point portion 51, and the opening 50 is easily formed. On the other hand, the base point portion 51 is in a region located above the position P corresponding to an uppermost portion of the article 1 to be packaged that is stored in the main unit section 44 and below the handle section 45. Therefore, in a case where the handle section 45 is gripped and lifted when the article 1 to be packaged is carried or in a state where the article 1 to be packaged is lifted, the base point portion 51 is hardly rubbed against the contained article 1 to be packaged. In addition, when the central portion of the handle section 45 in a width direction is gripped by hand, the gusset packaging film is pulled in a direction substantially along the extending direction of the widening perforated portions 52 and 52. Therefore, the widening perforated portions 52 are hardly torn unintentionally. As described above, in the packaging bag 14 according to the present invention, the packaging bag 14 is hardly opened erroneously when the article 1 to be packaged is carried, and the packaging bag 14 can be easily opened to take out the article 1 to be packaged.
Furthermore, in the opening forming portion 5 according to the present invention, when the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are torn, a top side portion with respect to bottom-side ends of the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 is present as a free lid-like edge piece 56. For this reason, for example, after some of the contained articles 1 to be packaged are taken out for use, by placing the lid-like edge piece 56 on remaining unused articles to be packaged, and further placing a part of the packaging bag 14 on a top side with respect to an uppermost position of the unused articles 1 to be packaged remaining in the bag on the lid-like edge piece 56, the unused articles 1 to be packaged can be simply held and packaged in the packaging bag.
Here, in the opening forming portion 5 according to the present invention, in particular, it is desirable that a connecting portion 61 between the base point portion 51 and the widening perforated portion 52 is a cut portion. The perforations are smoothly torn from the base point portion 51 to the widening perforated portion 52.
Furthermore, in the opening 50 according to the present invention, in particular, it is desirable that connecting portions 62 between the widening perforated portions 52 and 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 and 53 are easily tearable portions that are more easily torn than another portion of the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53. Since the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 extend in different directions, when the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 are sequentially torn from the base point portion 51, a perforation tearing direction changes at the connecting portions 62 between the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53. Therefore, when the connecting portions 62 between the widening perforated portions 52 and the extending perforated portions 53 are easily tearable portions that are more easily torn than another portion, tearing of the perforations smoothly proceeds from the widening perforated portions 52 to the extending perforated portions 53. The easily tearable portion 62 can be, for example, a portion in which the connecting portion 62 is formed of only a cut portion or a portion in which the length of a cut portion of the perforation is longer than that in another portion.
In addition, in the packaging bag 14 according to the present invention, it is desirable that a boundary between the widening perforated portion 52 and the extending perforated portion 53 or the vicinity thereof is located at the position P corresponding to an uppermost portion of the article 1 to be packaged that is stored in the main unit section or in the vicinity thereof. When the article 1 to be packaged is carried, the widening perforated portion 52 is hardly torn unintentionally. On the other hand, a wide opening is formed by the extending perforated portion 53 from the vicinity of the uppermost portion position P toward the bottom side, and therefore the article 1 to be packaged is easily taken out.
Here, as in the illustrated example, the packaging bag 14 of the present invention is suitable for forming the film-packaged tissue 1 obtained by packaging the bundle 3 obtained by folding and stacking a plurality of sets of tissue paper 2 with the flexible packaging film 4 into an article to be packaged, and particularly arranging and gusset-packaging a plurality of the film-packaged tissues 1 to form a film-packaged tissue assembly package 10 (hereinafter, also referred to as an assembly package). Such an assembly package 10 is also proposed as the present invention. Note that the film-packaged tissue 1 here is not a portable one called a pocket tissue, but is the film-packaged tissue 1 used as a stationary type having a mass heavier than that of such a portable one.
For the film-packaged tissue 1 suitable as the article 1 to be packaged, the bundle 3 may be overlap-packaged or pillow-packaged. Particularly as illustrated in
In this overlap packaging, since the end surface 4A has a substantially planar shape, particularly an exterior of the packaging film 4 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape close to a box. In addition, the end surface 4A is formed by stacking and bonding a plurality of layers of the packaging film 4, and therefore has high rigidity, is hardly crushed, and easily maintains a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. Therefore, when the film-packaged tissue 1 is stored as the article 1 to be packaged in the packaging bag 14 according to the present invention, the shape of the packaging bag is easily stabilized, the film-packaged tissue 1 is excellent in portability, the film-packaged tissue 1 is hardly moved unintentionally in the packaging bag 14, and the effect of the packaging bag according to the present invention is easily exhibited.
When the film-packaged tissue 1 is used as the article 1 to be packaged, as an arrangement mode in the gusset packaging bag 14, it is desirable that the film-packaged tissues 1 are stacked such that upper and bottom surfaces of the film-packaged tissues 1 butt against each other as in the illustrated mode. The plurality of film-packaged tissues 1, 1, . . . are arranged so as to form a substantially rectangular parallelepiped as a whole, stability and shape retention are enhanced as a whole of the assembly, and the plurality of film-packaged tissues 1, 1, . . . is hardly collapsed or crushed by an external force, and the effect of the packaging bag according to the present invention is more easily exhibited.
Here, particularly in this case, it is desirable that the softness of the gusset packaging film constituting the gusset packaging bag 14 is lower than the softness of the packaging film 4 constituting the film-packaged tissue 1. In the gusset packaging bag 14 having the handle section 45 on the top surface side, when the handle section 45 is held, the gusset packaging bag 14 is pulled in the top-bottom direction. Therefore, pressure may be applied to the film-packaged tissues 1, 1 . . . , which is an article to be contained at this time. However, by lowering the softness of the gusset packaging film 14, the rectangular parallelepiped shape of the contained film-packaged tissue 1 is hardly deformed, and fullness is hardly reduced without pressing the bundle 3 inside.
The bundle 3 of tissue paper contained in the film-packaged tissue 1 is not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the bundle 3 is a pop-up type as illustrated in
The pop-up type bundle 3 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a pair of longitudinal side surfaces 3B in which folded edges 2C of sheets of the tissue paper 2 are lined up, a pair of short side surfaces 3A in which the folded edges 2C are not lined up, and a pair of flat surfaces (upper and lower surfaces) 3C connected to the short side surfaces 3A and the longitudinal side surfaces 3B. The number of sets of the tissue paper 2 constituting the bundle 3 is not limited, but is generally 120 to 240 as one set of 2 plies (two sheets stacked) or 3 plies (three sheets stacked). The size of the bundle 3 is not necessarily limited, but a bundle of 150 sets of 2-ply tissue paper has a height of about 40 to 50 mm×160 to 200 mm in a longitudinal direction (width)×90 to 110 mm in a short direction (depth).
Note that the top-bottom direction and the up-down direction in the present invention and the present specification are appropriately changed depending on the directions of the packaging bag, the film-packaged tissue assembly package, and the film-packaged tissue, and do not mean absolute directions.
