Shaping swimsuit and undergarment and concealer of so-called orange-peel skin

The invention is a swimsuit with accessories along its lower section, through which the legs are put, consisting of two elongated and enveloping silicone gel bands which self-adhere to the skin on both the left and the right leg. These bands not only shape the legs and buttocks, but also and primarily push the skin upwards, stretching it and concealing the so-called orange peel skin that afflicts most women.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The main subject matter of this utility model application is a swimsuit that provides major advantages, characterized by featuring in its lower section, along the internal contours of both the legs and buttocks, a firmly attached accessory that shapes, lifts and disguises the so-called orange peel skin. More specifically, the this utility model application pertains to a swimsuit of the specified type that was conceived and developed as a result of the experience acquired on design, manufacture and use. In this sense, the swimsuit integrates two elements or accessories, both located along the internal contour of the legs and buttocks, which lift and shape the skin and, most importantly, conceal the aforementioned so-called orange peel skin.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

We can confirm that no similar product can be found in the prior art which combines these types of elements. At present, most garments do not have this type of combined product intended to lessen and conceal the unsightly appearance of the skin that characterizes cellulite. Most garments are made with reinforcements and/or straps intended to slim the waist, and/or with frames and/or padding intended to increase and/or lift the bust, but not to produce an effect that tightens, flattens and smooths out the skin dimples that afflict most women, such as those caused by so-called cellulite or orange peel skin.

Advantages: This invention seeks to solve the aforementioned defect in women's skin by disguising the so-called orange peel skin on the legs and buttocks during the use of the applicable garment. Moreover, it does not condition women and encourages them to wear a swimsuit. The procedure described satisfies the need for innovative garments that beautify an area of the body previously ignored by this sector of the industry, and covers a new and extensive commercial niche, as it conceals the aforementioned defects by providing a procedure that smooths out skin dimples, a condition that affects 9 of every 10 women worldwide. In order to achieve the advantages briefly described herein and to facilitate the understanding of the constructive, constitutive and functional characteristics of the swimsuit and undergarment and the concealer of so-called orange peel, the improvements in this utility model can be applied to an undergarment shaping the skin of the legs and buttocks, as its effects and use in other garments are in no way conditioned.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The swimsuit (indication (1)) can be a garment made of any fabric which includes, along the inner side of its lower part and each of the legs and buttocks, a fixed accessory manufactured out of silicone polymer gel (indication (2) and (3)), that self-adheres to the skin and produces a slight traction upwards that generates a smoothing effect on the skin, concealing the presence of orange peel or cellulite. This element consists of one or two friction bands manufactured with silicone polymer gel adhered to the inner side of the swimsuit along the contours (2) of both legs and buttocks. It has an elongated shape that covers the contour of the edge of the swimsuit that fits around the legs and buttocks from end to end. The garment is made with an elasticized fabric to which the silicone polymer gel band is adhered seamlessly using a casting or injection technique. It is worth noting that this silicone polymer gel also self-adheres to the skin, is reusable and produces no traumatic effect on the skin.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION AND BEST MODE OF IMPLEMENTATION
