FIG. 1 is a perspective view taken from the top, front, and right side of a combined valve and clamped cable operator showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view taken from the bottom, rear, and left side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plane view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a perspective view taken from the top, rear, and left side thereof.

The fragmentary broken line showing of a boat, clamped cable, connecting pipe, and hose in FIG. 5 are for purposes of illustration only and form no part of the claimed design.
