Abstract: A new and distinct variety of peach tree, which has been given the designation ‘V75024’, is a high quality mid-to-late season non-melting fleshed clingstone peach that produces high quality mid-to late season fruit suitable for processing as a canned or frozen product.

Abstract: A protective bib-garment system is described wherein a bib is detachable from the garment it protects, but can not rotate around the wearer's neckline. It thereby provides better protection and safety for the user. The bibs are easily attached or removed for separate cleaning when soiled. The danger of the user choking by having the bib rotate and tighten around the neck is generally removed. Better protection of the underlying garment is also achieved by keeping the bib anchored in front of the user. The system includes bib-ready garments in a wide range of styles, substantially any garment that could be worn by a bib user and is modified to accept the bib portion. These garments can be worn without the bibs and undergarments are protected from outside view or contact by the overlapping garment-bib interface attached to the inside surface of the garment.

The wearer either partially removes or completely removes the fly-flap from the crotch opening to modestly perform bodily functions without having to entirely disrobe. Pockets on the fly-flap allow the wearer to carry necessities such as toiletries or key.

The elastomeric articles include a primary matrix including one or more layers of elastomeric polymer, such as a natural or synthetic latex or a block copolymer, and a polymeric coating on a surface of the primary matrix. The polymeric coating is formed of crosslinked polymers which are crosslinked with a cationic crosslinking agent such as a polyamide epichlorohydrin crosslinking agent. The polymeric coating can be a crosslinked polyarcylate, polyacrylamide, or polysaccharise, for example. In one embodiment, the crosslinking agent crosslinks the polymeric coating to the primary matrix layer of the article, forming secure attachments between the primary matrix and the polymeric coating. In one embodiment, the crosslinking agent may crosslink the elastomeric polymer as well as the polymeric coating.

Abstract: A drain plunger handle for use with a plunger head to remove obstructions in a plumbing system. The drain plunger handle comprises a handle body, a pair of handle members and a head connector for connecting to the plunger head. The handle members are vertically offset from each other and substantially within the same general vertical plane to provide an ergonomically beneficial grip on the drain plunger handle when used to clear the obstruction. The handle members can be slidably attached to the handle body to allow the user to adjust the amount of vertical offset. The head connector can include a connector body and a threaded post for threadably connecting to the plunger head. The present plunger handle allows the user to comfortably and easily apply more force to the plunger head so as to supply the necessary positive and negative pressure pulses to dislodge the obstruction.

At least one of the basket portion and the plug portion includes an indexing member and the other includes an indexing receiver. The indexing member is releasably receivable within the indexing receiver and retains the plug in its open position. Movement of the plug from its open to its closed position requires the application of a lifting force to the plug to dislodge the indexing member from the indexing receiver.

The tank includes a housing defining a tank interior and a tank exterior. A vent opening is located at a first location of the housing. The opening forms a fluid communication between the interior and the exterior of the tank. A vent conduit connects the vent opening on the tank exterior at the first location with the exterior of the tank at a second location of the housing. The vent conduit leads at least partly through the interior of the tank without being in fluid communication with the interior of the tank.

Abstract: A flush tank includes an outlet pipe attached to a receptacle for discharging water, a float disposed close to the outlet pipe to selectively block the outlet pipe, and to control an outward flowing of the water through the outlet pipe. A magnetically forcing device may magnetically force the float to block the outlet pipe, and a detecting device may be used to detect users and to actuate the magnetically forcing device to release the float. The magnetically forcing device includes an electromagnetic device supported by a frame to act with the float. A stop may be attached to the frame to limit a movement of the float relative to the outlet pipe.

Abstract: An inflatable hot tub kit that includes a self-supporting tub structure that can be used on ground or used in a body of water. The kit includes a thermostat and hoses designed to connect to an external fresh water supply system. The tub structure comprises three inflatable ring sections that form the sidewalls designed to hold warm or hot water. The upper ring section is octagonal-shaped when viewed in plan view. In cross-section, the upper ring section is circular and relatively large so that when the tub structure is placed in a body of water, the water edge is approximately 8 to 10 inches below the top surface of the upper section. The middle ring section is flat in cross-section and vertically aligned under the center axis of the upper ring section. The middle ring section provides buoyancy and supports the upper ring section when used on the ground or extends into the body of water to provide buoyancy. Attached to the middle ring section is an inflatable lower ring section.

Such leg members may be folded and extended and include a female portion and a male portion, which are telescopically engageable with one another. The present invention further includes a portable tray with a lip portion that fits on the outer edge of the tub section. Such a portable tray may be used for supporting bathing accessories.

Abstract: A faucet with a connecting structure with a cold and a hot water pipe includes an inlet base formed in a lower portion. The inlet base has a lateral hole, a cold and a hot water passageway for receiving a cold and a hot water pipe therein and communicating with the lateral hole. A bolt extends pivotally in the lateral hole, having two convex faces to face or leave the water passageways to let two, cold and hot, water pipes to fit in the water passageways and then deadlocked or released by the bolt by means of the outer walls of the two convex faces of the bolt if the bolt is rotated forward or backward for a certain preset angle.

The buffer consists of a cylinder, a lower sponge, a coil spring, a rod, and an upper sponge and possibly a colliding member. The buffer can be mainly installed on a deadbolt groove of the casing. The shock-absorbing member may be fixed on the steel door or the casing for reducing sound. The stopping member is fixed on the steel door to face the outer end of the buffer. The noise control device can reduce noise generated in opening and closing as much as possible and preventing the both from disfiguring or denting.
