The process includes encoding the message packet as a signal, which is afterwards transmitted and analyzed. The encoding operation assigns the message packet to correspond to a specific pulse width. The signal is transmitted across a channel. The analyzing operation parses the signal as corresponding to the specific pulse width, which is then decoded to obtain the message packet.

Abstract: A new and distinct Groundcover rose plant is provided which commonly forms clusters on a tardive basis attractive white double blossoms with excellent reblooming during the summer. The growth habit is low and mounding. The plant exhibits strong vegetation and attractive very dense dark green foliage with a semi-glossy aspect. The tolerance to disease is good particularly with respect to Marsonia. The attractive dark green foliage contrasts nicely with the white blossom coloration. The new variety is well suited for growing as attractive ornamentation in the landscape.

The foliage is dark green with a semi-glossy finish. Good resistance to blackspot has been experienced. The plant is well suited for growing as attractive ornamentation in parks and gardens.

O-ring seals are utilized to connect and seal the components of the adjustable mount so that it is not a source of moisture or loss of vacuum. The adjustable mount is a knuckle-type mount that connects a light fixture with a junction box or other source of electrical power. The adjustable mount provides a full range of vertical and rotational angles without damaging the electrical wiring that is sealed inside the mount. Frictional connections in the mount allow the lighting angle to be set without the necessity of tightening the set screws which connect the components together.

Data are demultiplexed into a plurality of data channels, and processed as a plurality of channels. A combiner combines the plurality of channels as a multiplexed signal. At a receiver, the multiplexed signal is despread into a plurality of despread channels. A syndrome signal is generated from an error rate of the channels. From the syndrome signal, a desired-data rate is determined for the transmitter.

In the system, a BS (base station) determines the relaying method (whether an RS performs reproduction relay or nonreproduction relay) of the RS (relaying station) and the MCS of multihop communication according to the reception quality (the line quality among an MS2, the RS, and the BS) of the pilot for nonreproduction relay, the reception quality (the line quality between the RS and the BS) of the pilot 2 for reproduction relay, and the line quality (the line quality between the MS2 and the RS) measured at the RS. The determination result is transmitted as relay information to the RS and to the MS2 (a mobile station (2)) through the RS. The MS2 encodes and modulates the uplink data with the MCS based on the relay information and transmits the data to the RS.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing personal and business mobile wireless communications service is described. A message is received having a message type. Message separability and cost allocation is performed based on the message type. The message is processed when the message is a fleet message, and the message is forwarded to a message management center when the message is a personal message. Once the message is forwarded, it is deleted. In one embodiment of the invention, the messages are transmitted via a wireless satellite link between a mobile communications terminal and a network management system. A fleet computer receives the messages from the network management system and, after determining whether they are personal or fleet messages, processes them accordingly.

When the glove is worn by the user and interlocks with a second glove having a second image portion of the complete image displayed, the complete image is displayed by the interlocked gloves, conveying a message.
