Since then there has been detachable hoodies, detachable raingear and other detachable accessories, where the attachment tabs or buttons or fasteners were integral with the shirt or the shirt already had a provision for attachment of a collar, similar to what some pastors/clergy wear. In this invention, the detachable T-shirt collar, DTSC, is for a regular T-shirt without any provision for a detachable collar. This invented collar is attached through or close to the stretchable T-shirt collar band at the neck to transform a regular T-shirt, old or new into a more formal attire. The collar attachment is for the standard O-neck and V-neck and the stretchable T-shirt material is compatible with the collar material.

In this wearing configuration the wrap-around garment may be a dress, with regions of the wrap-around garment covering portions of the wearer's front and back. Abstract: A roll of disposable, rubber gloves that are attached to a paper-like material via, but not limited to, an adhesive, heat or vacuum sealing. By producing one single sheet of the glove roll at a time, it gives the capability to sandwich two sheets of the glove roll together to create individual sections of pairs of gloves. Producing the glove roll this way allows for the guarantee of infection control. The user is only receiving one pair of gloves at a time, rather than reaching into a box of gloves and pulling out too many and possibly contaminating the remaining gloves and/or wasting the extra. The roll will be dispensed by a machine that is similar in fashion to a paper towel dispenser and available in an automatic or manual dispensing option. The roll will also be dispensed via a traditional cardboard glove box.

Abstract: Described are systems, devices, and methods for stripping a formed thin film elastomeric article such as a latex or synthetic polymer medical or surgical glove from a mold, inverting the article, and transferring and securing the inverted article to a mandrel for further on-line processing, integrating dip forming and off-line surface treatment processes into a single, continuous on-line process. The system can include a stripping apparatus including an actuation device for peeling the article from the mold and inverting the article, and a donning device to receive the inverted article. The system may position the article about a mandrel of the donning device. The mandrel may expand or separate to engage the interior of the inverted article to securely hold the article on the mandrel. The donning device may be coupled to a continuous loop conveyor chain to carry the donning device and the mounted article through on-line secondary processing.

Abstract: One embodiment of a thin, flat, and angular triangular device for an improved necktie having on one edge a lead-in notch (10) which merges into a button passage (12)before merging into a cove (22). Two bridges (14), made of a flexible material so that they can be repeatedly bent without fracturing, are on ledges on top of the opposite edge from the lead-in notch (10). An untied, shortened necktie (30) is threaded through a false knot (24) and then threaded through the tie slot (26) at the top of the device. This allows the necktie to be joined to the Tiekeeper (28) device. This necktie device slides over the top shirt button by way of the lead-in notch and button passage before resting in the cove on top of the threads of the shirt's top button. Abstract: A brain injury reduction system provides a protective measure to reduce severity of brain injury caused by collision or blast. A sensing device of the system detects an impending or occurring event (e.g., collision or blast) in an environment surrounding the individual and sends information about the event to a controller of the system. The sensing device can be stationary or moves with the individual. Based on the information, the controller determines whether the event will likely cause brain injury to the individual. If so, the controller sends an instruction to an actuation device of the system to activate the protective measure. The actuation device uses transcutaneous electrodes to electrically simulate glottis closure and contraction of the abdominal musculature to induce a Valsalva-like maneuver. The Valsalva-like maneuver can increases the stiffness of the brain tissues in the intracranial compartment, and thus reduces the susceptibility of the brain tissues to deformation.
