Abstract: The invention relates to a tree stand assembly for engaging a tree and supporting a person above ground. The tree stand assembly has a tree stand member and a tree climber member configured for frictional engagement with a tree trunk. The tree stand member has a foot platform, a flexible seat and a tree engaging portion with teeth. The tree climber member is positioned below the tree stand member and is provided with a V-shaped tree engaging member. Detachable locking bars on the tree stand member and the tree climber member allow adjustment of the assembly to different diameter trees.

Abstract: A hanging corner shelf assembly is provided which includes a first member and a second member, which diverge from one another. Each member includes a first side and a second side, an inner side and an outer side. The first and second members are configured for attachment to one another. Abstract: A portable standing desk accessory that can attach to the top of any standard office chair or other type of chair. The desk assembly includes a flat desk member, a first and second support member and a retaining bracket. The first and second support members are hingedly attached to each other at one end respectively. The first support member is hingedly attached to the underside of the desk member and ends up residing on the front surface of the office chair back when in use. The second support member forms a triangular structure by attaching the free end to a retaining bracket mounted to the underside of the desk top. A flexible strap can further retain the first support member to the chair back. In the preferred embodiment, a phone holder pocket is inserted into a cutout area of the desk member.

Abstract: An article support, such as a shelf, is securely attachable at a plurality of locations along a generally vertical support or rail. The article support includes a support-engaging portion having one or more tabs, at least one of which is a locking tab having a forward-extending tooth that engages the vertical support, when the tab or tabs extend through slots in the support. Optionally, a biasing element urges the article away from the support to maintain secure engagement of the locking tab with the support. The resulting shelving system or article support system is resistant to accidental detachment of the article supports from the supports and permits relatively small adjustment intervals for the article supports along the supports.

Abstract: Work platforms are generally discussed herein for providing expanded work space for their users with specific discussions extended to portable work platforms that are mountable on vertical or horizontal poles and the like, such as utility poles, for expanding useful work space. The portable work platform has a deck attached to a base by a beam, which is made from a non-conducting material. A strap assembly having a webbing is connected to the base and configured for use with a ratchet mechanism to tension the webbing around a pole to mount to the platform. The beam enhances electrical isolation between the deck and the base.

Abstract: A cabinet bracket system is secured to a column for supporting an electronics cabinet. The cabinet bracket system includes a lower cabinet bracket disposed against the bottom of the electronics cabinet, an upper cabinet bracket disposed against the top of the electronics cabinet, and a bottom support bracket secured to the lower cabinet bracket so as to prevent lower bracket from moving on the column when the electronics cabinet is mounted onto the lower cabinet bracket.

Abstract: A disposable trash bag system that allows a patient to dispose personal trash when lying in a hospital bed thereby reducing contamination. The system includes a moveable overbed table, a bag holding member, an intermediate member disposed between the bag holding member and the table's perimeter side edge, and a ring element that receives a disposable trash bag. The ring element is connected to the intermediate member that temporarily snap fits against the perimeter side edge and over the table. During use, a disposable trash bag with an upper supportive ring member is placed in the ring element, the bag holding member and the intermediate member are connected together. The intermediate member is forced against the perimeter side edge at a desired location to hold the bag in place. The intermediate member may be easily moved to any location along the perimeter side edge and remove entirely for cleaning.

The work bench can be collapsed from an extended position to a stowed position coplanar with the elongate members. The elongate members each have longitudinally spaced notches. A bracing member is provided with a pair of trunnion members that extend from the bracing member and are releasably pivotably coupled to a pair of notches in respective of the pair of elongate members; the bracing member further having a distal end for releasably engaging the working surface of the work bench. When in the extended position, the distal end of the bracing member releasably engages the work bench to support the work bench; when in the collapsed position the work bench overlays the bracing assembly.

Abstract: The present invention relates to outdoor grill accessories, and more particularly, a foldable worktable attachment for an outdoor grill that includes a large table area that is interconnected to a lower shelf by two sets of foldable legs. When in an erect position, the table provides ample space for preparing foods and the like, but when in a collapsed position, the table lies flush against one of the sides of the grill housing, thus, enclosing the lower shelf and supporting legs that are folded and stored between the table and a recessed area included in the grill housing.

Abstract: An apparatus attachable to a barricading structure and method for providing an activity surface are provided. The barricading structure may be, for example, a railing. The apparatus comprises a mountable backsplash attached to the barricading structure, a foldable support platform attached to the mountable backsplash via multiple connectors, and a locking system for locking the mountable backsplash to the barricading structure. The foldable support platform comprises a first inlay fitted into a support structure for providing an activity surface to hold objects. The connectors are accommodated in slots provided on the mountable backsplash. The accommodated connectors are hinged to the mountable backsplash using a hinge pin to facilitate pivotal connection of the foldable support platform to the mountable backsplash. The apparatus may comprise leg supports for supporting weight of the foldable support platform. The apparatus is made of a weather resistant material and a heat resistant material.

Alternatively, the bedpost interface may be a sleeve that fits snugly over the top of the bedpost.

Abstract: A stable mountable blind shelf support is mounted upon a wall having wall studs. A blind shelf mount for a shelf includes either a mounting disk or a baseplate with fasteners and a support post, such as a hex post, and is attached by further fasteners to a wall stud. Prior to installation, the wall is marked with mounting locations on the back edge of a shelf by transferring impressions from the support post or fasteners. Lines are scribed using a carpenter's square at each location of an impressed mark; then the midpoint of thickness at each site is marked. A counterbore is formed at each marked site on the back edge of the shelf and then the location of the drilled post holes is derived. The holes thus formed accept posts formed for two or more routed recesses in registration with each other in the finished laminated built-up shelf.
