Abstract: An absorbant glove having an agitating feature. The glove is formed from a base material which exhibits a high degree of absorbancy. In order to achieve this high degree of absorbancy, the base material preferably exhibits a very large surface area, such as a synthetic lamb's wool. The glove additionally has one or more areas of a rough, bristled material which is efficient at transmitting mechanical forces from movement of the user's hand to the stain. The bristled material is preferably a synthetic fabric, such as that commonly used for indoor/outdoor carpeting. In certain embodiments, one band of bristled material is formed at an angle to a second band of bristled material, wherein the angle is substantially between 20 degrees and 60 degrees. In other embodiments, the angle is substantially between 30 degrees and 45 degrees.

Abstract: A floor wipe is provided in a symmetrical shape wherein a human foot may easily fit with toes of the foot at a desired end of the floor wipe and the heel of the foot at the opposing end. Floor wipe has a floor contact side and a foot contact side where a user would place their foot on the foot contact side of the device and manipulate the device about the floor to clean an area of the floor. The device has a first cleaning area, having a first characteristic, such as absorbency, at one end of the device and a second cleaning area, having a second characteristic, such as scouring, which is unique from the characteristic of the first cleaning area, at an opposing end of the device. The foot contact side has structural configuration elements which resist the foot of the user from slipping there along during usage.

Abstract: The club head cleaning attachment for a golf shoe is removably secured to a golf shoe to enable the shoe to be used in cleaning the head or face of a golf club during play. The device is formed of a flexible, resilient elastomeric material, and has a toe pocket fitting over the extreme forward end of the toe cap and sole of the shoe. Attachment straps or bands extend rearwardly to secure the device about the horizontal circumference of the shoe. The strap or band may be a continuous, endless component stretched to fit around the shoe, or may have mating first and second ends that secure to one another behind the heel. The toe pocket includes a cleaning element extending outwardly therefrom generally along the forward edge of the shoe sole. The cleaning element may be a non-woven web of plastic material, an absorbent cloth, or a brush.

Abstract: A hand worn scrubber is provided for facilitating cleaning. The scrubber provides for a cleaning agent and multiple scrubbing surfaces on a hand covering. The scrubber includes a glove having an open end designed for receiving a hand. The glove includes palm section, a thumb section, a plurality of finger sections, and a plurality of fingertip sections. A scrubbing member is coupled to the glove. The scrubbing member extends from the plurality of fingertip sections towards the open end. A cleaning agent is positioned in the scrubbing member. The cleaning agent is dispensable from the scrubbing member during use of the scrubbing member. The fingertip sections of the glove have a plurality of fingertip scrubbing nodules to facilitate cleaning of an item by vigorous scrubbing with the fingertip sections.

The tool is mitten-shaped with an open end into which the person may insert the person's hand. Two embodiments of the device are disclosed. In the first embodiment, both sides of the device have loop-type fastening material thereon. In the second embodiment, only one side of the device has the loop-type fastening material thereon for removing stickers or the like. A protective liner is positioned at the inner surface of the device.

Abstract: The subject invention relates to cleaning products that are highly effective in cleaning articles that are susceptible to scratching, scuffing and/or abrasion. More specifically, the present invention relates to cleaning products that are made with a non-abrasive fabric that is comprised of a multitude of non-woven polyester fibers which are bound together with an ethylene-vinyl chloride copolymer binder into the form of a sheet. These cleaning products are highly effective at removing foreign matter from a substrate surface without scratching or scuffing the surface of the substrate. These cleaning products can be use to clean inanimate articles and in cleaning open lesions on humans and animals.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for custom fitting an article of footwear is disclosed. A container holding the article of footwear includes a steaming assembly that allows a customer to subject the article of footwear to steam. The method can include cooling the article of footwear on the customer's foot to custom fit the article of footwear.

Abstract: Embodiments of foot-worn scrubbing apparatus are disclosed. One embodiment of the apparatus includes a sole made of a suitable sponge material and having a top surface and a bottom surface. A scrubbing surface of another suitable scrubbing material is adhered to the bottom surface of the sole. The sole is also attached to a thong in order to secure the sole and the scrubbing surface to a bare foot or to a socked foot of a user.

Abstract: An attachable brush for footwear, particularly suited for an umpire to clean dirt from home plate during a baseball game is herein disclosed. The footwear comprises a bristle portion along one (1) side and sized approximately one (1) inch wide and four (4) inches long, with the bristle portions being approximately one (1) inch. The brush body is attached to the footwear by means of a flap made of leather or similar resilient material. The flap is attached to the top of the brush body and is removably attached to the footwear by use of eyelets that would be interlocked with the shoelaces on the footwear. This enables the umpire to slightly lift his foot, allowing the brush to hang down, and sweep it back and forth over the home plate area. Its positioning would not allow it to interfere with walking or other activities when not being used.

The pre-treating step includes ruffling the nylon yarns of the nylon segment to form multiple winding nylon crepes and processing the polyethylene terephthalate bottles of the environmental-regenerative segment to form multiple environmental-regenerative crepes. The weaving step includes weaving the nylon crepes of the nylon segment and the environmental-regenerative crepes of the environmental-regenerative segment with a weaving speed ratio of 4:5. The forming step includes cutting and seaming a basketwork that is woven by the nylon crepes and the environmental-regenerative crepes to form the bathing-massage glove.

The waste handling and bagging unit (10) allows a person to quickly, easily and hygienically grasp waste material, such as fecal matter from a pet, and then to enclose the waste material within one of the bags (70) for disposal. When a single bag (70) is utilized, a person will manually place a new bag on the mitt (12) for each instance of waste removal. The nested bags (70) allow a person to repeatably gasp and dispose multiple instances of waste material without having to manually put a new replacement bag (70) on the mitt (12).

Abstract: Embodiments of foot-worm scrubbing apparatus are disclosed. One embodiment of the apparatus includes a sole made of a suitable material and having a top surface and a bottom surface. Abstract: A mitt applicator, such as a mitt, for distributing a substance onto a target surface in the preferred form of a mitt. The mitt is composed of two panels, each panel consisting of at least one layer. The mitt's panels are in face-to-face contact with each other. At least one panel is configured to form an external pocket to be used as a product-dispensing reservoir. The inner layer of each panel can form the inside layer of the mitt and can be impervious to liquid or gel substances in order to protect the user's hand. The outer layer of the two panels can be made from materials with different properties. Also included, is a method for construction and method for using the above applicator. Additionally, a mitt with an optional reservoir is disclosed with a radial end shape and an elongated body to protect the user against substances applied to said mitt.
