Abstract: A tool system is disclosed having a body including a handle extending therefrom, a detachable head including a working tool, and a multi-part connector for detachable connecting the head to the body, the connector including opposed, flexible members positioned on the body towards an end of the body and means on the head for connecting with the opposed flexible members, the opposed flexible members and the means for connecting with the flexible members working in concert to detachably secure the head to the body. The handle of the tool system can be offset with respect to the axis of the body and the detachable head.

Abstract: A handle for receiving a cleaning article, such as a dusting device. The handle has one or more tines which are disposed outboard of a reference plane. This geometry provides a friction fit for receiving a removable cleaning device on the tines, without substantial interference. The friction fit retains the cleaning article on the handle during use while reducing tearing which occurs during installation.

Abstract: A clamp assembly including: a clamp frame including a first portion including a first opening which accepts a fastener, and a second portion interposed between the first portion and a third portion, wherein the third portion includes a second opening and a third opening, each of which accepts a fastener, a threaded rod disposed through the first portion of the clamp frame; and a clamp pad on an inner end of the clamp rod.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of removable handles for cookware. The use of a single interchangeable and removable handle with different pieces of cookware has several advantages. One advantage is that the overall assembly is much smaller to store, as the handle may be removed and stored in a separate location, reducing the overall size of the assembly. In addition, a single handle may be utilized for multiple cooking vessels as it is common for only one handle to be utilized at a single time. Even though multiple cooking vessels may be used simultaneously, the handle is only utilized for repositioning or stabilizing the cooking vessel. In this way, when no cooking vessel is in use, only one handle need be stored, rather than separate (possibly attached) handles for each article of cookware.

Abstract: A handle assembly with multi-axial adjustment is disclosed. The disclosed assembly provides for more ergonomic handling of various tools, particularly ambulatory assistance devices. In an exemplary embodiment, a splined coupling provides 360 degree adjustability about its axis. A housing unit provides an adjustable interface between the splined coupling and a handle component. A convex face of the housing unit is geared, and a concave face of the handle component is adapted to selectable engage with the housing unit at a variety of angels.

A handle is coupled to the locking plate and includes a grip, a coupling interface, and a neck extending between the grip and the coupling interface. The removable ladder handle has a bar, one or more compression springs and one or more spring clips that have a concave downward shape. A middle section of each spring clip is coupled to the bar. The compression springs are coupled to the bar facing downward. Both end sections of each spring clip have inside hooks that face inward and upward. The spring clips and inside hooks are configured to fit over one of the side rails of a ladder and snap on to inner edges of the side rail when the removable ladder handle is engaged to the ladder by a user pushing the removable ladder handle down onto the side rail.

The tubular member has an elongated tubular shape with a lengthwise slot disposed therein between a first end and a second end longitudinally opposite the first end, and a protrusion that extends out of an inner surface of a lengthwise cavity within the tubular member. The protrusion is disposed within the tubular member biased toward one side of the slot to create an asymmetrical cross section in the tubular member. The locking member has thickness smaller than a width in the slot and a width greater than the width in the slot allowing the locking member to be inserted into and out of the slot in a first orientation but not in at least one other orientation.

Abstract: A self-affixing, removable, one-piece handle can be applied and removed from an item, such as a shopping cart, stroller, or the like, or the handle can be applied and removed from any number of items, such as the shoulder straps of a diaper bag or the loop handles of a set of shopping bags, or the like. By being self-affixing, the handle may be attached and removed from the item without the need for tools or any additional items, such as clamps, screws, adhesive, or the like. The handle may provide a link between the shopping cart or stroller and a child. Typical shopping carts or strollers do not provide a suitable location for a child to hold onto while walking alongside. Moreover, a separate, removable, self-affixing handle may be useful to help limit the spread of germs by allowing each child to have their own personal handle.

Abstract: A handling apparatus comprising an object, at least one band, and at least one detachable handle. A desired number of the handles can be put on any of the bands, and positions of the handles may be adjusted within the bands. The handles put on each of the bands are secured to the object simultaneously and without user intervention when user secures the band to the object. The handles may comprise detachable gripping members which can be oriented differently about the object after the handles are secured to the objects by the bands. The handles and the bands may be reused with differently configured objects. As the result, the device is economic, ergonomic, and easy to use.

Abstract: A grab handle mounting assembly securable to a mounting surface includes a first mounting arm assembly securable to a mounting surface. The first mounting arm assembly defines a first male pin. A second mounting arm assembly is securable to a mounting surface and defines a second male pin. The assembly further includes a first tube having first and second open ends, wherein the first male pin is mateable within the first open end of the first tube and the second male pin is mateable within the second open end of the first tube. When the first and second mounting arm assemblies are secured to a mounting surface with the first and second male pins mated with the first and second open ends of the first tube, the first and second mounting arm assemblies impose a torsional force on the first tube.

Abstract: A toolset for marine applications that includes improved handle for buckets that provides an improved flexible gripping strap, and further provides a method of securely attaching the flexible gripping strap to specially formed spiked hooks that attach to a bucket. The spiked hook is inserted into a central channel of the flexible gripping strap. The hook has a distal end with angled spikes that allow the hook to be inserted into the central channel, but are angled such that they cannot be withdrawn. The hook further has a proximal end with an open hook that can be easily attached or detached from a bucket. The tool set further has specially formed wrenches that allow a user to adjust stopcocks that are located in hard to reach locations. The wrenches have open ends and slotted sides to allow them to adjust the stopcocks in multiple ways. That alternative use for the spiked hook is shown which allows it to be used to clean lobsters.

Abstract: A handle of a detachable grilling pan has: a main body with a downward opening and a window, both disposed on the top side of the main body, a shaft, a “L” shaped hook and a spring. The main body is connected to the grilling pan by a fixing plate. The “L” shaped hook is hinged to the shaft, and the long straight free end of it extends out the window of the handle, and the short straight free end of it extends out the opening of the handle body and toward the grilling pan. The spring presses against the long straight end to make the free end of the short straight end hook the opening of the shell of the grill. When the long straight part of the hook is pressed, the hook rotates around the shaft and the grilling pan can be removed from the grill shell.

Abstract: A simple tool for lifting a barbecue grill—the grill lifter tool has a handle near its top end and a downwardly depending rod from near its center. The downwardly depending rod terminates near its bottom at a horizontal rod. The horizontal rod is thin enough to fit down between and below the space between adjacent grill bars. Near the top of the downwardly depending rod there is a first washer around and welded to the rod. Near the bottom of the downwardly depending rod, there is a second washer movably resting on the top of the horizontal rod, and held in place by a partially compressed spring constrained between the first top washer and the second bottom washer. The second bottom washer is large enough to not fit down into the space between the grill bars.

Abstract: A handle assembly for a carrier including a primary bracket, an upper engagement piece adjustably connected to the primary bracket, and a lower engagement piece pivotally connected to the primary bracket, the lower engagement piece including an actuation mechanism, such as a kick plate, for pivoting the lower engagement piece relative to the upper engagement piece. A biasing mechanism, such as a coil spring, is linked to the lower engagement piece to urge the lower engagement piece upward. The handle assembly is easily connectable and removable from a carrier such as a dolly.

Abstract: An auxiliary pole handle assembly includes a sleeve positioned on a shaft. A grip is pivotally coupled to the sleeve and includes a tube including a peripheral wall that has an open first end and an open second end. The peripheral wall has a pair of breaks therein. Each of the breaks extends through each of the first and second ends such that first and second portions of the grip are defined. The first and second portions are hingedly coupled together and are positioned in an open condition or in a closed condition. The first end of the grip is pivotally coupled to the sleeve. The grip is releasably positioned in a stored position defined by being in the closed condition extending around the sleeve or the grip is movably positioned into a deployed position extending outwardly away from the sleeve.

The at least two positions of the device are definable by a tension lever. A detent geometry, embodied with the receptacle, cooperates with a receptacle geometry, embodied on or associated with the power tool. Various radial positions of the apparatus relative to the power tool can be set by the detent geometry and the receptacle geometry. Abstract: A handlebar grip for a bicycle includes a handlebar, two hard shells detachably combined with each other to form a clamping housing which presses an outer wall of the handlebar and is provided with at least one hollow portion, and a soft inner sleeve clamped between an inner wall of the clamping housing and the outer wall of the handlebar and having an outer wall provided with at least one soft protruding portion extending through the hollow portion of the clamping housing and protruding outwardly from an outer wall of the clamping housing to form a soft holding surface.
