Abstract: An adjustable conveyor for conveying a printed circuit board includes a frame, a first track including a first conveyor belt, a second track including a second conveyor belt, wherein the first track and the second track are mounted on the frame so that the first track and the second track are parallel to each other. Each of the first track and the second track includes a first element and a second element that are slidably connected to each other so that a space between the first element and the second element is adjustable so as to change a length of the respective track. Each of the first elements includes a plurality of slide blocks. The slide blocks are slidably mounted on the first elements in an overlapping manner so that an amount of overlap between the slide blocks is adjustable as the space between the first element and the second element is adjusted. The conveyor also includes a device for simultaneously driving the first and second conveyor belts.
Abstract: Food cooking apparatus having a two conveyor belts, one of which is heated by a platen to provide a moving cooking surface. Since both belts are movable, they are operable to grip a bun heel or crown and convey it along a cooking path between the two belts without disfigurement of the bun. Also disclosed is a quick connect/disconnect feature that allows quick removal of one of the assemblies for cleaning, maintenance and/or belt replacement. This feature has a bracket member which when released allows the removable assembly to slidable disengage from the frame of the apparatus. The food cooking apparatus includes an electrical heating platen with a coil wound in a serpentine manner and spatially distributed to produce high temperature cooking in the early stage of cooking and lower temperature cooking in the later stages of cooking.
Abstract: The invention is a device, such as a chute or a conveyor belt, for receiving and transferring work pieces in a factory, mounted on a set of legs with lockable wheels at the bottom of each leg. Each leg is equipped with an hydraulic extension unit that is operated by air pressure. The air pressure is provided, for instance, from a machine, such as a press, that performs work on the work piece. Each leg is individually adjustable by the pneumatic extension unit, allowing the device atop the legs to be adjusted in height from the support surface, and maintained level or tilted from side to side or front to back. The wheels on the leg bottoms allow the device supported on the legs to easily move from one location to another on the factory floor. The legs may optionally be designed to fold up against the bottom of the supported device for ease of storage of the device.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a support device for applying a lateral guiding force in the case of side-arc link chains, comprising a side-arc link chain and a support element moving together with said side-arc link chain and supporting it laterally on the inner side of the chain arc. For providing a support device of the type cited at the start which requires much less constructional outlay and can be produced at a much more moderate price and which, in addition, requires little mounting space, the present invention is so conceived that the support element is defined by an endless traction means which is guided with the aid of deflection means and supported by guide means.
Abstract: A bacon slicing system (10) includes a conveying system (20). The conveying system (20) is mounted for sliding between a first and second lateral position. The conveyor belt (65) of the conveying system (20) is rotatable in a longitudinal direction which is generally perpendicular to the lateral movement of the conveying system (20).
Abstract: A support structure for a conveyor belt which includes two upwardly extending, pivotally mounted, support arms, a garland of conveyor idler rollers suspended between upper ends of the support arms and, for each support arm, respective biasing means which permits pivotal movement of the support arm, towards the other support arm, only when the support arm exerts a force on the respective biasing means in excess of a predetermined load.
Abstract: A combination adjustable height bearing stand and roller platform assembly is provided which can be fixed at a pre-adjusted height. The combination bearing stand and roller assembly includes two pairs of legs with each pair of legs being pivotally connected together at a joint connection so that the legs can be brought from a parallel position used for storage to an angled position. The corresponding legs of the two pairs of legs are connected by cross-connectors. The legs are tubular and one leg of each pair of legs receives a height-adjustable support which can be secured at a pre-selected height by a fixing element. The top ends of the height-adjustable support are connected to fastening elements which, in turn, are pivotally connected to two carriers which support a platform assembly. Both the platform and bearing stand legs are pivotable between a collapsed and parallel storage position to an angled and horizontal position respectively using a single motion.

Abstract: This transfer device is to be supported by the tines of a forklift and supports a load such as a lumber pack to be transferred to a rack cell which have an anchor bar at its opening. The device comprises an underframe having tine receivers, and a mainframe which is movable with respect to the underframe towards the cell opening and which has hooks to hook onto said anchor bar. Said mainframe has rollers on which the load is supported. The system is motorized; first, the load remains centered with respect to the underframe when the mainframe is first shifted laterally of the forklift to hook onto the anchor upper bar of a selected rack cell because the frame rollers rotate in a direction opposite to the shifting direction; then the mainframe rollers rotate in the opposite direction to transfer the load into the rack cell.
