Abstract: The present invention is generally directed toward receptacle systems and methods of using the same. In one embodiment, the receptacle system includes a cup and a lid assembly. The lid assembly is configured to allow for removal of consumable items such as, but not limited to, fruit, nuts and seafood, while further providing a holding chamber for disposable items such as, but not limited to pits, shells and seeds that are left over from the consumable items. The cup, the lid assembly, or both may be discarded and replaced or re-used. The lid assembly includes at least one barrier surface or wall that provides physical separation between the consumable items and the disposable items.

Abstract: A beverage bottle for a portable electronic device, includes a hand-held container comprising a surrounding wall and having a fluid compartment formed within the surrounding wall, and an accessible station integrated with the hand-held container, wherein the accessible station has a window cavity for accommodating the portable electronic device therein so as to allow the portable electronic device through the window cavity. Therefore, the portable electronic device is carried and protected by the container and is accessible through the accessible station.

Abstract: A cocktail shaker is configured to store ingredients for making a cocktail. Multiple ingredients may each be kept in their respective containers and the containers may be stored in the cocktail shaker. To make a cocktail, a person may open the shaker, access the containers of ingredients of the cocktail and use the shaker to mix the ingredients, thereby preparing the cocktail. The shaker may also be used as a glass to drink the cocktail.

Abstract: The present invention is a cooling device having a number of cooling sub-assemblies, each having a body having a top with an opening, and an interior chamber for holding a cooling fluid. An equal number of sub-assembly connectors connect each body to two adjacent bodies so that the cooling device forms a generally cylindrical inner surface that can be placed around the outside of a beverage container so cooling fluid can absorb heat from a beverage in the container. Each sub-assembly may also have an activator bin inside it for storing an endothermic reactant and having a release mechanism that a user can activate to cause the endothermic reactant to mix with the cooling fluid thereby cooling the cooling fluid which in turn cools the beverage.

Abstract: A portable pouch suitable for both transporting and serving water or beverages to animals is provided. The pouch is sealed to contain and protect the liquid during transport. Such sealed pouches will lay in a generally flat configuration for shipping and storage. Generally, a resealable zip closure is provided at the top of the pouch for later re-use. When the liquid-filled pouch is opened for use, a specially gusseted bottom panel also opens in a generally round and flat orientation to provide a bowl-like configuration and the opened upper edges of the pouch may be rolled downwardly for additional stability. In this open configuration, the pouch bowl will stand upright without assistance from the animal handler. An animal may then drink from the top of the open pouch and a zip closure may be used to save some liquid for later use.

An edible product occupies a volume that is less than the total interior volume such that an unoccupied portion remains for receiving a medication. An exterior seal engages the upper margin of the wall sealing the total interior volume. The seal is disengaged to permit medicine to be mixed with the edible product.

Abstract: An exemplary device for semi-solid foods includes a separator for insertion in a food container having an optional lid. The separator provides an upper compartment for solid foods and a lower compartment for liquids. The separator has a base, and a ramp extending upwards therefrom. The separator preferably provides a barrier such that liquid in the container does not traverse the intersection between the separator and the container sidewall inner surface. When the container is tilted to dispense the food therein, liquid in the lower compartment flows out through a ramp opening (such as an aperture in the ramp or a separation between the ramp and the container sidewall), without flowing through a base aperture. When the container is returned to a level position, any fluid in the upper compartment may return to the lower compartment via an optional fluid channel in the ramp and through the base aperture.

The item can be dispensed by pushing radially outward on the deflectable storage member and causing the item to break through a breakable member on the outside of the cup, such as aluminum foil. The vapor comprising the first hydrocarbon-containing product is separated from the mixture, and, apart from the mixture, the first hydrocarbon-containing product is contacted with hydrogen and a catalyst containing a Column 6 metal at a temperature of 260° C.-425° C. to produce a second hydrocarbon-containing product. The second hydrocarbon-containing product is separated into fractions, one of the fractions being a heavy hydrocarbon fraction comprised of hydrocarbons having a boiling point of at least 343° C. The heavy hydrocarbon fraction is then contacted with a fluidizable cracking catalyst at a temperature of at least 500° C.

While such elements may present a cohesive brand or image presence on each cup, the elements also represent a fragment of a larger design that may only be visible upon proper vertical sequencing and rotational orientation of the various individual units within the particular series or collection of containers. The exact geometry of the containers may be counter intuitively formulated to present a larger exposed surface for the presentation of such elements thereby sacrificing the volumetric savings normally associated with the nesting or stacking of equivalently-sized units in a storage or retail setting.

Retaining a cup or glass within or along a plate assembly allows for the user to hold both the plate and cup or glass with a single hand. Generally, a cup or glass retaining plate assembly may comprise a platform defining an opening which is sized to support a cup or glass extending at least partially through the platform. A retaining clip or arm may be pivotably attached to the platform and movable between a retaining position and a releasing position, wherein the opening opens along a portion of a periphery of the platform such that the cup or glass is secured within the opening when the retaining clip or arm is in the retaining position and wherein the cup or glass is removable when the retaining dip or arm is in the releasing position.

The sleeve comprises side walls and a bottom section. An outside portion of the sleeve is fixed to inside side walls by a notch or lip located at an inside portion of the neck. The first seal and the second seal are removed to allow the medication to be removed from the first container and allow access to the consumable fluid such that the medication and the consumable fluid may be ingested.

In accordance with an aspect of the invention, a pair of spaced slits extends from each elongated slit, thereby creating a tab or flap in each end portion. The lower bucket is preferably made of a clear transparent plastic to allow viewing of the bottle.

Abstract: A dinner plate of conventional size and shape includes coupling means on its planar bottom that grasps and retains flexible plastic drink cups, enabling a user to stabilize the plate atop the cup and to hold both securely with one hand. The user squeezes the cup rim and inserts it between diametrically opposing, chordal grooves of the coupling means, the cup's resiliency expanding the rim into the grooves when released. In a preferred embodiment, the coupling means is a coaxial, raised island in the plate bottom that forms a recess into which the cup rim fits, radially inward-extending lugs in the recess walls fitting under the cup rim to secure it against the plate bottom. This leaves the plate bottom flat for use on horizontal surfaces and optimizes nesting of plates for storage and stacking, as well as creating a closure for the cup.

Abstract: A container assembly stores a potable liquid and is adapted for storing a second consumable. The container assembly includes a primary container adapted for storing the potable liquid therein. The primary container includes a container top, a container bottom, and a container side. The container assembly also includes a cup defining a cup bottom, a cup side extending up from the cup bottom, and a cup lip removably engagable with the container side to seal the cup prior to use. The cup stores the second consumable between the cup side and the container side. The cup side defines a radius of curvature longitudinally from the cup bottom up toward the cup lip such that the cup side magnifies the second consumable stored therewithin as viewed from outside the cup.
