Abstract: A utility device includes a base tapered at an edge and a clip. The clip includes a hook, and when in a closed position, the hook fits into a recess of the clip and is unable to receive an object. However, in an opened position, the hook is pivoted away from the clip and is able to receive an object. An abutment prevents the hook from opening further than the opened position. The clip further includes a channel with overhangs and retainers that prevent an attached corresponding rotatable attachment piece from detaching from the channel. The corresponding rotatable attachment piece may attach to the channel and rotate within the channel. However, a first and second set of stoppers limit the rotation of the corresponding rotatable attachment piece within the channel. Further, the utility device may include a slot offset from the base to receive a corresponding fixed attachment piece.

Abstract: A case for carrying accessories for law enforcement officers is presented, including a front panel and a back panel. The front panel and/or the back panel are constructed from a relatively flexible, stretchable, resilient material. One or more compartments are formed between the front panel and the back panel. For example, a first compartment is adapted and constructed to contain an ammunition magazine; a second compartment is adapted and constructed to contain a handcuffs key, a pen or another similarly elongated object; a third compartment is adapted and constructed to contain handcuffs. At least one selectively securable strap assembly is secured to the back panel, for securing the case to a belt of a wearer.

Abstract: A tool suspension device includes a suspension member, a first and a second receiving members. The suspension member is protrudedly formed with a first and a second pivot structures at two ends. The suspension member has a suspension portion for suspension. The first and the second receiving members are pivotably connected with the first and the second pivot structures respectively. Thus, the first receiving member and the second receiving member are able to be piled together for storing. Also, the first and the second receiving members are able to pivot to be unfolded for available of tools for a user.

Abstract: Protective cases and related components for cellular phones or other such portable electronic devices are disclosed. The cases may be used to encompass and protect the portable electronic device, while at the same time allowing a user to store, carry, and more effectively utilize discrete tools or sets of tools and accessories. In particular, protective cases for portable electronic devices are provided that include a shell, storage compartments, tools, and an integrated bracing member. Other protective cases for portable electronic devices are provided that include a shell and a swappable tool package. Various swappable tool packages are also provided that are designed to be housed in and fully removable from a protective case for portable electronic devices.

A hanging ring is disposed on an end of the box bottom in order that consumers can hang the tool box at different place they want. The box bottom interconnects the box cover with a pivoting axle; the box cover can rotate in a range of 360° about the pivoting axle; a first fastener is disposed on a first end of the box bottom; a second fastener is disposed on a first end of the box cover. The box cover is made of transparent material with a megaloscope disposed in the middle thereof. A lamp and a battery are also disposed on a second end of the box bottom.

Abstract: A tote having both a caddy and a removable mini caddy is disclosed. The removable mini caddy attaches to the caddy with a series of guide walls and guide rails that allow the removable mini caddy to be cooperatively received by the caddy. The handle of the removable mini caddy nests with the handle of the caddy while they are attached, providing the user with a single handled tote that is easy to transport and use while still having the convenience of an extra tote where objects can be temporarily removed and then replaced without the need for transferring the objects from one tote to another. The removable mini caddy may be easily removed and then replaced within the caddy while remaining securely in place during use and transport.

Abstract: The present invention features a ladder tool tray with separable paint bucket. The tool tray comprises a first section as a tool organizer and a second section for paint bucket. The second section is removably attached to the first section via securing clasps and a top bracket. The first section comprises a plurality of storage compartments, screw driver holders, drill holders and cleaning tower/clothes hangers. The second section is a paint bucket with integrated hook to hold paint roller above the paint within the paint bucket. Each section has a handle for individual lifting and the handles can be held jointly to carry both sections together.

The packaging arrangement has an insert with a plurality of receptacles at spaced apart intervals between the outer ends for individual reception of the interchangeable work pieces. A locking member is provided with the insert and is moveable between an engaged position and a disengaged position to selectively secure the interchangeable work pieces in the receptacles of the insert.
