Abstract: A cosmetic mask package has an outer pouch, a liquid storing device and a carrier. The outer pouch has an interior surface defining an inner space. The liquid storing device is mounted in the inner space inside the outer pouch and has an inner pouch filled with liquid and a pointed instrument selectively piercing the inner pouch to release the liquid. The carrier is dry to prevent microorganism growth and is mounted in the inner space inside the outer pouch and outside the inner pouch. When the inner pouch is pierced, the carrier is moistened for use. Additional preservatives are not required so the masks are hypoallergenic and hygienic.

Abstract: A packaging arrangement for preformed artificial nails and/or nail tips that includes a display that presents the profile contour of at least one nail, wherein the display includes a card having a front wall and at least one side wall, the front wall including at least one opening therethrough that supports said nail in profile contour. The kit includes disposable gloves, a safety cutter for removing a soiled undergarment, a plastic bag for disposal of soiled and used items, a wet cleansing wiper, a dry wiper, a hand sanitizer liquid, and a temporary, size-adjustable clean undergarment. The size-adjustable undergarment is at the large end of a size range and includes clips to secure the waistband in a comfortable size arrangement.

Provided by the present invention is a personal care product having a container component and an absorbent personal care product component. The container component has a top panel, a bottom panel, at least one side. Generally there are four side walls, a front side wall, a back side wall, a first side wall and a second side wall. These walls are connected in a manner such that the top panel is connected to the bottom panel by the front side wall, the back side wall, the first side wall and the second side wall; and the front side wall is connected to the back side wall by the first side wall and the second side wall. Each wall of the container has an inside surface and an exterior surface. The apparatus includes a sterilized cosmetic brush in a re-useable enclosure, wherein the re-useable enclosure is designed to be used during the entire life span of the cosmetic brush. The re-useable enclosure shields the sterilized brush from bacteria during shipping and sale display. Once the apparatus and brush are purchased, the re-useable enclosure and the bacteria resistant brush handle prevent the growth and spread of bacteria to other brushes. Finally, the apparatus prevents bacteria spread and growth within the re-useable enclosure by not allowing the brush and handle to touch the inner surface of the re-useable enclosure.

The refill container that holds the internal tray filled with the cosmetic material is made up of a mounting portion and an engaging portion. The mounting portion has a structure to be mounted over the internal tray in such a manner as to cover an exposed surface of the cosmetic material. The mounting portion has a lid portion that faces the exposed surface and protects the exposed surface in a mounted state and a holding portion that holds the internal tray in such a manner that the internal-tray bottom surface of the internal tray is exposed in the mounted state.
