When the at least one row of rods is pivoted upright, the base wire is arranged at a distance from the bottom.

With this arrangement, the retaining frame can be extended from the support frame to support objects during a washing operation.

A handle may be provided on the outside surface of the supporter to swing in up/down directions to a force to the locker and adjust the rack downward, thereby permitting easy adjustment of rack height.
