The stand includes a length adjustable rod having first and second rod members for selectively adjusting the height thereof. The end cap is slidably coupled to a lower end of the first rod member. A drink holder assembly is mounted atop the second rod member. An auxiliary rod member and umbrella holder may be coupled to the second rod member.

Abstract: A device is provided for retaining an elongated article including two oppositely oriented arcuate members. The device also includes a member extending between and connecting the arcuate members, and an arrangement mounted on each of the arcuate members for releasably engaging the article. The device further includes an arrangement associated with each of the arcuate members for mounting the arcuate members on a surface. The elongated article may include a piece of sporting equipment. A retaining device is provided that includes a frame including two arcuate members connected by a cross member. Each arcuate member is oriented opposite to the other arcuate member. The retaining device also includes at least one clip mounted on the frame and adapted to releasably engage an elongated article. The retaining device further includes a mounting arrangement connected to the frame and adapted to attach the frame to a surface.

The plurality of outer uprights may be substantially parallel with each other and may be substantially perpendicular to the circular base. The stem may be configured to allow an additional stem to mateable stack inside the stem. Abstract: A tool rack includes a frame having two sidewalls and two slots are defined through the two sidewalls. A plurality of recesses are defined in the frame and a rod having second recesses is connected between the two sidewalls. A restriction member is connected to the frame and two distal ends of the restriction member are movably engaged with the slots of the frame. The restriction member includes third recesses which are located in alignment with the recesses so that the tools are engaged with the first, second and third recesses. A stop plate extends from a distal end of an inside of each third recess so as to prevent the tools from disengaging from these recesses. When shifting the restriction member, the stop plates are moved away from the recesses so that the tools can be picked out from the tool rack.

A support member for supporting one or more elongated members can include a body; at least four support arms extending from the body, and at least one curved surface disposed between the support arms. Each curved surface can be concave relative to a centerline of the body. At least one curved surface can have a length that is at least twice as long as at least one other curved surface.

Abstract: A jump rope cart assembly includes a frame having a base portion, a hanger portion and a plurality of indicium. The hanger portion, which includes a plurality of holders, is supported by the base portion. The plurality of indicium is disposed on the frame. Each of the plurality of is adapted to correspond to a length of jump rope. The jump rope cart assembly further includes a plurality of jump rope of different lengths disposed on the holders. A method for using a cart assembly includes providing a cart assembly having a plurality of jump rope. The cart assembly includes a plurality of indicium corresponding to lengths of jump rope. A height of a reference location on a user is compared to the indicium disposed on the cart assembly. A jump rope is selected which corresponds to the indicium that is closest to the height of the reference location.

Abstract: A sliding support assembly includes a sliding rail assembly and an attachment. The sliding rail assembly includes a fixed member, a sliding arm, and a hinge. The hinge has a positioning extension and a second portion, wherein the second portion is pivotally engaged to the positioning extension. The positioning extension is slidably engaged to the fixed member. The sliding rail assembly has a non-pivoted state and a pivoted state, wherein in the non-pivoted state the second portion is positioned substantially parallel to the fixed member, and in the pivoted state the second portion defines an angle with the fixed member. The attachment is engaged to at least a portion of the second portion and in the pivoted state is positioned a desired distance beyond the exterior edge of the partition.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a storage rack suitable for holding exercise springs and related equipment, having a support element with at least one bracket disposed on the support, the bracket being suitable for horizontally affixing the support to a wall or ceiling. The support having a plurality of eye hooks disposed thereon. The eye hooks keep the exercise rings at a sufficient distance from each other to prevent entanglement with other springs. The distance between the support and the point of affixation can be used as a separate rack to store other exercise components.

Abstract: This invention discloses a set of tool rack which can particularly place multiple wrenches. It is mainly comprised of a main frame, a front cover panel and two locking members. The main frame includes an axial rod, a connecting plate and two side plates. The axial rod provides the openings of the wrenches to hold on. Each side plate includes a guiding slot and a locking hole. The guiding slot starts from the rear end of the side plate, extended around the axis of the axial rod, and then ends to the front end of the side plate. Between the two side plates are multiple receiving recesses for the shanks of the wrenches to be engaged. The front cover panel includes a cover plate and two curved side plates having protruding columns inserted over the guiding slot so that the cover plate is moveable along the guiding slots.

Abstract: A pipeline pig support rack apparatus includes a frame having a plurality of supports mounted thereon, each extending upwardly from the frame. Each pipeline pig support includes clamps that are comprised of first and second u-shaped members that are attached with a hinge. A bolted connection opposite the hinge is provided for holding the u-shaped members together in a closed position when securing a pipeline pig. Lifting eyes on the frame are provided for enabling the frame, its pig supports and any contained pipeline pigs to be lifted as a unit. A basket receptacle optionally is provided that receives the frame. The frame and basket receptacle are each independently liftable. The basket receptacle prevents spillage of hazardous materials that might be residing upon the pigs after they have been used to clean a particular pipeline.

Other apparatus include an organ transporter, an organ cassette and an organ diagnostic device. The apparatus and methods further include a tube frame removably connected to the cassette and configured to hold a plurality of tubes in a position to be connected to tubes in the portable housing.

Abstract: An apparatus to store tubular storage containers is herein disclosed. Each tube has a closed end and an open end provided with a threaded cap that can be easily removed by hand. The tubes are ideal for storing long, thin objects, but can also be used to store small objects such as nails, screws, fasteners and the like. To aid in the storage of the tubes themselves, a wall-mounted enclosure is provided preferably providing twelve (12) tubes; however, the size of the enclosure and number of tubes may vary depending on the application. The apparatus is provided with a wall mounting plate allowing easy hanging and removal and may also be set upon a workbench or carried using an integral handle as well. The tubes are simply slid in and out of the enclosure for easy access.

Abstract: A cooking utensil support apparatus for catching and containing runoff from supported cooking utensils has a support body with an integral depressed catch well or basin. The support body further has a pair of spaced-apart and mutually parallel walls, each terminating upwardly in a top edge. The top edge of each wall has a plurality of slots for resting cooking utensils therein. The slots extend downwardly from the top edges in mutually aligned pairs between the walls. A tray is positioned below where the working ends of utensils are positioned when resting in the slots so that runoff drips into the tray for easy disposal.

The support member is adapted to receive one or more elongate rolls of the screen material. The support member is a visually impenetrable beam whose sectional configuration defines an open W-shaped or M-shaped profile.

Abstract: A cable tray is provided comprising a housing defining an interior portion, the housing having at least one positioned opening formed therein and also having plural, open ends in communication with the interior portion and the at least one positioned opening for passage of at least one cable therethrough. The housing is adapted to be coupled to at least one external surface, such that at least one of the plural, open ends substantially aligns with at least one open end of a housing of at least one further cable tray.

Abstract: A dugout organizer includes a plurality of compartments formed from a flexible material, wherein each of the compartments are sized to hold a player's glove, helmet and hat, a shelf for holding larger equipment coupled to the compartments, and a plurality of bat holders for holding bats. The compartments, shelf and bat holders can be folded into a relatively flat unit for transport.

Abstract: A collapsible bow holder that fits over the back of a car or truck seat to facilitate the ready access to a bow in the event that a sportsman wants to deploy it in a nearly immediate manner. The bow holder allows for one or more bows to be securely stored within a vehicle along with arrows, maps, and other accessories. When not in use, the bow holder can be collapsed to a flat shape that is easily stored within a vehicle.

Abstract: A muffler pipe storage rack may include an elongated support member having two ends and a longitudinal slot between the two ends. The longitudinal slot may have a width that is wider than the outer diameter of the widest of the tubular portions, but narrower than the width of the narrowest of the flanges. The longitudinal slot may have a length that is longer than the sum of the widths of all of the flanges. A first mounting bracket may be affixed to one end of the elongated support member and configured to clamp to a first substantially horizontal support and to suspend the one end of the elongated support member from the first substantially horizontal support. A second mounting bracket may be affixed to the other end of the elongated support member and configured to clamp to a second substantially horizontal support substantially parallel to the first substantially horizontal support and to suspend the other end of the elongated support member from the second substantially horizontal support.

Abstract: A modular pipe basket for transporting pipe is disclosed. The modular pipe basket will comprise a rectangular base, two or more stanchions and one or more end caps. In another embodiment, the modular pipe basket will incorporate a storage compartment or bin for storing miscellaneous piping accessories. In addition, the modular pipe basket may be equipped with a four point sling pickup system for lifting the basket with a crane along with the means for lifting the basket with a forklift.

Abstract: A cable rack arm and support system suitable for underground power and communication service is made from a non-metallic polymer that will not rust or corrode. The cable rack arm is adapted for mounting to existing underground stanchions or for stanchions of a more modern design. Each cable rack arm is securely mounted to the stanchion. Each cable rack arm then supports one or more cables in cable rests or saddles molded atop the arm, thus keeping the cables accessibly organized in a manhole, tunnel or vault. Plastic cable ties may be used to secure the cables to the cable rack arms. Nonmetallic pins may also be used to secure the cable rack arms to the stanchions. The stanchions may be made of nonmetallic composite material that includes a fiberglass cross-layered knitted apertured mat for increased strength.

Abstract: A fingernail color display system. Holding rods having a fingernail color display element are inserted into a display device. The display device has a side section and a top section. The side section provides support for the top section. The top section has holes arranged in rows. Rod support sections are attached to the underside of the top section so that there are rows of the rod support sections. The holding rods are inserted through the holes and are supported by the rod support sections to display the holding rods so that a rearmost row is higher than a frontmost row. In a preferred embodiment the display device is injection molded. Also preferably the top section is tilted with respect to horizontal and the rod support sections are of equal length. Also preferably the rod support sections include an alignment feature for aligning the holding rods so that the color display element is flush with the front edge of the display device.

Abstract: A pipeline pig support rack apparatus includes a frame having a plurality of supports mounted thereon, each extending upwardly from the frame. Each pipeline pig support includes clamps that are comprised of first and second u-shaped members that are attached with a hinge. A bolted connection opposite the hinge is provided for holding the u-shaped members together in a closed position when securing a pipeline pig. Lifting eyes on the frame are provided for enabling the frame, its pig supports and any contained pipeline pigs to be lifted as a unit. A basket receptacle optionally is provided that receives the frame. The frame and basket receptacle are each independently liftable. The basket receptacle prevents spillage of hazardous materials that might be residing upon the pigs after they have been used to clean a particular pipeline.

The container clamp has a container panel and a container casing.

Top cabinet 108 has a top panel 114, a bottom panel 116, side panels 118, and doors 120 secured by hinges 122. Doors 120 may incorporate inserts 124 having images thereon. Bottom panel 116 connects to main post 102 through a flange 126.

The holder comprises a base having at least one slot extending from an upper portion of the base to a lower portion of the base. Abstract: A door-supported storage device provides stable and readily reconfigurable storage units along a door or other substantially vertical surface to which rails may be mounted. The rails may be of an aesthetically pleasing design, in which coupling or mounting features are substantially hidden from view. Optionally, the rails are multi-piece rails. By positioning brackets at both upper and lower end portions of the rails, the rails are stably supported at the door, even during opening and closing of the door. Storage units adapted for mounting to the rails may include, for example, a paper-storage shelf, a hanger support, a basket shelf, a storage shelf for loose articles, a rolled paper retainer, a slanted storage shelf, a closable storage bin, a shoe rack, and a storage bin having at least one wall made up of a plurality of elastic cords.

Abstract: A tool rack includes a frame having two sidewalls and two slots are defined through the two sidewalls. A plurality of first recesses are defined in the frame and a rod having second recesses is connected between the two sidewalls. A restriction member is connected to the frame and two distal ends of the restriction member are movably engaged with the slots of the frame. The restriction member includes third recesses which are located in alignment with the first recesses so that the tools are engaged with the first, second and third recesses. A stop plate extends from a distal end of an inside of each third recess so as to prevent the tools from disengaging from these recesses. When shifting the restriction member, the stop plates are moved away from the first recesses so that the tools can be picked out from the tool rack.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for mounting conduits within spacers for underground installation. Spacers for side loading of conduit, as opposed to older methods of end loading, allow construction workers to easily assemble conduits to a plurality of spacers above-ground. The side loading technique uses spacers having bores that communicate with each other, preferably in a radial manner. Thus, a first plurality of conduits may be assembled or mounted to an inner portion of the spacers and then at least a second plurality of conduits may be assembled and mounted to an outer portion of the spacers. Cables later pulled through the conduits are typically those used for the transmission of electricity or communication signals. Other embodiments use bores that do not communicate with each other but are secured to the spacers with an outer banding saddle.

The dishwasher basket is able to be opened using only one hand.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for releasibly securing a plurality of elongate members is disclosed herein. The apparatus includes a sheet portion having a length and a width. The sheet portion is flexible at several positions along the width to be rolled about itself and encircle a plurality of elongate members while in a rolled configuration. The apparatus also includes a locking portion operable to releasibly lock the sheet portion in the rolled configuration. The apparatus also includes a cylindrical portion being substantially rigid and positioned within the sheet portion when the sheet portion is in the rolled configuration. The apparatus also includes a plurality of stanchions extending between the sheet portion and the cylindrical portion when the sheet portion is the rolled configuration. The stanchions separate at least some of the plurality of elongate members from one another.

Abstract: A method for management of conventional decking beams incorporates unique racks with special features facilitating the organization, storage, protection, and shipping of decking beams when the decking beams are not in use supporting shipments of cargo. Additional features facilitate stacking of racks when loaded with beams; and for stacking of empty racks themselves in minimal space for their storage or transportation when not in use. Identification of beams and of racks for wireless location-tracking is included.

A method for using a cart assembly includes providing a cart assembly having a plurality of jump rope. The cart assembly includes a plurality of indicium corresponding to lengths of jump rope. A height of a reference location on a user is compared to the indicium disposed on the cart assembly. A jump rope is selected which corresponds to the indicium that is closest to the height of the reference location.

Abstract: An archer's caddie includes a portable, freestanding quiver and bow support. The caddie is fabricated from solid plastic parts, which parts are attached with metal fasteners. The upper end of the caddie terminates in a padded bow support. A removable beverage holder can be disposed at two positions on the caddie. An array of receptacles is provided for containing accessories such as conventional arrows, crossbow bolts, shooting gloves, quick release, pencils, markers, etc. A base member defines the lower end of the caddie. The base member is weighted and designed with bent feet to enhance stability when the caddie is positioned on uneven surfaces.

Abstract: A weightlifting barbell holder assembly is especially useful for mounting a weightlifting barbell in a generally horizontal position on a horizontal metal beam, typically an I-beam or U-beam. Preferably, the barbell is at least partially within a horizontal channel defined by the beam when mounted thereon.

The rail bracket is attached securely to the front surface of the base bracket has a mounting panel, two opposite rails and two opposite channels. The clamps are mounted slidably in pairs on the rails and in the channels and each clamp comprises a fastener to hold the clamps securely in position, the pairs of clamps clamp a tool securely.

Abstract: Pipette tip grids with holes for holding pipette tips and packages for the grids are provided. A pipette tip grid package comprises a grid, a base for supporting the grid, and a lock mechanism coupled to the grid and configured to externally engage with a sidewall of the base. The sidewall of the base also supports the grid. The package also can have a detachable cover for the grid, and, the lock mechanism can be external to the cover as well as the base. In some embodiments, the grids are stackable and the cover engages the topmost grid of the stack. Together, the cover, the base, and the sidewalls of the one or more stacked pipette tip grids form a protective case around pipette tips in the one or more grids.

Abstract: Apparatus for restricting movement of a lawn implement shaft, for use in a lawn implement support system in cooperation with a vertically upstanding support member for horizontal support of shafted lawn implements during storage or transportation thereof including a support post for supporting a first end of a shafted lawn implement in conjunction with the vertically upstanding support member for supporting a second end of the shafted lawn implement. Abstract: An organizing device for supporting a coilable item which includes an elongated rack with a row of notches along the rack for receiving a segment of a loop of a coilable item. An arm may extend transversely from the rack to be engaged by a segment of the lower portion of the loop of the coilable item so that the item is looped between the arm and a notch. A locking arm has one end pivotally attached to the rack and its other end provided with a latching mechanism to secure it to the rack, the arm extending over said notches when secured to the rack. A second embodiment includes two rows of notches meeting each other at their top with the bottom ends spread to form an inverted V or U. A third embodiment includes a plurality of moveable blocks adjustably mounted on an elongated rack, with adjacent blocks defining a notch between them for reception of a segment of a loop of a coilable item.

The base extends in the first direction from the plate to a distal end surface. The skirt extends in the first direction from the base, and is outwardly offset therefrom to expose the distal end surface of the base so that the distal end surface contacts the plate of a similar pipette rack when the pipette racks are stacked.
