The dispensing closure includes a closure body with an upper and lower deck, inner and outer skirt, and a flow conduit extending through the upper deck. The outer skirt is configured to mount to a product container. The flow conduit includes including two or more vertically oriented walls and a bottom wall. The bottom wall configured and arranged to be positioned along a horizontal axis. The flow conduit includes one or more entrance orifices having one or more entrance axes and an exit orifice having an exit axis. The entrance axis is stepped or offset from the exit axis whereby the flow conduit provides a non-linear flow path of product from an interior of the closure to an exterior of the closure.

A sliding action by pulling or retaining the tab actuates movement of the base plate for opening and reclosing of the closure panel.

Abstract: Container assembly includes a container part and a lid part. The lid part has a connection portion to be connected to the container part. For automatic assembly of the container assembly from the container part and the lid part it is advantageous that separate lid parts can be manipulated easily. To that end it is proposed to embody the lid parts such a way that they are stackable in a stable way. More particular it is proposed to provide the top side of the lid with a circumferential cam which can engage inside a circumferential rim of the connection portion. To be able to remove dust and debris from the top side of the lid it is proposed to provide a circumferential cam with interruptions. When part of the lid is shaped to correspond with part of the spoon, the interruption should preferably located at such shape such as a spoon.

The sealing cap (4) has a closing region (7) which is surrounded by a seal (13) and covers the opening (5) in the cover when the package is to be resealed.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an improved multifunctional drinking cup structure, comprising a cup body, an inner cup lid, and an outer cup lid, wherein the inner cup lid is used to cover the opening of the cup body directly, the inner cup lid has an outlet hole, a convection hole, a primary insert hole, and a secondary insert hole (as needed), and the outer cup lid has a corresponding outlet hole, a convection hole, a main insert hole, and a secondary insert hole; the outer cup lid is covered inside the cup body, such that when the outer cup lid is rotated to align the corresponding holes, beverage can be drunk from the outlet hole by the mouth, or by sucking a straw that is inserted into the primary insert hole or the secondary insert hole. Both of the primary insert hole and the secondary insert hole have a guiding structure that prevents the straw from being askew. The outer cup lid may have no holes at all, but is simply used to cover the inner cup lid.

The fixing device is used for fixing the inner plug onto the outer plug.

Abstract: A form, fill and seal packaging machine for forming, filling and sealing a carton, molds a closure directly onto the carton. The machine includes a carton erection station adapted to receive a carton in a generally flat form and to erect the flat form carton into a tubular form defining an internal carton region. A direct injection molding station has an internal mold tool and an external mold tool. The internal mold tool is configured for receipt within the internal carton region and the internal mold tool and the external mold tool are configured to receive and clamp the carton therebetween. The direct injection molding station further includes a polymer injection system for injecting polymer from a location external of the carton to the internal mold tool. The closure is directly molded in place on the carton. A mold tool set, a method for carrying out the molding and a closure molded thereby are also disclosed.
