Abstract: Provided is a press forming method for a composite material, which prevents a longitudinal section of the composite material from being exposed to outside. To this end, the method includes: cutting edges of the upper metal layer and the resin layer using a cutter such that the resin layer is cut relatively more than the upper metal layer; bending the upper metal layer toward the lower metal layer; and folding the lower metal layer by an angle of 180 degrees using a hemming die such that side surfaces of the upper metal layer and the resin layer are prevented from being exposed to outside.
Abstract: Disclosed is a storage bin apparatus including a bin support, the bin support including a bottom panel and a front stop; and a mounting adapter, the mounting adapter attached to the bin support at a connection point and extending from the connection point away from the front stop, the mounting adapter mountable to a mounting member. Also disclosed is a storage bin system including a bin support, the bin support including a bottom panel and a front stop; and a bin.
Abstract: Baby bottles can have a single container, or two containers to create a space for thermal isolation, as selected by the user. The baby bottle can be vented to allow air to enter the bottle through a passageway as liquid is removed. A filter and one-way valve can be provided in the passageway. The passageway can be formed by radially aligning a vent opening in a top cap with a vent opening in a nipple flange, or by providing a channel in the top cap which is always in radial alignment with both the top cap vent opening and the flange vent opening.
Abstract: A storage container is described for storing a liquid food, for example milk, for supplying the same to a drink preparation machine, such as a coffee machine. The container has a closed top with a top serving opening for removing liquid needed for preparation from the container. The container has a pivotable handle connected to it for carrying container. The handle has a closure body for closing the serving opening 11 mounted on it. The handle, due to its pivotability on the container 7 and the closure body location on the handle are disposed such that in the folded-down position of the handle 8 when it is not in use, the serving opening is closed by the closure body.
Abstract: A portable temperature controlled container having a body including an internal chamber with an opening into the internal chamber; and a temperature control unit coupled to the body and displaced to be thermally coupled with a first portion of the internal chamber, the temperature control unit configured to selectively alter the temperature in the internal chamber by releasing a thermally controlled material into the internal chamber.
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for maintaining container contents in a desired ambient temperature and a container assembly for achieving the same. The method incorporates use of a container assembly comprising an outer bowl member, an inner vessel member and a lid member, all of which are constructed with porous materials. Critically-select portions of the outer bowl member, the inner vessel member and the lid member are glazed with a vapor-impervious coating while the remaining portions of the container assembly are left unglazed. The glazed portions thus provide an avenue for vapor or liquid media, emanating from temperature-maintaining matter, to permeate through the interstitial pores of the material by entering and exiting through the unglazed portions of the container assemblage. Container contents, housed in the lidded inner vessel member, are thus more efficiently maintained in a desired ambient temperature.
Abstract: A container has an inner vessel for containing liquid such as milk, water, juice or the like. An outer vessel creates a larger volume than the volume of the inner vessel, so that the inner vessel can fit inside the outer vessel. A top cap secures the inner and outer vessels in spaced relation to each other. The top cap can have an integral nipple in fluid communication with the inside of the inner vessel. In another embodiment, a vent in a top cap permits air to enter a liquid holding vessel as the liquid is removed. A filter in the vent allows the air to pass, but not the liquid, so the liquid does not spill when the container is tipped.
Abstract: A portable beverage container that has a body defining a receptacle therein for containing a generally cylindrical cup liner and liquid that can be set inside of the body of the container to hold liquids and the like. The body has a handle for easy grasping and also has a plurality of holes on the bottom perimeter that correspond to raised air passage channels formed between the outside of the generally cylindrical cup liner and the inner wall of the body for increased air flow around the generally cylindrical cup liner. The generally cylindrical cup liner has threads protruding from the top of the cylindrical cup liner to accommodate the inner threading of a top cover that can be twisted onto and off of the top of the cylindrical cup liner. There is a fitted snap-on bottom cap for the bottom of the body as well as a twist-on cap that can form a vacuum seal on the bottom of the body.
Abstract: A portable soft sided insulated container has an impermeable liner that provides a liquid holding barrier. The liner is folded from a single monolithic plastic sheet to reduce or eliminate the need for heat welded seams. The liner seats within the container and has a releasable attachment around its lip for mating with the rim of the container. The container has an insulated lid so that the entire assembly may be closed. The liner can be removed for cleaning, or replacement if punctured. When not in use the entire assembly can be folded into a collapsed position for storage.
Abstract: A floating cooler configured in accordance with a predetermined creature configuration is provided which includes a buoyant thermally insulated housing, the housing including a bottom portion, a side portion connected to the bottom portion and extending upward therefrom and forming an open enclosure therebetween, wherein the open enclosure defines a cavity and the housing includes an exterior configuration which is generally shaped as a portion of a torso characteristic of the predetermined creature.

Abstract: An improved truck bed toolbox lid and a method of producing the same. The truck bed toolbox lid includes an outer metallic sheet layer comprising a generally rectangular top sheet member, a longitudinal front edge member, two lateral edge members and a longitudinal rear edge member. A metallic liner sheet member is disposed inside the top sheet member in edge contact abutment with beveled inside edges of the front and rear longitudinal edge members and the lateral edge members to create an internal cavity in which the liner is by stitch welding. One or more injection ports are provided through the liner sheet member through which a self-expanding and self-curing, relatively high-density, foam is injected. The stitch welded edge contacts leave non-welded, gas permeable junctions along the wedged cavity periphery at a funneled apex of the edge contacted boundary which facilitate expansion of the foam toward the outermost edges of the cavity.
