Abstract: A vessel includes a containing body, an upper cover, a thing holding member, and a bottom cover; the containing body has an upper opening; the upper cover is threadedly joined on the containing body to cover the opening; the upper cover has a drink outlet, and a moving cap is pivoted on the upper cover to seal the drink outlet; the upper cover further has several bores so that drinks can flow out of the containing body through the drink outlet easily; the thing holding member is securely joined on the containing body, and has several hollow holding portions on an inner circumferential side to contain drink materials such as tea bags and sugar bags; the bottom cover is joined on a lower end of the thing holding member to close the hollow holding portions.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a drinking vessel (1), comprising a base (2) and at least one wall (3), wherein the base and the wall together define a chamber (4) for receiving a beverage. The drinking vessel further comprises a sealable aperture (5) provided adjacent the base for filling the chamber with a beverage. In a preferred embodiment, the aperture is provided in the base of the vessel. In one embodiment, a non-return valve is disposed in said aperture. The valve allows a beverage to be dispensed into the vessel through the aperture but prevents the beverage from escaping from the vessel through the aperture. The invention also relates to a method and apparatus for dispensing a beverage.
Abstract: A spill-resistant beverage container having an inwardly projecting, annular contoured lip forming an aperture at the top of a beverage reservoir. The aperture is smaller than the diameter of the top rim of the reservoir. The contoured lip reduces spillage, especially when used with shallow containers such as a martini glass. A smaller aperture in the surface of the contoured lip enables beverage consumption, either directly by mouth or through a straw.
Abstract: The present invention provides a cup shaped container that can be squashed to be compact by hand when disposing after use. The cup shaped container includes a skeletal member made from synthetic resin material and having a ring-like part at the upper end, a shallow saucer-like bottom part at the lower end and columnar parts for connecting the ring-like part and the bottom part, and a blank sheet attached to the skeletal member to wrap the periphery between the ring-like part at the upper end and the bottom part at the lower end of the skeletal member. Abstract: A double-layered rotary cup includes an outer receptacle in which an inner container is received. The container has an open top along which a circumferential lip carrying a seal ring in an underside thereof is formed to be slidably positioned on a top rim of the receptacle. The bottom of the receptacle forms a hole through which a bolt extends to engage an internally-threaded projection formed on the bottom of the container thereby forming a relatively rotatable configuration between the receptacle and the container. A spring biased positioner is arranged between the bottoms of the container and the receptacle for setting the relative angular position therebetween. Films on which patterns are printed are attached to an outside surface of the container and an inside surface of the receptacle and the film of the receptacle forms windows for exposing the patterns of the film of the container.
Abstract: A mouthpiece of a water bag includes a flexible body with a tunnel therein, a closed end at an end of the flexible body, and an elongated crack on the closed end adapted to communicate the tunnel, whereby the crack is closed at a normal condition and is opened when the flexible body is compressed along an elongated direction of the crack, a cap detachably covering the closed end of the flexible body, which has a strip and a ring fitted to a slot on the flexible body. The cap may isolate dust from the close end of the flexible body that keeps the crack clean. Alternatively, the barrier may be separately formed and installed on an existing straw. Further, the barrier may comprise a circular disk with a hole in the center thereof. Abstract: A reinforced plastic foam cup including a body which defines an open top end and a closed bottom end, wherein the top end has a greater diameter than the bottom end. The body includes a reinforced tapered side wall that extends from the bottom end to the top end. A substantial portion of the reinforced tapered side wall includes a plastic foam layer, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a rigid material layer. Abstract: The invention comprises a drinking vessel for a liquids packaging product, the drinking vessel being adapted to engage with and seal the opening of a bottle. The vessel is preferably a glass having an integrally attached T cross section ring over which is moved a rider carrying a marker that points to an indicia on the glass outer surface The rider has a V shaped projection that engages with one of a plurality of notches present on the upper surface of the T cross section ring. Engagement between the rider and the V shaped projection is secured by a spring within the rider, preventing accidental displacement thereof. The user drinks water, pushes the rider upwards to clear the projection of the rider from the notch of the ring, and advances the rider according to volume of water consumed. Abstract: The present invention provides infant and toddler feeding and liquid food storing systems. Disposable containers and infant feeding assemblies are provided for preparing, storing, and serving a liquid food or other beverage to children or other subjects having special needs. The assembly can comprise a holder, a disposable container that fits into the holder, and a means for delivering the food to the subject, e.g., using a nipple or drinking spout.

Abstract: A dual beverage container comprising a first opening opposing a second opening; an outer sidewall connecting a first opening to a second opening to form a first chamber; and an inner sidewall connecting the second opening inwardly and extending the inner sidewall to a recess bottom to form a second chamber. The first chamber of the beverage container is larger than the second chamber. The second opening of the beverage container is a supporting base for the first chamber and the first opening is also a supporting base for the second chamber.
Abstract: A drinking glass has a cup and a base that are releasably coupled to a rod. A plurality of beads are placed on the rod and held between the cup and the base. The beads that are mounted on the rod may be different colors and shapes. By mixing the beads, different patterns are formed on the stem which may be purely ornamental or used for identification purposes.
