Abstract: The present invention refers to a trash dump which solves and satisfy the current requirements. The new trash dump is embedded to a wall or gate or to any other place where can be used. This new trash dump has the peculiarity that the user can deposit the trash inside the dump without going out from the building and the personnel of the trash collection service, can pick the trash disposed in the collector up through an opening in the wall, which has a collector with a safety system of rotatory doors. Said safety system allows, at the same time, the easy operation of the trash dump and avoids any intrusion.

Abstract: A refuse container for receiving refuse being mountable to a stable surface such as wall or a ground surface comprising: an anchoring structure; an anchoring structure-to-stable surface attachment for solidly attaching the anchoring structure to said stable surface; a protective casing defining an enclosed casing volume, and defining a casing aperture for allowing the refuse to be inserted into the casing volume; a casing-to-anchoring structure releasable attachment for releasably attaching the protective casing to the anchoring structure; an open top refuse receptacle mounted within the casing volume and positioned so as to receive the refuse when dropped into the casing volume from the casing aperture; a theft prevention means for selectively preventing the detachment of the protective casing from the anchoring structure and selectively preventing the withdrawal of the refuse receptacle from the casing volume.

Abstract: A knockdown, or collapsible, hamper including a frame formed from two generally U-shaped supports with bottom portions and upstanding members. The bottom portions are pivotally connected and positioned perpendicularly with respect to one another for assembly of the hamper. A plurality of rings are affixed to the frame and held in place by notches in the upstanding members of the U-shaped supports. A bag is positioned inside the frame and ring structure to complete the hamper.

Abstract: A golf cart dashboard for use with a golf cart which integrates into the center of a dashboard faceplate a waste receptacle assembly for storing trash or refuse. The waste receptacle assembly has integrated therewith a beverage holder rack. The waste receptacle assembly include a removable receptacle housing and a rotatable waste receptacle which rotates to and from a closed position and an open position about the receptacle housing. The dashboard may further include driver's side and passenger's side dashboard compartments or glove boxes and designated areas for storing golf balls and tees.

Abstract: Trash Bag Holder with a four sided, rigid paneled, open bottomed bag holding structure. Two opposing walls of the structure have die cut apertures near the top of the structure and flexible plastic panels that cover the cutouts that can removably retain portions of a plastic trash bag. The plastic panels each have an X shaped slit where a portion of a plastic bag can be pushed through each slit by the user. The plastic panels are attached to the walls by rivets or other standard attachment. The four side panels are attached at each adjoining edge by an integral hinge so that the panels can be folded onto each other to create a relatively flat configuration for storage and packaging.

Abstract: A multiple-sectional garbage container for providing a safer and less strenuous manner of removing a trash bag from the garbage container. The multiple-sectional garbage container includes a base member including a bottom wall, a side wall, and an open top; and also includes an elongate tubular member including a side wall, an open bottom, an open top, and an opening therethrough and being removably fastened upon the base member with the opening being adapted to receive a garbage bag; and further includes a lid member being removably disposed upon the open top of the elongate tubular member; and also includes a plurality of handle/latch members being pivotally attached to the elongate tubular member and being fastenable to the base member.

Abstract: An improved garbage can defining apertures around an open end and a closed end of a receptacle in order to maintain equilibrium of air pressure within the receptacle so as to avoid the suction-cup effect when inserting and removing a garbage bag from the receptacle.

Abstract: A waste bench for containing waste and/or recyclable materials in high density housing. The waste bench includes a sloped front wall to facilitate removal of contents from the bench and accommodate articles under the waste bench. The waste bench may also include one or more notches or slots in which necks of bags may be disposed so that those necks serve as pick-up flags to collection agency personnel. In another aspect, the bench includes a tiltable bin to easily access contents of the bench by tilting the bin forward to expose contents therein. Further, a latch that is actuatable from inside and outside the bin provides an added child-safety feature. Finally, the bench may include a label or a memory chip to provide information about the bench.

Abstract: A waste container assembly is provided. The assembly includes an inner can with a closed bottom and an open top. A waste can liner can be placed in the inner can and the free edge of the liner can be folded over the open top of the inner can. The assembly further includes an outer enclosure that is telescoped around the inner can to conceal the inner can, the waste can liner and the contents of the waste can liner. For smaller cans, the outer enclosure has a unitary peripheral skirt and cover that can be telescoped over the inner can. Larger assemblies may have a separate cover and peripheral skirt. A lid is hinged to the cover and can be opened by a slight downward force on an inner portion of the lid. However, the lid is gravitationally biased to return to a closed condition.

Abstract: An advertising display device usable for the collection and temporary retention of waste is defined by a hollow container having a movable front panel for accessing the interior. A frame in the interior provides for the emplacement of at least two trash bags to enable separable depositing of different sorts of waste thereinto to increase ease of recycling. At least one transparent layer mounted to the front panel cooperates therewith to define a pocket therebetween for removable emplacement of advertising media therewithin. The device is attachable to a post or other stanchion. In an alternate embodiment, the device is unitary in construction, a hinged top wall provides access to the interior, and multiple removable canisters in the interior enable separable depositing of different sorts of waste thereinto to increase ease of recycling. In the alternate embodiment, at least one divider may be used to separate the interior into multiple compartments.

In certain embodiments of the container, the container is permanently attached to the trash receptacle, and in other embodiments the container is detachably connected to the trash receptacle. In certain embodiments of the container, the container is configured to hold a roll of flexible bags which are dispensed through a dispensing slot. In other embodiments of the container, the container is configured to hold a supply of folded flexible bags.

Abstract: A trash container liner holder is provided along an exterior of a trash can. The liner holder apparatus has a knob-like cleat around which is looped a gathered portion of the liner. A loose end of the gathered liner is then attached to a nearby clip, thereby preventing the liner from falling into the associated container as material is deposited into the container.

Abstract: The present invention is an improved trash container having a plastic trash bag liner mounted on a tiltable shuttle having three sides so that, when the trash container door is opened, the shuttle can be tilted causing the full trash bag liner to be removable from the open panel of the shuttle without having to lift the full trash bag up and out of the container. The shuttle can also be mounted on a movable dolly so that periodically the entire shuttle and dolly can be removed from the container for cleaning purposes.

Abstract: A bottomless trash can system comprising a trash has a tapering sidewall with a horizontal open top in a closed configuration with a first circumference and with a horizontal open bottom in a closed configuration with a second circumference greater that the first circumference. The system further includes a liner in the form of a plastic bag with a closed lower end positioned within the trash can adjacent to the bottom and an open upper end positioned over the top of the trash can and extending downwardly to a location beneath the open top. The system also includes an elastic band positioned over the liner and side wall adjacent to the upper end to hold the inner in proper orientation with respect to the trash during operation and use.

The inventive device includes a base with the top of the base having an opening therethrough with a plurality of slits outwardly radiating from the periphery of the opening. The perimeter side of the base has an annular lip extending therearound which defines a shoulder. The open lower end of a side wall is rested on shoulder of the base. The side wall has an elongate cutout extending through the inner and outer surfaces of the side wall. A door substantially closes the cutout of the side wall, the door is hingedly coupled to the side wall.

Abstract: A folding wire frame includes first and second end panels and first and second pairs of hingedly coupled front and back panels, with each front and back panel also hingedly coupled to an adjacent end panel. When expanded, the folding wire frame forms a rectangular structure open at the top and bottom. Moving the two pairs of front and back panels inwardly toward one another where they are hingedly coupled allows the frame to be folded along its length in an accordion-like manner and to assume a collapsed configuration. The folded frame is adapted for insertion lengthwise in the open top of an upright refuse bag such as of paper and extends beyond the open top. The frame is then expanded, or unfolded, by grasping the front and back pairs of panels where they are hingedly coupled together and moving the front pair of panels away from the back pair of panels until the frame assumes a rectangular, semi-rigid configuration, with each panel engaging an inner surface of a side wall of the bag.

Abstract: A bag holding device for refuse containers 12will suspend a platform 36 using a plurality of elastic cords 20 to provide for greater accessibility to the bag 22. A plurality of U-shaped clips 14 are disclosed spaced apart about the upper lip 16 of a refuse container 12 being attached to the refuse bag 22 in such a manner as to maintain the bag 22 in an open position. Alligator-like clips 18 are used to secure the bag 22 to the U-shaped clips 14 and a ring 30 is used for attaching the elastic cords 20 and the alligator-like clips 18 to the U-shaped clips 14.
