    Abstract: An apparatus for opening sealed packaging, including three parts, a pouring nozzle having a flange, a cylindrical cutting element and a screwcap. According to this invention, all three parts of the apparatus are produced in one piece as a semi-finished product. The teeth of the cutting element protrude into the pouring nozzle, while the screwcap is held on the flat edge of the cutting element. The three parts are connected to one another via predetermined breaking point bridges. This invention reduces the production costs and simplifies the assembly and the systems which are required for this purpose.

    Abstract: An improved piercing fitment assembly for mounting to a flexible container is provided, whereby the contents of the container are dispensed by piercing a pierceable portion of a cap using a fluid transfer device. The piercing fitment assembly is easy to use as a relatively minimal amount of force is required for piercing and establishing fluid transfer. It also has a locking system which locks the fluid transfer device into a dispensing state and also forms a reliable seal between the cap and the fluid transfer device which minimizes the risk of unwanted spillage. The fitment assembly comprises: a spout connected in fluid communication to the container; a cap having a pierceable portion sealing an end of the spout and a fluid transfer device having a leading tooth to initiate piercing of the pierceable portion of the cap.

    Abstract: A closure for a container with a cap connecting to a neck of the container has at least one cutter edge placed around a central axis internal of the neck. The edge cuts through a closure film as axially displaced on a holding sleeve, which is held centrally by the cap with a flexible skirt. The holding sleeve contains a component for mixing with the contents of the container. A screw cap holds an initial non-puncturing position and, a stop position after additional screwing on, at which the film is punctured. The cap remains permanently on the neck of the container, and includes a pouring opening. In the stop position, the container contents flow toward the pouring opening. When the screw cap is back into its initial position, flow to the pouring opening is interrupted.

    Abstract: A cap device of container includes a seat portion and a flushing portion. The seat portion includes an inner circular wall and a bottom wall. The flushing portion has a circular column. The circular column has a lower cutting portion, two inclined cutting portions and a stopping portion. The lower cutting portion has several teeth, which are separate from each other. When the flushing portion is pressed downwards, the lower cutting portion cuts open the bottom wall and the two inclined cutting portions cuts open the peripheral area of the bottom wall until the stopping portion stops the cutting. An open passage from the cap body to the inside of the receptacle is provided once the storage chamber is ruptured by manually depressing the penetrator to allow the syringe needle end to be inserted into the liquid receptacle.
