Abstract: The present invention features a locking clamp capable of securing a post into a bicycle frame such that only a user can remove the locking clamp. The locking clamp may comprise a lock capable of accepting an unlocking method that only the user may utilize, ensuring security of the post to protect items stored in the post (e.g. a bicycle repair assembly). The unlocking method may depend on the type of lock implemented. The locking clamp may further comprise a first jaw extending from the lock, a second jaw extending from the lock, and a screw connecting the first jaw and the second jaw. Actuating the screw may move the first jaw closer to the second jaw thus tightening the locking clamp around an interface of the post and the bicycle frame.

Abstract: A bicycle mountable storage device for stowing articles and broadcasting audio includes a container, which comprises a top piece that is hingedly engaged to a bottom piece. The bottom piece is mountable to a frame of a bicycle. A battery and a receiver are positioned in an interior space defined by the container. A speaker is engaged to the container and is operationally engaged to the battery. The receiver is operationally engaged to the battery and communicatively engaged to the speaker. The receiver receives an audio signal from an electronic device of a user and the speaker broadcasts the audio signal.

Abstract: An ergonomic device to provide a removable tray assembly to be attached to a bicycle via one or more means is described, wherein the removable tray assembly may comprise: a tray; an interface element that attaches the tray to a mount via a locking mechanism, such as a quarter turn locking mechanism, wherein the mount comprises a clamping mechanism to attach the mount to the bicycle. According to certain embodiments, the tray may be configured for attachment to a handlebar of a bicycle, such as a stationary bicycle, to provide a platform to hold or place one or more objects.

Abstract: A quick release securing system is disclosed. The system may include a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, and a quick-release assembly. The first plate is coupled to an inside surface of a container, such as a tool bag, and to a second plate on the outside surface of the tool bag with fastening means. The second plate is releasably secured to the third plate which is fixedly coupled to a support structure, such as a UTV or an ATV. The second plate and third plate are quickly and easily attachable and detachable from each other by user operating a quick-release assembly of the system.

Abstract: A universal motorcycle storage case mounting assembly that detachably secures to a motorcycle or other vehicle, allowing a user to safely transport personal belongings to a destination. The mounting assembly utilizes two main components a base frame and a platform, with a storage case being couplable to the platform, forming a transportable storage case. In order to secure to a motorcycle or other vehicle, the mounting assembly utilizes a triple-locking system, including a base latch bracket that attaches to the motorcycle; a receipt on the platform; and a platform latch bracket, the receipt and the platform latch bracket configured to secure the platform to the base frame. As a result of the locking system, the storage case requires force to detach from the motorcycle, thereby preventing inadvertent detachment. Upon arrival at a destination, a rider can detach the transportable storage case, rather than leave belongings on the motorcycle.

Abstract: A mounting assembly for releasably securing a radio handset microphone to a motorcycle handlebar is provided. The mounting assembly includes a bracket element to extend partially around a motorcycle handlebar and a rigid plate extending from the bracket element. The bracket element is adapted to be joined to the motorcycle handlebar such that the bracket element partially surrounds the motorcycle handlebar. The rigid plate includes a mounting surface for mounting a radio handset microphone thereto. The mounting surface generally extends over the handlebar and is easily accessible to the motorcycle occupant. The mounting assembly may be combined with a carrier and a handset adapter to provide a mounting system with a secure landing zone that firmly holds the radio handset microphone in place.

Abstract: A saddle-ride type vehicle that does not require dismounting of a handhold regardless of the presence or absence of a carrier member. A stay member includes an outer portion situated beyond a seat in the outward direction of the vehicle body. A recess dented upwardly is formed in an underside of the outer portion. Because the recess is formed in the underside of the outer portion, a pillion passenger can grasp the recess after a carrier member has been dismounted from the stay member. In short, the recess serves as a handhold. The stay member remains attached to a seat rail either when the carrier member is mounted or dismounted. This eliminates the need to detach the handhold regardless of the presence or absence of the carrier member.

Abstract: An opening/closing and hooking/releasing system of a suitcase for motorcycles is described, provided with a lower shell and an upper shell. On the bottom portion of the lower shell reversible hooking means to a support plate fixed to the motorcycle are provided. On the lower shell a plaque is made integral, on which are obtained a first release button of the suitcase with respect to the support plate, a second opening button of the upper shell and a locking block. The first and the second buttons are mobile along a predetermined direction. A rotatable under-locking ring is rigidly constrained to the locking block, said ring being provided with a pair of counter-posed protruding teeth and able to rotate in support on the side wall to shift from a first simultaneous blocking position of the first and second buttons to a second simultaneous release position of such first and second button.

Abstract: An adjustable accessory support assembly for a motorcycle accessory includes a base connectable to a support bracket mounted on a motorcycle and a slider accessory connectable to the motorcycle accessory and coupled to the base. The slider assembly is configured to transition from a first, locked configuration to a second, unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, relative movement between the slider assembly and the base is prevented, whereas in the unlocked configuration, the slider assembly is moveable relative to the base to allow the motorcycle accessory to be repositioned relative to the support bracket.

Abstract: A carrier apparatus is disclosed for attachment to a bicycle to carry a number of items including sporting good items. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a receptacle suspended from a fixed rear support and a movable front support. The receptacle includes a panel having a rear end connected to the rear support and a front end connected to the front support to cause the receptacle to be suspended therefrom. The apparatus includes a resilient member connecting the front support to the rear support, wherein the front support is tetheringly movable toward and away from the rear support to vary the opening and closing of the receptacle to receive and thereafter secure therein a plurality of differently sized items.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a multi-function cart for storing and transporting emergency or other supplies. The multi-function cart comprises two shells that can be secured together to form a transportable storage container. When separated, each shell is convertible into various configurations that can be used to sustain life during and after a disaster as well as to clean-up and rebuild after a disaster has occurred. The multi-function cart can also be used recreationally. In this manner, the multi-function cart enables victims to quickly care for themselves, and encourages victims to immediately begin the clean-up and rebuilding process. Each shell is convertible into different configurations using various tubes. Hub brackets on opposing sides of the shell include adapters to which any of the tubes can be connected. The tubes can be connected to the adapters in an upward or a downward orientation to form different configurations.

The object or light may be integrally, fixedly, pivotally or otherwise coupled to the body.

Abstract: A device for adjusting the position of the seat-back mounted on a travel luggage pack on the back of a motorcycle is disclosed. The device consists of a slide assembly mounted between the motorcycle and the luggage pack. The slide assembly comprises two parallel slide rails movably mounted on fixed lower tracks which are mounted to the back of the motorcycle. The slide rails are attached to the combined luggage pack and seat-back to allow movement of the seat-back. The device further comprises a latching mechanism to lock the slide assembly into place in selected positions.

Abstract: An adapting apparatus for mounting an accessory equipment on a bicycle is disclosed. The adapting apparatus comprises: a base having a mounting mechanism, a securing mechanism and a lock; an adaptor detachably mounted to the mounting mechanism of the base, the adaptor having an adapting mechanism for connecting to an accessory equipment; and a securing member detachably connected to the base through the securing mechanism and fastened to a portion of a bicycle; wherein, the lock, the mounting mechanism and the adaptor being configured such that the adaptor can be detached from the mounting mechanism only when the lock is unlocked.

Abstract: A storage device having a lockable container for securely storing small items, attaches to the support frame of a bicycle, and further serves as a holder for a U-shaped bicycle lock. According to a preferred embodiment, the bicycle attachment element is lockable and attachable to the bicycle frame only when the container is in an open position. Once the lock box is locked, it cannot be removed from the bicycle frame.

The carrier is configured to facilitate selective dispensation of the first end portion of the belt between a stored position in which the first end portion is adjacent to the cargo rack assembly, and an extended position in which the first end portion is spaced from the cargo rack assembly. A vehicle including a cargo rack assembly is also provided.

Abstract: A foldable bicycle includes a frame. A first foldable device is connected to a top tube of the frame so as to fold a front wheel together with a head tube and a handlebar backward at the first foldable device such that the front and rear wheels are located parallel with each other. At least one assistant wheel is connected to a lower end of a down tube so that the at least one assistant wheel cooperates with the front and rear wheels to form a stable triangle support arrangement and the foldable bicycle can be easily moved by the at least one assistant wheel cooperating with the front and rear wheels. A carry rack is located above the rear wheel, which can be positioned by engaging pivot rods of the carry rack with engaging members on two support rods connected to a hub of the front wheel.
