Abstract: A system for carrying containers suspended from a track member which may be attached to a body encircling belt or attached to clothing which includes a pair of protruding tracks substantially parallel and from which the containers for holding articles are suspended by clips on the containers which are positionable lengthwise on the tracks and may slide thereon and enter and exit the track at tapered ends of the tracks and is particularly useful for police and military personnel in carrying weapons, ammunition and the like holstered articles.

Abstract: A spill and splash resistant safety paint bucket for supporting and transporting paints or other liquids is disclosed. The safety paint bucket includes a container for supporting the paint or other liquid and a self-closing lid constructed to be removably attached to the container. The container includes a belt clip attachment and shoulder strap attachment buttons so that the safety paint bucket can be attached to a belt or harness, or carried on an attached strap by an individual while maintaining both hands free to perform other tasks. The lid includes a fixed partition, a spring loaded flap, and a spring. When a brush or other applicator is inserted into the container through the top of the lid, the downward pressure applied to the brush or other applicator compresses the spring which allows the spring loaded flap to pivot away from the fixed partition. The opening thus created allows the brush or other applicator to reach the liquid contained below.

Abstract: A carrier for tennis balls includes a pocket with an open top, a retaining tab incorporating a plastic stiffening panel, and an inextensible but pliant connecting means for joining the retaining tab to the pocket near the top opening. The pocket is formed with a substantially flat back panel and a front section that tends to protrude outwardly from the back panel giving the top opening a D-shaped top edge sized to conveniently accommodate a single tennis ball. The pocket diverges in the direction away from the top opening, so that along its bottom the pocket can accommodate two tennis balls side by side. The pocket, connecting region and two cover layers of the retaining tab preferably are formed from a single piece of woven fabric. The material nap, and the plastic panel stiffness, cooperate to enhance frictional retention of the tab when the tab is inserted inside a garment, between the garment waistband and the body.

Abstract: A semi-rigid, elastically resilient clip is releasably fastenable to the side of a handgun to provide support for the handgun upon a user's clothing or on a mounting bracket on a support structure. The clip may be attached by bolting to a handgun or, in the case of automatic weapons having a barrel slide movable relative to a gun body, it may be attached by engagement of a clip bracket between the gun body and barrel slide portions.

Abstract: A gun holster comprising a main frame, two flattened C-shaped pieces or the like for mounting the holster to an object, a trigger guard support arm or the like to prevent lateral movement, and a gun support such as a barrel support arm, is provided. Also, either a frame support arm or a cylinder locking arm, depending on the type of pistol to be holstered, are provided. The holster may also comprise a unitary piece so that it is simple and inexpensive to manufacture.

Abstract: A tote tray with a carrying handle has a number of openings in its upper surface. Held securely within each opening is a rigid receptacle having an open top and closed sides and bottom. A belt clip is connected along one side so that the receptacle can be clipped to the belt for a worker to carry about a readily available supply of small items such as fasteners on the job. A supply of various styles and sizes of small items is conveniently carried to the job site in the tote tray, and whatever is needed is then clipped to the belt for as long as required. The tote tray is supplied with a belt clip engaging element adjacent each opening. The belt clip is springably engaged thereto when the receptacle is inserted into the opening. This provides more secure holding of the receptacle in the tray.

Abstract: A device for holding a T-shaped tool having a head and a handle on either the upper or lower leg to (1) provide complete freedom of movement of hands and feet while carrying the tool and (2) permit the user to attach and remove the tool from the device with the same hand employed to use the tool.

Abstract: A fastening device for mobile phones includes a mounting plate, a fastening plate and a mounting frame. The mounting plate has one side thereof provided a pair of mounting rails defining a mounting track therebetween and the other side thereof provided with a pair of fastening strips defining a track therebetween. The fastening plate is slightly curved and has a substantially T-shaped fastening rib for insertion into the mounting track. The mounting frame consists of a frame with a through hole; a circular post is provided on a rear side of the frame and is further connected to a circular plate of a larger diameter. The circular plate may fit into the track between the fastening strips so that the mounting frame may turn relative to the mounting plate.

Abstract: A convenient and versatile pouch for holding a concealed hand gun disguised as a holder for an electronic device (e.g. a cellular telephone case having a simulated antenna, speaker holes and/or logo on the outside). The pouch is zipper closable and can be locked, and is provided with a belt mount on the back. The inside is provided with at least one adjustable strap which acts as a holster for holding a hand gun or other weapon in place inside. A thong mounted on the inside and passed to the outside through the opening between the zippers may be pulled firmly downward to gain immediate access to the inside of the pouch in an emergency.

Abstract: A method is disclosed for using a holder having first and second clips arranged with their mouths facing substantially the same direction. The first clip is provided with an inner surface which is shaped to hold a cylindrical article and a mouth which is normally open so as to allow the legs of this first clip to be urged apart from each other when such a cylindrical article is pressed against it. The holder is mounted at a designated location on the user's body by attaching the second clip to a piece of material worn by the user, with the mouth of the first clip facing generally downwardly. A substantially cylindrical article is inserted into the first clip by placing the article against the mouth of this clip and lifting the article upwardly into contact with its inner surface, with the axis of the first clip's inner surface in a generally horizontal orientation.

Abstract: A portable container for golf balls including three elongated elements, each of the three elongated elements having a top end and a bottom end. The container includes a base having a top face, a bottom face, a front side, and a rear side; the base being secured to the bottom end of each of the three elongated elements. A top element having a top face, a bottom face, a front side, and a rear side is secured to the top end of each of the three elongated elements. A plurality of dimples and corresponding cavities are used for securing together a plurality of the portable containers for golf balls. A clip for fastening to a belt or other object may be secured to one of the three elongated elements for detachably securing the portable container for golf bails to an animate or inanimate object.

Abstract: Auxiliary holder for releasably stowage of a tensionable measuring tape, comprises a back panel formed of leather or like material. The back panel has a front surface terminating in top, bottom and side edges. In one embodiment, a pair of slots are formed in the back panel after which a front panel is attached therebetween wherein a tight-fitting pocket is formed. The back panel also includes a rectangular notch or opening used to stow the cantilevered leg of the rear drop shaped clip of the measuring tape. Attachment of the holder to the user's body is via serpentining the user's belt through the pair of transversely spaced slots constructed in the back panel wherein the serpentining begins at one of the slots in which the non-buckle end of the belt passes through from the front surface of the back panel through the slot and thence along the rear surface of the back panel and out the other of the slots.

Abstract: A container for temporarily holding and storing a wet paintbrush will maintain the paintbrush in a useful condition for a limited period of time up to several days. The container has the shape of a hollow, substantially rectangular box. The container is formed from two shallow, rectangular members that are hingedly attached to each other along respective longitudinal edges of the rectangular members. The two shallow members open so as to allow positioning a paintbrush therein, and the shallow members can be closed upon each in clam shell fashion to close the container. An opening is provided in the top wall of the container to allow the handle of a paintbrush to extend from the container. Each shallow member has a layer of closed cell foam material positioned along the inside of the upper wall of the shallow member.

Abstract: An article carrier for wearing by a user and modifiable into a plurality of different configurations. This article carrier may be utilized as a fanny pack, a backpack carrier, and/or a carrier for skis and the like. Included in the article carrier is a shoulder harness detachably secured to the fanny pack. This harness may be utilized in conjunction with, or independent from, the fanny pack. When the harness is attached to the fanny pack, it may be entirely stored within the compartment or it may be draped over the user's shoulders. The front surface of the shoulder harness includes a pair of straps, each being adjustably mounted thereto. These straps can be utilized to secure such items as skis, or they can be utilized to removably secure a backpack.

Abstract: A handy tool case including a case body, which has a plurality of hexagonal chambers at the top side for keeping tool bits, a clip at the back side for hanging on the user's belt, two springy hooks at the bottom side for keeping a tool handle outside the case body, and a platform at the front side, a cover pivoted to the case body and turned between the close position covered over the tool bits in the hexagonal chambers and the open position supported on the platform, and a plurality of magnetic plates fitted into respective recessed portions inside the cover for keeping metal accessories by magnetic attraction.
