Publication number: 20100224698Abstract: A container holder in a fluid delivery system is provided. In one example, an airless fluid delivery system is disclosed and includes a housing and a handle coupled to the housing. A first end of the handle is attached to the housing and a second end of the handle includes an attachment feature configured to receive and suspend a fluid container from the handle. In one example, a frame of the fluid delivery system includes a recess configured to receive the container. Further, in one example the handle extends transversely from the fluid delivery system and includes a empty container balance point and a full container balance point along a length of the handle.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2009Publication date: September 9, 2010Inventors: Ross David Rossner, Thomas C. Patent number: 7766256Abstract: An apparatus for performing grounds maintenance functions and dispensing a fluid includes a grounds maintenance device and a fluid spraying device. The spraying device includes a container mounted on the grounds maintenance device for holding the fluid, and a spraying member in communication with the container for spraying the fluid. The spraying member is moveable from a carrying position in which the spraying member is carried on the grounds maintenance device to a spraying position in which the spraying member is moveable independent of the grounds maintenance device.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2009Date of Patent: August 3, 2010Inventor: Francisco B. Patent number: 7665675Abstract: A watering system includes a watering can and a dispensing system. The dispensing system includes a cart for supporting the watering can, wheels coupled to a bottom of the cart and adapted to facilitate movement of the dispensing system on a surface, and a lever movably coupled to the cart and adapted to allow for manual movement of the watering can between a lowered position in which water held in the watering can's bucket is not dispensed and a raised position in which water held in the buck is dispensed through the watering can's spout. The lever has an exposed end adapted to be lowered by a user to move the watering can from the lowered position to the raised position.Type: GrantFiled: January 5, 2007Date of Patent: February 23, 2010Inventor: Joshua M. Publication number: 20090206175Abstract: A hands-free fluid application system for retaining a fluid supply close to the body of an operator of the present inventive system. A fluid supply hose may attach to a belt component at a connecting means. The connecting means serves to communicate the fluid to a dispensing hose that then conducts the fluid to a spray applicator for dispersal. The connecting means secured to the belt allows for the fluid supply hose to be dragged along by the operator's body thereby leaving their hands free to operate the spray applicator and direct the stream of fluid issuing therefrom. A spray applicator holder may serve to secure the spray applicator to the belt and allow an operator free use of both hands when manipulation of the spray applicator is not required. The present invention eliminates the repetitive crouching and bending commonly associated with use of a conventional fluid supply hose.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 14, 2008Publication date: August 20, 2009Inventors: Robert Salvagno, Diane Salvagno
