Abstract: A rolling liquid herbicide applicator with an adjustable shield is attached to a hollow pole having an adjustable width protective shield mounted to one end weighted, textured wheels for rolling over most terrains are attached to the adjustable width protective shield. On the opposite end of the hollow pole handle is a trigger. When the trigger is activated, an internal trigger stick is moved down through the hollow pole, thereby causing a “C” piece to move upward. This upward movement pushes on a hard flat disk. The movement of the hard flat disk causes pliable cap center to move. The gravity flow of liquid herbicide from a liquid herbicide container causes the liquid herbicide to move through a tube and nozzle assembly. The adjustable width protective shield over the nozzle prevents overspray and accidental contact of the liquid herbicide on healthy desired vegetation.

Abstract: A handheld device and method for clearing obstructions from spray nozzles includes a housing, a gas valve system contained within the housing, and a nozzle body attachment structure. A trigger associated with the gas valve system is operable to release a blast of compressed gas through the attachment structure. A spray nozzle placed in contact with the attachment structure receives a blast of compressed gas to clear obstructions. The attachment structure interfaces with both the normal discharge side and the normal inlet side of the spray nozzle to allow compressed gas to be blown through the spray nozzle in both directions. A backup tool is provided to engage a backside of the spray nozzle to prevent a spray tip within the spray nozzle from blowing backwards out of the spray nozzle. A backup tool cover has a slender projection for removing screen filters associated with the spray nozzle.

  • Patent number: 7434751
Abstract: A water spraying gun includes a main body, a water supply member, a water outlet seat, a nozzle module, a control switch, and a rotation member. Thus, the water is injected outwardly from the water injection hole of the nozzle module or sprinkled outwardly from the water sprinkling holes of the nozzle module, so that the water spraying gun have different water outlet modes, thereby enhancing the versatility of the water spraying gun. In addition, the different water outlet modes are changed and controlled by rotation of the rotation member, thereby facilitating the user controlling the different water outlet modes. Further, the water flow rate from the nozzle module is controlled independently by rotation of the control handle.

  • Patent number: 7429029
Abstract: The present invention is a sealing structure for a rotary valve of a squirt gun. The rotary valve is placed into a housing of the squirt gun body between an inlet duct and an outlet duct. The rotary valve is provided with a through hole, and both ends of the rotary valve are connected to a button outside of the squirt gun body. The rotation angle of the rotary valve can be adjusted to control the switching or misalignment state between the through hole of the rotary valve and the inlet duct and the outlet duct. A flexible sealer is placed on the outer wall of the rotary valve opposite to the inlet duct or outlet duct of the squirt gun body. When the through hole of the rotary valve is misaligned with the inlet duct and outlet duct, the flexible sealer is placed opposite to the inlet duct or outlet duct to achieve water-tightness, thereby reducing the components and saving the manufacturing cost for improved industrial applications.

  • Patent number: 7422164
Abstract: A spray gun with pressure display for applying paint onto a painted object by atomizing the paint with compressed air. A pressure indicating device includes a digitally displayed pressure sensor (25), a pressure transducer part (24), and a display part (27) unitized with each other. The pressure indicating device is detachably installed on a spray gun body, and adapters (21, 22) without a pressure indication function are detachably fitted to the spray gun body according to the shape of the body grip part so that the presence or absence of the pressure indication function can be selected before use. The spray gun can be used under controlled conditions by allowing a worker to detect an air pressure at hand during spraying operation since the spraying air pressure largely affects paint finish as well as dispersion of atomized paint.
