The at least one leg is selectively positionable for fixing the angular orientation of the at least one leg relative to the paint container support base. The lifting member may be located to support a paint container across a lateral axis extending substantially above a combined center of gravity of the holder and the paint container.

Abstract: An improved, multiple-use fireworks launcher (10) is provided for the launching of fireworks such as an artillery shell (40) having a lower lift charge (42) and an upper effect charge (44). The launcher (10) includes a base (12), with an upstanding, open-top launch tube (14) operably coupled with the base (12). A reinforcing section (16) is positioned about the lower end of launch tube (14), and preferably comprises a tubular sleeve (36) tightly secured to the outer surface (32) of launch tube (14). The combined thickness of the tube (14) and section (16) are sufficient to prevent catastrophic failure of the launcher (10) in the event a shell (40) is improperly placed within the tube (14) in an inverted condition with the lift charge (42) thereof positioned over the effect charge (44).

The compressed gas cylinder stand may include a solid body with a cone-like shape and an aperture through the solid body. The aperture may be sized to accommodate the compressed gas cylinder.

Abstract: A one-piece stackable container restraining apparatus incorporates a flat surface and four legs. The restraining apparatus can be used on the crest of a roof or on other surfaces. The stackable feature is used to accommodate roofs of differing pitches and to create a more stable combination. In certain embodiments attachment holes are utilized for ease in transportation and movement. Additionally, the container restraining apparatus can be used on a flat surface to prevent overturning of the container during transportation, such as paint buckets transported in a truck or van. Mounting holes on each leg can be used to accommodate a variety of fixtures such as wheels or articulating pads.

Abstract: The invention relates to an individually positionable deposit surface as a cup holder above a sandy subsurface, including a two-part system, wherein a substantially straight mandrel is provided, which includes an upper and a lower section. The lower section is adapted for turning or inserting into the sandy subsurface. At a certain height above the lower section the straight mandrel has a cross-shaped structure that is suitable as a support for a tray-like deposit surface. The tray-like deposit surface includes an opening that is slid over the upper section of the mandrel so as to rest on and be fixable to the cross-shaped structure.

Abstract: A baseball bucket stand. A bottom section has a horizontal bottom plate and a vertical tube connected to the top of the horizontal bottom plate. An upper section for extending the height of the bottom section is positioned above the bottom section. A ball bucket is positioned above the upper section. The upper section extends into the ball bucket balancing the ball bucket and supporting the weight of the ball bucket and its contents. In a preferred embodiment, the upper section and lower section can be placed inside the ball bucket so that the user can carry the ball bucket, the upper section and lower section to a desired location for easy assembly. Preferably baseballs are placed in the ball bucket.

The first locking members are latched with the fixing portion of the bracket, and the restriction members engage the first locking members to prevent the first locking members from moving.

The trap door rests in an open position when the front door is closed, allowing communication between the upper and lower compartments. The trap door is moved to a closed position by the opening of the front door, thereby preventing access to the lower compartment from the upper compartment.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a frame having a generally trapezoidal shape with a front side and a back side. The frame includes two pairs of legs in which each pair comprises a top joining rail. A base bar joins the two pairs at bottom ends on the front side. The top joining rails are operable for supporting a hopper of a texture gun. A hinged work surface has is rotatably joined to the frame between the top joining rails. The hinged work surface is rotatable from a first position, where the hinged work surface rests on top of the joining rails, to a second position where the hinged work surface hangs downward between the pairs of legs. A stretcher joins the legs at a distance above the base bar where an open side of the stretcher faces the front side and the distance is chosen to be above typical construction debris.

Abstract: A tank holding bracket mechanism positionable within a seat back of an emergency vehicle for holding therein of an air tank usable for emergency breathing situations which is attachable to the back of emergency personnel such as firefighters while sitting on the vehicle seats during transport. The holding bracket includes a pivoting head movable between an opened position allow entry of removal of a tank from the bracket mechanism and a closed position retaining a tank with respect to the bracket mechanism. A locking mechanism is adapted to selectively lock the head in the closed position to prevent release of the tank responsive to certain vehicle parameters, such as disengagement of an emergency brake or movement of the vehicle transmission from the park mode. The locking mechanism can be externally activated manually or electrically such as with a powered solenoid.

The modular tank stand includes a plurality of individual tank stand sections which are interconnectable with one another to form a larger support surface sized to receive the bulk storage container. The individual sections include integral, vertically disposed support walls that provide both vertical support for the weight of the bulk storage container and resistance to collapse under shear forces arising from movement of the container. The interconnecting individual sections may be disconnected from one another and reconfigured to fit in a smaller space, such as onto a pallet or within a shipping container, thereby facilitating storage of the disassembled modular tank stand.

By example and without limitation, this novel adaptive mounting device includes a substantially flexible container containing a substantially plastically formable composition; a frame at least partially embedded in the plastically formable composition; and a presentation structure substantially supported on the frame external of the container. A method for manufacturing the novel adaptive mounting device is also provided.

The legs pivot downwards 90° to collapse the stand for storage. The brace is extendable about a height of the tree trunk so that its claws can engage the trunk at a manually manipulated height. The braces essentially support the trunk upright as opposed to the conventional receptacle.

The height adjustable base further includes a main base, a fixing frame and an elastic locating device. The main base provides at least a sliding rail, which has a stationary member attached to the main base and a movable member capable of sliding along the stationary member. The fixing frame is connected to the movable member for being mounted with the liquid crystal panel. The elastic locating device provides an acting end, which is disposed against the fixing frame for supplying an elastic ascending force to the fixing frame, and a joining end, which is detachably connected to the main base with an elastic coupling force for restoring the elastic ascending force automatically. Therefore, the liquid crystal display can be simply operated to release or restore the ascending elastic force needed at the time of height adjusting the liquid crystal panel.

The holder is a flexible container in direct contact with the flowable agent or a support for such a container. The holder comprises means to be oriented for use such that the direction of flow of the flowable agent is enabled by the user, the holder further comprises means to be reduced in volume by pressure applied to the walls of the holder. The holder is further characterised as comprising a valve that has means to be releasably functionally applied to that part of the assembly that is in direct contact with the flowable agent without necessarily being fixedly attached to it.

The device is assembled from a flexible rod handle, end caps, a bag holder base, rod handle clips, and trash bag holder brackets. When fully assembled the trash bag holder maintains a trash bag in an open position. Rod handle clips maintain the trash bag onto trash bag holder brackets. The trash bag holder brackets may be selectively clipped together and attached to the base to form a unitary assembly. A sloped area on the base allows the unit to be used as a scoop to facilitate the cleanup of debris while the base also allows the unit to be removably attached to a wall or door where it maintain a trash bag in a vertical open position without the need for a rigid container.

A coupling joining the base and post structure includes a resilient member urging the post structure into a normal, pre-determined position on the base. An upper end of the base serves as a fulcrum for momentary post structure movement. A modified form of the yieldable support includes a housing with spring and fastener assembly with the housing having inclined surfaces which cooperate with inclined surfaces on the base upper end, insuring return of the tipped post structure back to the pre-determined relationship with the base after momentary displacement.

Abstract: The inventions disclosed herein relate to restraint devices for gas tanks. In a first embodiment, the tank retainer includes a bracket for engaging with the collar of a gas tank and a tray for engaging with the base of the gas tank. The bracket is preferably stationary wherein the tank, while supported by the tray, is rotated into engagement with a slot formed into the bracket. The tray preferably includes a channel for receiving and restraining the base of a gas tank. The brackets and trays can be used in combination or independently of one another. The bracket and tray are preferably distinct components of a gas grill; however, it is contemplated that the features of the bracket and tray can be incorporated into other components of a barbecue grill such as the frame members and lower shelf of the grill cart.

Abstract: A pole mounting system includes a pole having at least one channel, and a spike having a finger configured to be received in the channel of the pole. The finger is attached to a neck that is configured to extend out of the channel and connect to a connector. The connector may be configured in a number of different ways depending on the particular type of device to be suspended on the pole. For example, the connector may be configured to connect to different types of arms that may be used to hold a flat panel display, or may be configured to hold other things such as a table. The finger is elongate and configured to engage the interior of the channel when the weight of the flat panel display is placed on the spike. Optionally, a spring-loaded pin may be provided to temporarily hold the spike in place while the spike is screwed into place in the channel through the use of set screws. Wire management may be provided within the channel.

Abstract: Two- and four-columned stands for holding vehicles aloft during dismantling include A-frame style structures having no raised horizontal cross members. The stands have improved stability and safety for dismantlers and equipment operators in the work area and provide clear access to vehicle components. Distance along the length of four-columned stands can be varied to accommodate vehicles of differing lengths, or height of the stand can be adjusted.
