Abstract: A hanging pole with a sucking disk including a sucking disk body with a threaded shaft on top and a rubber sucking disk on bottom, a compression stand with connecting sleeve on top and a shell plate on bottom, and a pole that connects to the connecting sleeve of the compression stand. The shell plate is smaller than the rubber-sucking disk. A through hole is on the center of the shell plate and leads to the slot hole on the middle of the compression stand; an adjustable threaded nut is inside the slot hole; the threaded shaft of the sucking disk body passes through the through hole of the compression stand and screws with the adjustable threaded nut.

A spring interacts with the stem and the body for biasing the suction cup towards the body to apply suction. A coloured ring is fixed on the stem for indicating when the spring has drawn the suction cup towards the body.

Abstract: Working material containers such as paint cans may be effectively stabilized from accidental dislodgment from a ladder shelf, such as a step ladder shelf, through the use of a working material container accessory. The accessory includes a flat upper support plate placed onto the top shelf surface and a lower retaining plate positioned below the shelf surface securely bolted together onto the step ladder shelf. By adhesively applying a strip of the looped member of a hook and loop fastening system to a paint container bottom and another mating hook strip onto the upper surface of the upper support plate, the paint container may be securely retained and stabilized upon the ladder shelf against accidental dislodgment or spillage. The paint container may be easily removed simply by unfastening the hook and loop straps for one another.

When the venturi is rotated to an attached position, the ears do not contact the pin, and a spring biases the pin outwardly to secure the venturi to the housing. Abstract: This invention provides a device for removably securing a wide variety of objects to different surfaces utilizing a partial vacuum. The device includes flexible material comprising one or more opening(s), wherein each opening is capable of forming a continuous seal with a portion of an object and the remaining material is capable of forming a continuous seal with a surface. The size of the opening and the size of the material can vary within the constraints that adequate material remains surrounding the opening to enable a continuous seal to be formed with a surface when an object is inserted into the opening. The device is used by inserting an object into an opening, thereby forming a continuous seal between the object and the opening and pressing the device against a surface, displacing air to create a partial vacuum in a manner that causes a continuous seal to form between the flexible material and the attachment surface, thereby removably securing the object to the surface.

A suction cup is held to the underside of the base for holding the base securely to a surface such as a table top or desk upon removal of a napkin or letter held by the receiver member. The suction cup is secured within a recess of the base by a washer held within the recess, and has upstanding portions engaging the underside of the base to enable the suction cup to be depressed by movement of the holder downwardly. In preferred form, the base and upstanding receiver member are made from wood, and the base has an opening for receiving a tab connected to the suction cup for releasing the suction cup from the table or desk.
