Patent number: 5322032Abstract: In an effort to minimize injuries to farm animals, and the explicit and implicit costs associated with those injuries, a novel fence identification device which can be easily secured to a fence wire to securely position a flag on the wire is provided. The device comprises a spring wire clamp having a loop at one end and a hook at the other end. The loop end defines a substantially U-shaped brace portion of predetermined length and width. The hook end defines a predetermined acute angle which is sized to pass within the brace portion in tensioned relationship. The flag includes an oversized eyelet aperture and is suspended from the spring wire by the eyelet. The hook end is then passed within the loop end to compress the spring wire and define a gap in which a fence wire is placed. Once released, the tension of the spring wire secures the fence wire between the vortex of the hook end and the U-shaped brace portion.Type: GrantFiled: August 5, 1992Date of Patent: June 21, 1994Inventor: Donald J. Patent number: 5232189Abstract: The invention is a wire frame which is bent in an "S" like formation to form a soap holder for two bars of soap. The top of the "S" frame being slightly concave to allow a bar of soap to set on the top. Two suction cups are attached to the frame to allow the soap holder to be attached to a wall or sink. The frame is make out of a pliable wire so that the end user can modify the frame to fit his sink. The soap dish holder is prepared by a method of wrapping a pliable wire around post on the jig and spot welding the wire at the point at which the wire comes in contact with itself and than dipping the wire in a plastic coating and shaping the wires so it can hold the two bars of soap. Lastly suction cups are added to the wore frame so that it can be attached to a wall or sink.Type: GrantFiled: April 26, 1991Date of Patent: August 3, 1993Inventor: Douglas J. Koch

Patent number: 4318519Abstract: A hose guide member constructed as a unitary wireform is specifically adapted to connect an anti-kink corrugated plastic hose of an appliance such as an automatic washer to a vertical support in either a stand pipe installation or a laundry tub installation. The guide includes a single length of wire formed with a pair of open-ended hose attachment clamps at either end of a reversely bent section which is formed in the radius of the drain hose. Each attachment clamp is formed with a double turn of substantially parallel reversely bent loops with spacing matched to the pitch of the hose corrugations. The corrugations of the drain hose when placed into the clamps matingly engage the double turn loops, thereby fastening the hose to the guide in a shape conforming to the reversely bent section. Support engagement fingers extend from both attachment clamps and extend inwardly of the formed radius to cross each other.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 1979Date of Patent: March 9, 1982Assignee: General Electric CompanyInventor: Theodore J. Patent number: 4133432Abstract: A goblet-type receptacle holder characterized by a plurality of receptacle receiving channels on each side of a central inlet channel with which the receiving channels communicate. The receiving channels can be defined by the parallel disposed legs of substantially W-shaped members. A first pair of substantially U-shaped members connected to the W-shaped members at the ends thereof remote from the inlet channel provide support for the holder via fasteners passed therebetween and a second pair of substantially U-shaped members provide additional support for the first pair of U-shaped members. The second pair of U-shaped members also provide for interconnecting and rigidizing the holder components. The character-shaped members and other support and linkage rods can be metallic rods or strips and can be of a material susceptible to resistance welding.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 1976Date of Patent: January 9, 1979Inventor: William E.
