Abstract: A method and device for carrying animal waste bags made from a unitary body comprising a hook for transporting the device and apertures to seal and hold the bags. The bags are inserted into an aperture and drawn through a compression slot which temporarily seals the bags. The device can then be attached to a variety of objects utilizing the integrated hook for hands free transportation of the waste bags.

Abstract: A hanger for suspending an object from a supporting surface. An exemplary hanger may include a base mountable to a supporting surface, the base including a hook portion providing an upwardly opening gap, and a receiver pivotably mounted adjacent to a distal edge of the hook portion, the receiver being pivotable between an open position in which the receiver and the gap provide an aperture wider than the gap for receiving a supporting device connected to an object and a closed position in which the receiver substantially overlaps the gap. Some exemplary embodiments may include a magnet mounted to the receiver.

Abstract: A twist-lock anchoring fastener comprises a head (700), a shaft (715), and a lance (720). The foot is adapted to penetrate through wallboard (105). The shaft length is approximately equal to the thickness of the wallboard so that when the foot lies on the back side (107) of the wallboard and the shaft is rotated, the foot is captured behind the wallboard, completing installation of the fastener. An optional footer (725) for the head contains raised lines (726) or bumps (727) or both to aid in seating the fastener on the wall. An optional wall plate assembly (1700) further strengthens the installation of the fastener by locally reducing pressure within the wallboard. In an alternative embodiment, the fastener comprises a wall anchor that accepts a pin (3200). In another alternative embodiment, the fastener is designed for installation in our prior-art wall anchor (100).

Abstract: A hanger assembly has a rail having a front portion, a back portion, and a rail opening therethrough. The rail opening has a shape having a larger diameter at the back portion and a smaller diameter at the front portion. A plug conforms to the shape of the opening, has a plug opening therein and a lip disposed upon an internal surface thereof. The lip engages a hook having an extension for insertion into the plug opening and engaging the lip within the plug.

Abstract: The invention provides an operational mechanism for a movable body in which, after a movable body is in an opened state, the movable body can return to a closed position, including a movable body rotatably attached to a support and rotatable between an engaged position, a closed position, and an open position; a rotating member rotatably attached to the support, that rotates due to movement of the movable body to the engaged position; a biasing member, one end of which is attached to the movable body, and the other end of which is attached to the rotating member; and an operation member, which rotates the rotating member, changes the biasing position of the biasing member with respect to the center of rotation of the movable body, and generates in the biasing member a rotational force that moves the movable body to the closed position or the open position.

Abstract: A holder for a therapeutic device for treating wounds of the type having a housing equipped with a fluid mover for one of raising, compressing, or transferring fluid, and a therapeutic member operably connected to the fluid mover and actuated thereby, the therapeutic member operably disposably used on a patient in a manner to deliver therapy to the patient as a function of actuation of said fluid mover, includes a removable receiving compartment for removably receiving the device therein, and an outwardly disposed connecting surface to provide for the compartment to be suspended on an object elevated from a floor.

Abstract: A portable hanger for hanging a purse from a table has a base adapted to rest upon and frictionally engage the table. A plurality of links are pivotally linked to each other in series to form a chain having a first link and a last link. A pivot pin pivotally connects the base and the first link of the plurality of links. The plurality of links are adapted for pivot between a stored configuration in which the plurality of links are positioned generally adjacent the perimeter of the base, and an operative configuration in which the plurality of links form a hook adapted for hanging the purse.

Abstract: A hanger device includes an open-back metal housing having two sidewalls formed with a notch each, and a hook connected to a bottom thereof; a plastic seat embedded in the metal housing and having a transverse recess; a release control element vertically slidably connected to the plastic seat; and at least one tension spring located between the release control element and the plastic seat. The notches have outward and downward inclined upper edges and a vertical sectional shape the same as the recess. The hanger device can be firmly attached to a horizontal rail with the inclined upper edges of the notches tightly hooked to a rearward and downward inclined upper end surface of the horizontal rail and a projected block on a top of the release control element upward pushed by the tension spring into an open-bottomed channel at a lower end surface of the horizontal rail.

Abstract: A hooking device for door decorations includes a bracket which can be hung on a top end of the door. The bracket has a first connecting portion and the first connecting portion connects with a flexible sheet. The flexible sheet has a hook body at an end opposite to the bracket. The bracket can be hung on the door, and flexible sheet can naturally hang at one lateral side of the door due to its gravity, the hook body can hook required decorations. By means of the flexible sheet being foldable, the hook body can be received in an interior of the bracket so that the hooking device can easily be stored and used.

Abstract: A hook having a fastener receiver with an axis of radial symmetry and two opposing edges defining a linear axis, where a support extends from the first edge and is angled away by a first angle from a midline plane defined by the linear axis and the axis of radial symmetry and a retainer extends from the second edge and is angled away from the midline plane by a second angle, preferably equal to the first angle and oppositely directed. The hanger hook is preferably of one piece construction but a two-piece interlocking version may also be made. Direct access to the fastener receiver is provided for tools and fasteners. The hanger hook retains equipment against 9 G horizontal accelerations and 3 G vertical accelerations.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus includes a chassis, a bracket secured to the chassis, and a locking member. The bracket includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall and a second sidewall. The first and second sidewalls are configured for securing a disk drive therebetween. A securing slot is defined in the first sidewall, configured for receiving a positioning post of the disk drive. The locking member is secured to the bottom wall and the first sidewall. A locking block is located on the locking member for blocking the positioning post in the securing slot.

Abstract: An articulating hook assembly adapted to pivot between open and closed positions as desired. The assembly includes a support frame, a hook pivot base of cloven construction projecting outwardly away from the support frame and a support hook adapted to pivotally engage the hook pivot base. The hook pivot base includes a pair of ear members separated by a variable width gap. At least one ear member includes a contoured inner face with a pattern of variable height surface structures including at least a first depression and a second depression with a raised height platform disposed between the first depression and a second depression. A projection finger on the support hook rides in sandwiched relation within the variable width gap such that upon rotation of the support hook between open and closed positions, the finger projection moves across the raised height platform surface between the first depression and a second depression.

Abstract: In one aspect, a holder mountable to a friable substrate may include a self-drilling drywall fastener, a wall engaging base plate having an opening for receiving a fastener, and at least one leg extending from the base plate for holding an object. In another aspect, a holder may include a self-drilling drywall fastener having a drilling portion longer than a drywall thickness followed by a high-threaded portion, a wall engaging base plate, and at least one leg for holding an object. In still another aspect, a holder may include a self-drilling drywall fastener having a screw-like drilling portion longer than a drywall thickness followed by a high-threaded portion, a drywall engaging base plate having a recess for receiving a rotary driver and a pair of openings each capable of receiving a threaded drywall fastener and engaging threads thereof.

Abstract: A dispenser hook for dispensing chemicals and configured to hang on supports. The dispenser hook is designed to withstand the forces applied by a mechanical harvester. The dispenser hook is configured to couple with a dispenser. The dispenser hook has a hook body with a resiliently flexible outer leg and an inner leg, such that the two legs form a gate to an interior opening within the hook.

Abstract: Units or hook assemblies arranged and configured to adequately capture and hold personal items which have some type of handle, rope, strap or the like. Preferred embodiments include a mounting plate for attachment to a restroom stall wall, door or the like. The mounting plate includes an upper end and a lower end. Preferred embodiments further include a first and second hook elements extending outwardly from the mounting plate. Preferred embodiments are arranged and configured to hinder theft of personal items stored on the hook from an over the stall door or wall attempt.

Abstract: A mounting bracket configuration with two lower mounting locations and an optional upper mount and a flexibly resilient securement strap attachable thereto to securely retain a helmet such as those used by firefighters securely in place against a mounting surface such as the interior of the passenger compartment of an emergency vehicle, such as a fire truck. The present apparatus also includes a bumper construction for protecting a user from being injured by the protruding upper hook while also preventing damaging of the helmet itself during mounting or removal. A release lanyard provided for easy release and engagement. The upper hook can attach to a fire helmet directly and/or to the securement strap.

Abstract: A portable and adjustable unique organizer device for hanging on the top of wall(s) or panel(s) and a method of using the device are disclosed. The device has a frame structure with shelves and bars to store and organize various accessories or hygiene items particularly used in showers. The shelves and bars are adjustable by snapping snap-in knobs into different snap-in holes built in the frame structure.

Abstract: A substrate-mountable holder system comprising: a first portion, a cover, an anchor and at least one fastener, the first portion having a hook extending therefrom and at least one opening for receiving the fastener(s), a cover configured to engage the first portion and hide the fastener(s). The first portion may include a lobe proximate the top of the rear surface and a pad spaced from the lobe, the opening between the lobe and pad, for controlling deformation of the first portion. The first and second portions also may have a plurality of releasably engaging detents to lock the second portion in place, and the bottom of the second portion may angle rearward so as to bear against the substrate when the second portion is installed. Moreover, the first portion may include a barb on the lobe and/or one or more tangs extending from a recess in the rear surface of the first portion to embed in the substrate and inhibit rotation of the holder system.

Abstract: A hanging hook for attaching a generally vertical object to a vertical side wall of a piece of storage furniture, comprises: a central portion extending laterally for at least the distance of the width of said object; a first attachment portion at one end of said central portion, the first attachment portion including a leg section extending downward for securing said leg portion through an aperture in a top surface of said piece of storage furniture; and a second attachment portions at the opposite end of said central portion, the second attachment portion including a leg section extending downward and an arm section extending inward from a distal end of the first section toward the center of said hanging hook for securing said arm section through an aperture in an outer side surface of said object.

Abstract: A mounting for an all-in-one personal computer (10) that has a stand (12) for supporting the computer on a table or desk to enable the computer to be mounted on a wall or at the end of an articulated arm. A bracket (16) has a first wall (16A) that is disposed to confront a face of the stand surrounding the through-hole in the stand and that contains a through-hole (24) that registers with a through-hole (26) in the stand and a second wall (16B) that joins with the first wall and that contains a VESA compliant hole pattern that provides for attachment to a VESA compliant member. A hollow bolt (20) and a nut (22) coact with the registered through-holes to hold the first wall of the bracket fast on the stand.

Abstract: A flexible and adjustable storage system for inside a Sea-Land shipping container provides at least two hangers, each hanger having a releasable anchor for attachment to a lashing ring, a flexible member of a vertical support depending from the releasable anchor, at least one rigid horizontal support member having a first end portion and a spaced apart second end portion, each end portion carrying an adjustable fastener for adjustable attachments to the flexible member for vertical support.

Abstract: At least one adapter and at least one support bracket are utilized with a boom arm having at least one boom arm section. The at least one adapter is integrally attached by welding to the boom arm section and has a receiving section. The at least one support bracket is received in the receiving section of said at least one adapter. The boom arm has telescoping sections, and an adapter and support bracket is positioned secured at each section. The support bracket receives a cable, to facilitate retention of the cable to the boom arm for use at a platform located at the top of the arm.

A decoration is supported by the lower support portion and a self-contained power supply is mounted to the upper hook portion for providing power to the decoration.

Abstract: A device and method for storing a youth potty seat on an adult toilet assembly. The device includes a support bar, a hook connected to the upper portion of the support bar, and at least one peg attached to the lower portion of the support bar. The hook is effective for hanging the support frame from the upper rim of a toilet tank, and the peg is effective for suspending a child's potty seat. The method comprises hanging the hook from the upper rim of a toilet tank and hanging a youth potty seat from the peg; thereby storing the youth potty seat on the adult toilet assembly. An extension bar may be provided to extend the length of the support bar. Multiple pegs may be used.

Abstract: A material dispensing system for hanging from a support is disclosed. The material dispensing system may contain a hanging member that includes an arm and an extension member slidably mounted on the arm. The arm includes a proximal end and a distal end. The rotatable attachment is a pivot point for the hanging member to rotate under or into the material dispenser. The extension member includes a retaining element to engage a support structure or a spindle of the paper roll holder. The material dispenser may include a base defining a cavity to store the hanging member which is rotatable into the cavity for storage. The hanging member may also have a proximal end rotatably connected to the material dispenser, and a distal end including a retaining element, wherein the retaining element is rotatable through an angle of at least about 90 degrees.

Abstract: A mount system for a monitor attaches the monitor to a supporting surface such as a wall in two positions. In the first position, the mount system attaches the monitor in a flush position, and in the second position, the mount system attaches the monitor in a tilt position.

Abstract: An adapter bracket for a cooler has a body, a central fastening hole, two outer fastening holes, two opposite mounting holes and a hook. The body has two ends. The central and outer fastening holes are defined through the body. The hook is formed on the body. The adapter bracket with the central fastening hole, outer fastening holes and hook allows different coolers to be mounted on different PCBs and therefore broadens application of coolers.

Abstract: A protective hanger apparatus for use with fence posts includes an elongated substantially rectangular flexible main body, wherein the main body defines or engages with a top loop having dimensions enabling it to fit over the top of and be supported from a fence post. The main body further includes least two lateral rectangular apertures in this main body having a predetermined height and width such as to be removably engageable with at least one included item hanger.

Abstract: This invention allows attachment of strut channels 2, pipes, conduit, and mounting of equipment to the interior of buildings and other structures. Attachment to structures such as I-Beams, channels, structural angles, purlins and truss structures are improved. Extended use of self tapping screws 28 and commonly used metal strapping are enabled. The use of dimpled holes 7 facilitate insertion of self tapping screws 28 thus expanding their function. Tab cut outs 6 in attachment hardware that allow strapping to pass and hook provide new and efficient methods for using standard strapping. New mounting hardware in combination with beam clamps, another invention of mine, use the beam clamps along with appropriate accessories, which are part of that invention, to provide new methods of attachment. Strut channels 2 are changed to integrate the use of these improvements.

Abstract: A power supply fixing device can effectively fix a power supply inside a computer case. One end of the power supply fixing device is movably assembled at a plate in the computer case, and a suppress surface is used to suppress the power supply. In addition, by hooking at the other end, which is formed at the fixing device, to the other plane of the computer case, and by moving an operating member of the fixing device to a packing position, the entire power supply can be fixed. The entire operation process is performed without an aid of a hand tool, and there is no need to use screws or screw holes, such that the power supply can be dismantled and assembled more conveniently.

Abstract: A method of making a pressure-sensitive adhesive assembly, the method including coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that includes a silicone polymer on a first major surface of a first release liner to form a first layer, coating a composition on the first layer to form a second layer, the composition of the second layer including an elastomer, at least one of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the first layer and the composition of the second layer being in an uncured state during the coating of the second layer, and curing at least one of the first layer and the second layer, the first pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the multi-layer assembly exhibiting a release force to the release liner of no greater than 100 gram per 0.5 inch width after the multi-layer assembly has been stored for 46 days at 120° F.

Abstract: A device for attaching an object to a substrate by means of glue includes at least one part (21) provided with a breakable sealed cavity, each containing one of the glue components, and one or more cavities (22) in the device (20), which are filled with the remaining glue components, where the parts (20, 21) are movable relative to each other like a piston pump, which makes the glue components flow towards a gluing surface (24, 42) through a system of channels (29, 30) and optionally through mixing chambers (31) and where the breakable seal (26) is broken by this movement. In order not to obstruct an equal flow of glue components, the device according to the invention comprises a cam (27) and a seal storing chamber (35) to store the seal away from the flow after it is broken.

Abstract: A hanging device attachable to overlapping siding members for supporting objects comprises an insert edge extending outwardly from an upper section, an offset section, and a lower section. The insert edge is insertable into the joint between adjacent siding members and the lower section includes a support element adapted to retain objects. The offset section extends between and joins the upper section with the lower section, with the offset section spacing the lower section from a siding member when the insert edge is inserted between adjacent siding members. The hanging device may be biased about a pivot area when an object is held by the support element such that the insert edge is urged into the joint between adjacent siding members. The insert edge defines an obtuse angle relative to the upper section and the support element may comprise hook members or mounting holes.

Abstract: A quick-release hanging device includes a base and a detachable part. This base includes a first through hole and a second through hole. The first through hole has a first regular polygonal shape. The second through hole has a substantially round shape. The detachable part includes a movable portion, a hanger and a locking portion. The locking portion has a second regular polygonal shape that is relative smaller than and corresponding to the first regular polygonal shape. The locking portion is rotatable within the second through hole. It is easy to manufacture with low cost. The connected structure is quite solid. Moreover, its application scope is wide.

Abstract: A goods display hook which enables salespersons to quickly and easily get information on the empty state of the goods display hooks. In a goods display hook comprising a main body engageable with a horizontally extending bar assembled in a goods display furniture and an arm including a base end supported by the main body and a goods hanging section extending from the base end section, the goods display hook further comprises a bias means for urging the arm in the direction that the goods hanging section tilts upwardly, the goods hanging section of the arm having a lamp at a free end thereof, the main body having a power source for the lamp, a switch device for the lamp and a shaft providing the arm with a pivotal movement, wherein the switch device is actuated by the arm to turn on the lamp when all the goods hung on the arm are removed which causes a pivotal movement of the arm in the direction that the goods hanging section tilts upwardly by the action of the bias means.

Abstract: A reusable hook structure includes a combined plate unit and a hook body. The combined plate unit includes an attachable resilient plate and a pattern plate. One side of the attachable resilient plate is coupled to one side of the pattern plate. The hook body has a coupling surface and a hook portion. The coupling surface is coupled to another side of the pattern plate of the combined plate unit. The surface tension from the attachable resilient plate of the combined unit provides a stable adsorbability for another side of the attachable resilient plate to be attached to a smooth wall surface. The mist and steam on the wall surface won't permeate through the attachable resilient plate to influence the adsorbability of the attachable resilient plate.

Abstract: A fixing mechanism fixing a storage device to a bracket includes a fastening member. The fastening member is fixed to the storage device, and has a first connecting hook and a second connecting hook. A first latching portion and a second latching portion are formed on the bracket. The first latching portion defines an engaging groove. The first connecting hook is elastic and engaged in the engaging groove of the first latching portion. The second connecting hook engages the second latching portion.

Abstract: The present invention provides, among other things, an adjustable hanging device for securing an object to a wall including a frame defining a number of substantially parallel slots and being securable to a wall, and a hook for supporting an object and being selectively moveable along each of the plurality of slots in a sliding direction to adjust an orientation of the object relative to the wall. Each of the slots can have a closed end to prevent the hook from disengaging the frame while moving in the sliding direction.

Abstract: An apparatus for connecting pond covers, which includes a shaft having an exterior surface, a first end and a second end. An engagement profile is positioned on the exterior surface at a first end of the shaft. A cable guide is positioned in an intermediate position between the first end and the second end of the shaft, the cable guide being oriented transversely to the shaft. A cable is prevented from removal from the cable guide by the second end of the shaft.

Abstract: An auxiliary cable bracket having a main plate and a mounting plate. The mounting plate is connected to the main plate and is positioned spaced apart from the main plate such that the frame of a ladder rack section can be positioned therebetween. At least one tooth is formed on a surface of at least one of the mounting plate and the main plate.

Abstract: An item holder includes a hanger and a holder. The hanger includes a hanger body, a protrusion and one or more apertures. The holder includes a holder body, a receiving slot, a securing mechanism, tabs, a holder member and an end-piece. The holder is configured to detachably couple to the hanger. In some embodiments, the securing mechanism includes fingers/wedges which secure the protrusion in place and are released using the tabs. The holder, specifically the holder member, is also configured to hold an item.

Abstract: A substrate-mountable holder system, comprising: a first portion comprising a base having first and second front surfaces, a rear surface, a top and a bottom, a hook extending from proximate the bottom, a lobe extending rearwardly from a rear surface proximate the top, a pad extending rearwardly from the rear surface, an opening for receiving an anchor extending through the base, the opening between the lobe and the pad; and a second portion for operatively engaging the first portion; wherein the first and second portions each include at least one, and preferably a plurality of, interfacing protrusions and indentations for engaging the second portion with the first portion. Each of the protrusions and indentations on the first and second portions may be proximate the bottom of their respective portions. The system further may include a self-drilling drywall anchor having a bore, and a fastener for operatively engaging the first portion and the bore.

Abstract: A guitar hanger for hanging a guitar having a neck and head on a closet rod. The hanger includes a first member in the form of a shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end configured into a first hook sized to receive the closet rod and a distal end configured on a second hook for engaging a second member. The second member is in the form of U-shaped yoke section sized to receive a guitar neck between legs of the U-shaped yoke section but not a guitar head. The second member also includes a transitional section having a body and a keyed slot configured within the body sized and shaped such that the keyed slot will removably receive the second hook in a first orientation and will secure the transitional section to the second hook in a second orientation such that the second member is removable from the first member only in the first orientation.

Abstract: A wreath is provided. The wreath includes a candle holder having a support portion, a container having a recess extending from the support portion, and a first threaded portion extending from the support portion away from the container. A support wire formed into a ring shape is fixed to opposite sides of the candle holder such that the recess of the container faces toward a center of the ring shape. A plurality of plant components are arranged around the support wire, the plant components substantially obstructing the support wire from view. A coupling member has a second threaded portion. The coupling member is removably coupled to the candle holder via the first and second threaded portions.

Abstract: An improved method of storing and retrieving cookware and utensils utilizing an assembly attached to the underside of an accommodating surface. The assembly incorporates hanger assemblies whose positions are adjustable along the length of the assembly. The hanger assemblies utilize hooks that hang in a downward vertical position and are capable of rotating and pivoting around their vertical axis. The assembly can be mounted onto any accommodating horizontal surface inside of an enclosed area such as a cabinet or in open space. The assembly can hang any cookware, utensil, or item with an accommodating appendage from which it could be hung.
