A decoupler is received in the housing, an idle diaphragm in the housing that selectively controls communication between the first and second fluid chambers to selectively alter the damping. First and second ports in the housing communicate with the decoupler and the idle diaphragm, respectively. A first solenoid selectively controls fluid flow through the first port and a second solenoid selectively controls fluid flow through the second port.

Hydraulic pressure deforms the wavy edges, pressing the wavy edge flat and creating the necessary seal.
