Patent number: 7316407Abstract: A combination rolling transport and fold-up seat has a detachable carry bag of waterproof, reinforced fabric, detachable snap-on wheels, and collapsible frame. The frame has a stabilizing element that allows it to stand upright and support either items on the load-bearing transport side or a person seated in the fold-up seat. A carry bag back mounting sheet forms a tube slipped over the main frame member to support the carry bag and act as a back rest for the seat. Pop-off wheels enable the flat folded up frame members to fit into a minimal storage space.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 2007Date of Patent: January 8, 2008Inventor: Richard Elden

Patent number: 7306245Abstract: This disclosure describes a work site utility carrier that configures into a dolly and hand truck in its retracted mode and a work bench in its elevated mode. A lower receptacle formed as part of a chassis with wheels, and an upper receptacle are pivotally connected by a unique positioning apparatus. In a retracted position the two receptacles lie side-by-side with their top surfaces essentially planar. In this mode, the carrier serves as a dolly or a hand truck. In the elevated mode the second receptacle pivots up to station securely above the chassis, The top of the second receptacle becomes a work bench. The receptacles may comprise tool boxes. One or both tool boxes may include tool drawers. Unique latching mechanisms positively secure the carrier in either mode. The latching in an elevated mode is aided by the weight of the upper receptacle.Type: GrantFiled: April 4, 2005Date of Patent: December 11, 2007Inventor: Archie Lowe

Patent number: 7290775Abstract: A stackable refuse cart includes a container, an axle, a set of wheels. The container includes first and second axle supports. The first axle support supports the axle in an operative position to rotatably support the container. The second axle support supports the axle in a stowage position enabling the container to be stacked with other containers without interference from the axles. In one embodiment, the second axle support includes a recess defined in the floor of the container. In another embodiment, the second axle support includes a pair of supports that hold the axle against a sidewall within the container. In yet another embodiment, the second axle support is a cradle integral with the container handle.Type: GrantFiled: April 14, 2005Date of Patent: November 6, 2007Assignee: Cascade Engineering, Inc.Inventors: Brian G. Patent number: 7284763Abstract: A portable storage container assembly having a bottom container, a top container and a cover, wherein the bottom and top containers may be selectively and individually accessed through the use of a sliding latch member that engages one or more of a series of male members or flanges associated with the bottom container, top container and cover. A locking member may be attached to the latch and a male member to secure the containers in the closed position. Additional storage may be provided through a storage tray accessible from the outside of the bottom container or through a covered recessed area in the cover. The top container may include a pair of stand members for permitting a bow or other elongated devices to be stored.Type: GrantFiled: September 30, 2005Date of Patent: October 23, 2007Inventor: Kelly King

Patent number: 7255355Abstract: A portable collapsible stand includes first, second, and third support frames, a work surface frame, and a telescoping strut pivotably connected to the first and work surface frames. The second frame projects perpendicularly from a lower portion of the first frame. A first end of the third frame is rotatably connected to an upper portion of the first frame such that the third frame pivots from a first parallel position to a second perpendicular position with respect to the first frame. An upper portion of the work surface frame is rotatably connected to the upper portion of the first frame. In operation, the stand can assume a collapsed position in which the first, third and work surface frames are generally parallel, and an operating position in which the third frame and first frame are perpendicular and the work surface frame and surface supporting the stand are parallel.Type: GrantFiled: January 3, 2005Date of Patent: August 14, 2007Assignee: MK Diamond Products, Inc.Inventors: John Chisholm, Shawn Tsung, Paulo Carrolo
