Abstract: A frame includes a mounting assembly having a plurality of mounting members connected to or integrally formed with each other. The frame also includes first and second leg assemblies pivotally connected with the mounting assembly at first and second sides of the mounting assembly, respectively. The first and second leg assemblies are foldable into an interior defined by the mounting assembly and, when folded, are substantially on the same plane as the mounting assembly. The frame further includes one or more supporting assemblies to help stabilize the first and second leg assemblies and support the mounting assembly when the frame is unfolded. Thus, the frame is compact when folded and stable when in use.

Abstract: A foldable chair includes a frame, a seat pivotably coupled to the frame, and a leg pivotably coupled to the seat. The foldable chair is easily transitionable between folded and unfolded states. The frame, the seat, and the leg are substantially coplanar with one another when the foldable chair is in the folded state.

Abstract: Modular Furniture is an invention directed to, but not limited to, seating, fitting top tables, tumbling, and visual interest. Modular Furniture comprises a plurality of modular seating areas, support surfaces, and top tables. A modular seating area comprises a plurality of modular seating units optionally installed on a support surface. A seating unit comprises a top surface, a bottom surface, and three or more side surfaces between said top surface and said bottom surface. Said top surface has a polygon shape and slants to said bottom surface at an angle to said bottom surface. Said angle is not less than zero degree and not more than forty-five degrees. Pockets are formed by, but not limited to, placing a plurality of seating units in disclosed configurations. The support surface can have legs to lift it off the ground. Top tables have legs fitting among the seating units. Modular Furniture is stackable.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a device for providing a changing room and/or bathroom space on a watercraft. More specifically, a lounge chair is configured to open either manually or with aid of gas or air shocks in certain embodiments to reveal a changing room and/or bathroom space. On opening, a header bracket is released and deployed, in certain embodiments with aid of gas or air shocks, whereby the privacy curtain's substantially opaque and lightweight fabric is deployed around the revealed space.

Abstract: A foldable table/chairs set is disclosed. The foldable table/chairs set may include a foldable table surface; a chair set including a plurality of foldable chairs; and a supporting element that is used to conjugate with the table surface to form a table when the supporting element is fully extended, wherein when the supporting element is folded, a receiving space located at a lower portion of one side of the supporting element is created to receive said folded table surface and chairs therein.

Abstract: A collapsible multi-play entertainment table includes a first section and a second section hingedly attached together by a hinging device. A plurality of leg members are removably attached to the underside of the folding table. The top surface of the folding table is adapted with an indentation for receiving a game table insert. The game table insert can be for any type of desired game such as chess, checkers, poker, plain or another suitable game. An assembly of collapsible chairs is included.

Abstract: There is provided a portable seating apparatus having multiple seating tiers and an understructure system that operates to extend the seating for use and to retract the seating for storage and transport. In the storage arrangement, the lower seating and understructure is capable of being substantially retracted into a portable housing. The housing is fitted with a system of rollers that operate between an extended condition to support the housing for transport and to a retracted position to lower the housing onto stationary foot pads for use by spectators. The seating apparatus is also provided with an anti-tipping mechanism which operates to limit tipping movement of the housing during use by spectators.

Abstract: A collapsible table top and seat assembly including a table top with four collapsible legs, disposed beneath the table top. Each collapsible leg comprises an upper leg member and a lower leg member. When the upper and lower leg members are folded and disposed at right angles to the table top, the four leg assemblies support the table top at the height of a coffee table. When the lower leg members are unfolded and locked with respect to the upper leg members, the four leg assemblies support the table top at a conventional height. A collapsible seat assembly is mounted on each leg assembly, and arranged so that selected seat assemblies can be unfolded to support a user. Each of the four leg assemblies and seat assemblies can be collapsed to a position beneath the table so as to require only a relatively thin storage area.
