Abstract: When an unfair gaming currency is delivered to a dealer from a player, the currency is detected as unfair. The inspection system for inspecting the gaming currency, in which an RF tag is built, comprises: a gaming currency tray for housing the gaming currencies of the dealer in a casino game; an RF reader for reading the RF tags of the plural gaming currencies housed in the gaming currency tray; plural photosensors for detecting at least the number of the plural gaming currencies housed in the gaming currency tray at a constant time interval or always in a method other than RFID; and an inspection/alarm part for generating alarms when the number of the gaming currencies whose RF tags are read by the RF reader is not equal to the number of the gaming currencies detected by the plural photosensors.

Abstract: The invention discloses a working platform of a tool cabinet, and the working platform is turned over on the tool cabinet, so that two working sides on different sides of the working platform can be used alternately, so as to maximize the utility of the limited space of the tool cabinet. Besides, the working side can install at least one accessory manufacture device which can be changed by a user, and thus making the working platform multifunctional.

Abstract: The present invention is an integrated sliding keyboard tray and adjustable flip down monitor. It has a bracket that is mounted to a slot cut into an existing work surface. A flat panel monitor and a keyboard tray are both slidably mounted to separate pairs of rails disposed upon the bracket. The monitor may be adjusted forward, back, up, down and for pitch. When not in use the monitor may be folded down parallel to the existing work surface against which it forms a watertight seal.

Abstract: A wall-mounted cabinet that is especially adapted for use as a security cabinet in a security system includes the cabinet and the equipment secured by the cabinet in such a manner that the system does not rely on surveillance by security personnel. The cabinet includes a housing with a back support panel securely fastened to a wall of the building that is being monitored. The panel fits around cables used to power or otherwise electrically service the equipment. The housing also has top, bottom and side panels projecting outwardly from the back panel, and shelves are located within the housing defining an upper and lower compartments. Upper and lower doors are mounted on the housing for movement between open and closed positions over the compartments, and locks on the doors secure the doors in their closed positions. Fasteners join the panels of the housing together so that access from the exterior of the cabinet when locked is prevented short of destroying the cabinet.

Abstract: An apparatus for television conference is disclosed which includes a material picturing device and has a minimized overall size. A main camera device taking a picture of a conference, a main monitoring device outputting a picture and voice sound, a voice inputting device, a system controller and a keyboard device for inputting instructions are accommodated inside one cabinet. A manuscript table, for placing an object whose picture is to be sent to other terminals, is provided to the cabinet. A video camera device, which takes a picture of the object, is provided to the cabinet. A lighting device, which lights up the object on the manuscript table is also provided to the cabinet. The manuscript table, video camera device and lighting device are accommodated inside the cabinet when not in use.

Abstract: An attractive and versatile storage table which can be interposed between seating units at several angles. It can serve as an arm rest to seating units. The ability to shift between several different angles allows reconfiguration of a seating arrangement to adjust to different room dimensions and focal points. The adjustable storage table includes a generally wedged shaped base and a top surface having a front edge, a back edge, a right edge and a left edge, the right and left edge of which define about a 15 degree angle, a right leaf having a left edge hingedly connected near the right edge of the top surface and having a right leaf edge defining about a 15 degree angle with respect to the left hingedly connected edge is provided on the right side.

Abstract: The invention provides an article of furniture including a closable cabinet (10) of six-sided rectangular configuration, having top and bottom walls, rear and front walls, and a pair of upright side walls. The front wall constitutes a displaceable panel hingedly mounted on the bottom wall to permit pivotal displacement of the panel from an upright closed position in which it closes the cabinet to an open position in which it is disposed in a substantially horizontal position coplanar with a support surface provided by the bottom wall. At least one foldable support leg is provided on the displaceable panel, a leg being comprised of at least two sections hingedly connected together at a hinge point intermediate of its two extreme ends. The one extreme end is pivotally secured to the displaceable panel and the other extreme end is pivotally secured to a stationary part of the article. In the open position the panel is supported on the foldable legs.

Abstract: A multifunctional, configuration-convertible furniture item is selectively convertible between at least two functional configurations. Such a furniture item includes a generally vertically upright shelving unit, with a movable frame portion and a movable extension portion. The frame portion is selectively movable between a generally vertically-extending orientation when in the above-mentioned first functional configuration and a vertically-elevated, generally horizontally-extending orientation when in a second functional configuration. The extension portion is selectively extendable outwardly from the shelving unit and selectively retractable thereto. When extended, the extension portion is vertically supported by the frame portion when the frame portion is in the second, generally horizontally-extending configuration, thus defining an elevated horizontal surface extending outwardly from the shelving unit, which can serve as a bed, a desk, a bench-type seat, or other functions in various embodiments.

Abstract: A portable, multi-use, self-storing, wall mounted fold down desk/work center providing interior storage with applications for home, office and institutional uses. A box-like storage cavity is mounted on a wall and may be positioned at various selected heights. A single piece desk member having a flat work surface is hingedly attached at its back edge to the bottom frame of the storage cavity. First and second doors are hinged to the edge of the desk member and fold shut against the under edge of the desk member to make a compact box. When open the desk is in a horizontal position and the doors are folded to a vertical position. On one edge of each door is an extendable leg which extends to the floor to give the desk added stability. A collapsible dollhouse may be stored in its carrying case in the storage cavity. Alternatively, a vanity insert is provided so that when the desk is opened it converts into a dressing table. The unit may be a workcenter, game center or other utilitarian uses.

Abstract: A work station comprising a cabinet (11) normally storing a work surface (18) which can be slid forward as shown. The flap (15) normally covers the front face of the cabinet but can pivot about an intermediate transverse axis thereof, to allow access to the cabinet interior. In various alternatives the flap is pivoted to the cabinet sides or to the work surface either directly or via support arms. In use, the work station may be used to accommodate a personal computer whereby the surface (18) supports a keyboard, the top (14) of the cabinet a VDU, the interior of the cabinet accommodates a disc drive, etc. while the pivoted flap serves as a support for paperwork. A transparent support may be attached to flap (15). It can be flexed or bent outwardly about integral hinge portions to allow insertion of paperwork between the support and the flap.

Abstract: A cabinet is disclosed which is generally rectangular and may have a plurality of drawers therein. A top section, however, may be lifted and rotated outwardly to form a drawing board which is angularly adjustable and includes sufficient knee room to permit an artist to comfortably sit at the drawing board. The drawing board is mounted on a U-shaped support disposed within the cabinet and is hingedly attached to the forward edge thereof. The support forms J-slots in opposed legs of the U. The cabinet frame supports outstanding walls received within the U which mount rollers adapted to ride in the J-slots. The drawing board portion of the top then with the attached U-shaped member is lifted upwardly and outwardly as the rollers travel along the J-slots to lock in an upright position for use. A slotted brace also is provided with a locknut connecting the rear portion of the board with the legs of the U so that the rear portion of the board may be elevated to provide the desired sloping surface.

Abstract: A cabinet having a lower door which opens outwardly and an upper door which opens downwardly to rest on the opened lower door; thereby the cabinet may be converted into a bar. The lower door preferably has an extension hinged to its outer end which folds outwardly and the upper door is preferably right angularly shaped to overlie the extension when it is folded open.
