Abstract: An article of furniture has a main body, a floor-engagement frame, a plurality of non-rolling floor-engagement members connected to the floor-engagement frame, and a plurality of rollers that are also connected to the floor-engagement frame. These rollers do not engage the floor when the article of furniture rests upon the floor in an ordinary state of usage but do engage the floor when the article of furniture is tilted at least fifteen degrees. The article can further comprise a pedestal that pivotally couples to the floor-engagement frame and that supports a table surface. A user interface can control a latch that holds the table surface perpendicular to the pedestal. Another user interface can control a latch that holds the table surface at a present vertical height when latched.

Abstract: A mounting system for mounting a bank of storage units in side-by-side relationship above a ground surface includes an elongate member having an elongate top wall, having side edges and at least one leg section extending downwardly from one of the side edges. Each of the at least one leg section includes an elongate flange at a distal end that is contiguous to the ground. The elongate top wall has an elongate dimension between opposed ends for receiving a bank of storage units in side-by-side relationship on an upper surface thereof. The top wall includes attachment members for cooperating with a mounting plate for attaching the bank of storage units in side-by-side relationship to the top wall. The elongate flanges include a plurality of leveling adjuster passages for receiving leveling adjusters therethrough and a plurality of anchor passages for receiving anchoring members therethrough.

Abstract: A foot for a computer casing includes a base element that contacts a supporting area, a damping element that dampens oscillations and a fastening element that fastens the foot on a computer casing, wherein the damping element is mechanically arranged between the base element and the fastening element such that the fastening element and the base element are mechanically uncoupled. The damping element is ring-shaped with a centrally arranged raised portion and a portion connected thereto and extends radially outward and is guided by the raised portion through a central opening of the fastening element such that the fastening element contacts the damping element both in a radial and axial manner.

Abstract: A washing/drying machine is mounted to a pedestal via supporters. The pedestal includes a housing having a specific space therein, the plurality of supporters mounted at the housing and supporting an object placed on the housing and connection parts connecting the supporters mounted at one side of the housing to each other. The supporters are provided with coupling ribs for fixing the object at the housing. As the pedestal is mounted at the washing/drying machine, it is capable of preventing surfaces of the washing/drying machine and the pedestal from being damaged and of preventing water or other foreign materials from penetrating through a gap between the washing/drying machine and the pedestal by the connection parts mounted between the washing/drying machine and the pedestal.

Abstract: A laundry machine is disclosed. The laundry machine includes a cabinet defining a first receiving space to receive laundry to be treated, a plurality of legs each of which comprises a leg head located at an installation surface and a leg body configured to connect the leg head to the cabinet, a sub cabinet defining a second receiving space having a volume less than the first receiving space, the sub cabinet being coupled to a bottom of the cabinet, and a plurality of coupling members configured to detachably couple the sub cabinet to the cabinet. According to this laundry machine, it is possible to easily achieve the coupling and separation between the cabinet and the sub cabinet.

Abstract: A cabinet includes panels made from plywood of a type having an ascetically pleasing core with adjacent panels joined at a 90° angle with respect to one another to form a common corner. A first one of the panels has a first edge which forms a portion of the common corner and second one of the panels has a second edge which also forms a portion of the common corner. The first edge has a protruding section and the second edge has a recessed section and the protruding section fits into the recessed section to form an unbroken corner.

Abstract: The invention relates to a pedestal stand for a laundry treatment machine (1) such as a washing machine, a washer dryer or a tumble dryer, having a housing (3) which comprises a supporting plate (6), side walls (5), front frame (25) [sic; (26)] and a rear wall plus a bottom plate (8) with bearing feet (9), whereby the supporting plate (6) has holes (12) into which threaded stud bolts (11) attached to the underside of the laundry treatment machine (1) can be inserted and screwed down. Within the housing (3), a stud bolt (14) is arranged on the essentially vertical axis (A) between the openings (12) in the supporting plate (6) and the bearing feet (9) on the bottom plate (8) of the housing (3).

The cover has a generally cylindrical configuration and is engageable with a cylindrical neck on the base section so as to define an interior space. A bracket system is supported on the base section and arranged in the interior space. The bracket system includes a pair of legs. The base section comprises front and rear housing sections that can be selectively assembled together and split apart without removal of the bracket system. A lock mechanism is arranged near the top or near the bottom of the cover.

Gaps are formed between the bottom wall of the housing and the storage device and between the top wall of the case and the storage device, respectively. The cable passes through the gap.

Abstract: A pedestal enclosure for electronic components is provided. The pedestal enclosure includes a base section and a cover engageable with the base section so as to define an interior space. The bracket system has at least two side rails. The pedestal enclosure further includes a mounting arrangement for releasably mounting a bracket system to the base section. The mounting arrangement includes a channel section at a lower end of each of the side rails of the bracket system and a mounting part supported on the base section. Each of the mounting parts is configured and arranged to be received in and engage a respective one of the channel sections. The mounting arrangement includes a manually releasable locking mechanism.

The pillar having a longitudinal axis and first and second ends, an outer skin, an extruded support structure disposed within the outer skin, with the support structure including multiple cells arranged along the longitudinal axis for support of longitudinal loads, and a tension bar disposed at least partially within the extruded support structure. The outer skin and extruded support may include structural plastic, and the extruded support structure may be separately insertable into the outer skin. However, in an alternative embodiment the outer skin and extruded support structure are co-extruded as a single monolithic piece.

Abstract: An integrally weighted base suitable for attachment to a bottom surface of an enclosure to form an integrally weighted cabinet. The integrally weighted cabinet is able to satisfy load bearing and tip over standards without requiring the addition of separate weights. The base preferably includes a frame and fill material disposed within the frame. The frame may be metal or plastic. Fill material is poured into the frame and allowed to set. The fill material may be any suitable material having a density sufficient to act as a weight or counterbalance, such as, e.g., concrete, a concrete and fiber mixture, metal, or a concrete and metal mixture. The base may further include a plurality of openings to dissipate heat from within the interior space of the cabinet. In one implementation of the present invention, the base replaces a bottom panel of a typical PTV cabinet and further eliminates the need for attaching separate weights onto a bottom panel of a typical PTV cabinet.

Abstract: A video/audio module for a flat-panel display has a rectangular housing, a circuit board and speakers provided inside the housing, and a cover enclosing the housing. Two fasteners are arranged at opposite sides of the housing, and at least one tenon is formed on the cover. Both the fasteners and the tenon are used for providing a secure connection between the module and the flat-panel display. Further, the circuit board inside the housing is able to receive external video and audio signals and then play those signals respectively by the flat-panel display and the speakers.
