    Abstract: An image forming apparatus having a light scanning unit including a light source to emit a light beam; a deflector to deflect the light beam in a main scanning direction; an imaging lens to focus the light beam deflected by the deflector onto a photoconductor; at least one reflecting element to reflect the light beam that has passed through the imaging lens; and a bow control apparatus to correct a bow of a scanning line of the light beam, the bow control apparatus comprising first and second support units to support the reflecting element, first and second pressure units to pressure an inside and an outside of the reflecting element, respectively, and first and second adjusting elements to adjust the amount of pressure of the first and second pressure units, the bow control apparatus convexly or concavely bows the reflecting element to correct an image bow of a scanning line of the light beam.
