  • Patent number: 10659696
Abstract: A display control device of the invention accepts a predetermined operation of switching an image to an image moved by a predetermined number of images among multiple images arranged in predetermined order. When a single-image that is not one of group images is displayed on a display unit of the display control device and single-images are arranged from the currently displayed image to an image moved by a predetermined number of images, the image moved by the predetermined number of images is acquired in accordance with a predetermined operation. When one of group images is displayed on the display unit and the group images are arranged within the predetermined number of images, a process of acquiring an image arranged beyond the group images without displaying images included in the group images is performed in accordance with a predetermined operation. Next, the acquired image is displayed on the display unit.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of positioning a video frame within a collage cell includes, for a given one of a plurality of video frames, generating a polygon encompassing a portion of the respective video frame containing at least one visual element. The polygon has a center position corresponding to a first point within the respective video frame. The center position of the polygon of a given frame is then changed to a new center position based at least in part on an average center position of polygons encompassing portions of at least two consecutive video frames containing the visual element(s). The new center position corresponds to a second point within the given video frame. Next, a cropped portion of the given video frame encompassed by the polygon having the new center position is generated and displayed within a collage cell of a graphical user interface.

Abstract: In a communication system, an image forming apparatus sends an address of a receiving section to a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal receives a selection of an image data among plural thumbnails displayed on a display section, and wirelessly sends the selected image data to the image forming apparatus with the address. The image forming apparatus receives the selected image data sent with the address by the mobile terminal, and prints an image based on the selected image data. A communication between the mobile terminal and the image forming apparatus is performed wirelessly with an IEEE 802.11 standard. The image forming apparatus continuously performs a second printing, when the receiving section receives a selected image data again in a condition that the communication with the mobile terminal is continuously established by the receiving section after the printing of the received image data is finished.

Abstract: A method and a computer system for providing a federated wide area motion imagery (WAMI) collection service are provided. The method may include collecting WAMI collection metadata by issuing a request for retrieving WAMI collection metadata from one WAMI collection service (CS) and storing the response. The WAMI CS may run at a geographic location, and WAMI data may be collected and stored there. The WAMI collection metadata may indicate where the WAMI data is stored, and it may be transmitted to the federated WAMI CS. The method may further include organizing the WAMI collection metadata in a tree structure or directed acyclic graph (DAG). A request for accessing the stored WAMI data may then be received from a client using the stored WAMI collection metadata. Access may be provided to the geographic location of the WAMI CS to retrieve a portion of the WAMI data.
