Abstract: A face recognition technology that enables high-speed determination of erroneous detection of face regions and high-precision face recognition by means of a first face recognition processing unit of relatively low accuracy for detecting a face region of a person on each captured image captured by a monitor camera, and a second face recognition processing unit for performing face recognition of a person more accurately with respect to the detected face region transmitted from the first face recognition processing unit. The second face recognition. processing unit determines that the first face recognition processing unit has erroneously detected when the second face recognition processing unit is not able to recognize a face region on the detected face region transmitted from the first face recognition processing unit, and the first face recognition processing unit calculates and self-learns a barycentric coordinate of the detected face region as a point mask position. Thereafter, the first face recognition.

  • Patent number: 11257201
Abstract: A system and method for preventing sight deterioration caused by prolonged use of electronic visual displays in low-light conditions is provided. The system includes a camera directed towards a user, a processing circuitry, control circuitry and, optionally, a light sensor. The processing circuitry determines the illuminance of a user's face, and in case it falls outside of a predefined range (putting the user at risk of future sight deterioration and progression of myopia), the device stores the illuminance data and/or sends a control signal to circuitry operative to notify the user. If processing circuitry determines that the illuminance is equal or greater than the predefined illuminance, the circuitry operative can stop the notification. The notification can be modulated by any combination of the illuminance and the time of use.

  • Patent number: 11249517
Abstract: An electronic apparatus and its screen control method adapted to an electronic apparatus are provided. The electronic apparatus includes a first display screen, a second display screen, and a body. The first display screen is pivotally connected to the body along a first rotation axis, and the second display screen is disposed on an upper surface of the body. The method includes following steps. A sight of a user is detected by a sight sensor. In response to the sight projected on the second display screen at a default position, a screen rotation degree is determined according to a direction of the sight. According to the screen rotation degree, the second display screen is controlled to rotate from the default position along the second rotation axis to a display position, so that a view angle at which the user watches the second display screen satisfies a predetermined condition.
