It is difficult to form a wiring with width thin enough for a thin film transistor used for a current high definition display device. As a wiring is made thinner, signal delay due to wiring resistance has become a problem. In view of the above problems, the invention provides a structure in which a conductive film is formed in a hole of an insulating film, and the surfaces of the conductive film and the insulating film are flat. As a result, discontinuity of thin films covering a conductive film and an insulating film can be prevented. A wiring can be made thinner by controlling the width of the hole. Further, a wiring can be made thicker by controlling the depth of the hole.

    Abstract: An aspect provides a method, including: fixing a laminated panel, which has been cut into a predetermined shape, to a mold, said laminated panel having an expanded layer disposed between layers made of a conductive resin; injection of molding non-conducting resin into the mold in which the laminated panel has been fixed; wherein a non-conductive region and a conductive region are joined to form a bottom surface of a display casing, said display casing having an inner and outer surface; and wherein an antenna mounting space is formed in the non-conductive region. Accordingly, the polarization layer manufactured by the present invention has the high light transmittance thereby increasing the polarization efficiency and realizing the liquid crystal display of high quality compared with the conventional polarization layer by the rubbing alignment.
